We played every day. We even cash out. Then one day, we were locked out. Our password wouldnt work. We contacted support via email with no response. We truly LOVED it before it glitched and no support was provided.
We deposited 15 dollars first time and didnt when not a dollar back to withdraw complete scam then they will make you wait hours too see who else is playing against you just to lose everytime.
So this app is legit. We submitted our request and then was asked for verification documents which we were provided. We got our winnings sent to our PayPal within a few days.
This game does have potential to win real cash. Our two favorite games Bingo and Solitaire are now potential money makers on our phone. We love these two games and we love this game. So much fun! This is ridiculous Ive been playing quite sometime. Managed to actually accrue enough to withdraw. So we thought. It seems that ALL of it ended up as Bonus money!!!!!! Like many others, locked out of the game and have contacted support to help and received nothing. Update: received a message asking about assisting to fix the problem. We said yes and then havent heard anything back. Update 2: its really frustrating to be ignored when trying to receive help.
We played for a while for free to see how much we could win . Theres no cash out. Not ever. We deposited 5$ and lost every dollar. Cash out is at 35$ but you never get there. Fun if you are playing just to be playing.

You can really win and withdraw money even if you dont deposit. They will keep a portion of your free bonus money when you go to withdraw, but Ive pulled out several times with no issues. Games are fun (bingo and solitaire) and like we said, no deposit and only watch ads if you want extra plays/bonuses. Very fair altogether. Been playing for years.

Hi we have contacted the company many times over the last month we try to play on a money game and it says suspicious activity has accrued and if we go to cash out same thing . The only thing it will do is let us play on the games where you get jewels please help we like this game and want to play.
Everything says that what you win off of your bonus money is not bonus money however every time we win it all gets turned to bonus money so you can really not cash out plus they charge a dollar $52.03 dollars to cash out. It is becoming ridiculous. Used to be cool now its ridiculous.

We want to share our experience with this game. It claims to promote fair play and features only live players, yet it raises several red flags. Despite its social platform claims, there is no option for player communication, which is puzzling. The game is supposedly skill-based, with all players sharing the same game board and called numbers. We've played this game hundreds of times and possess a high skill level, yet we consistently find ourselves at a disadvantage. Though we can achieve perfect scores, other players score thousands of points higher. When we receive a high score, the game takes an unusually long time to find opponents, showing "pending" for up to 30 minutes, often resulting in us being the only participant. It feels like the game artificially delays the match until someone with a higher score can challenge us, questioning the integrity of its competitive nature. Moreover, withdrawing winnings is nearly impossible. You have to verify identity first and there is no way to do this. The game sets an unattainable threshold for cash withdrawals and offers bonus cash that ultimately makes you reliant on further play. When you deposit money you are credited bonus cash not cash. Attempts to reconcile winnings often trigger fees, freezing bonus cash and leading to account deletions without reimbursement. Customer support is nonexistent; theres no company website, FAQ, or contact numberjust a generic Gmail address listed in the privacy policy. The game shares similarities with numerous other scams that appear to operate on identical software and designs under different names. Overall, our experience raises serious concerns about the fairness and legitimacy of this game, and we suspect it may be part of a larger network of fraudulent apps. More examples of fraud exist, which we can detail later.
Ive played the game for some time now, its a fun game and we enjoyed itat first. After playing for a bit and got a decent amount racked up, we decided to cash out. It was our first time withdrawing funds and didnt have any issue. Our second time we went to cash out it said pending (just like it did the first time) only this time it stayed that way for a significant time..quite significant. We tried contacting customer support through the app countless times with not a single reply to any of our messages.that second cash out was 8 months ago..and is still pending and still no reply or any way for us to do anything with the money that is stuck pending. We just tried to cash out for a third time the other day and noticing that the second one still says pending, as does the one we just processed to be cashed out roughly 24 hours ago. This is now our third attempt to withdraw our funds and we sent ANOTHER message about how our second attempt still says pending. Im unsure as to why they even have a customer service chat option when they dont/wont provide any customer service or explanation as to why we were able to withdraw our first time but not the second and now Im doubting this third one will be successful either. Not sure what else to say besides the fact that its very confusing and frustrating that this game has a terrible, careless and frankly completely absent support staffif they even have one. Be careful if you plan on putting your own money into this game, theres a good chance you wont get it back and wont be able to speak to someone if you do run into a problem. Sad that they cant provide any kind of help considering the game itself is quite fun but defeats the purpose if you cant cash in on your winnings.. Not sure if it was because of our review but both pending withdrawals just went through. Adjusting our rating from 2 starts to 4.well see what happens next time we try to withdraw.
We have been playing this game for almost 2 years. We have loved playing this and have cashed out four times. We have also purchased points several times. We have been trying for two months to cash out and for some reason it says they need to do an identity check. We have done exactly what they asked, And for some reason it says they cant confirm our identity. Now all of a sudden we cant request it anymore. All we can say is, don't add money to this game. You will lose it. Don't be a dummy like we were we normally have not and we added some to this one and went from winning and illusion. This game has 3-5 pop ups every single time you finish a game. Its very frustrating. The worst part we have started to notice is every time we put down a multiplier bet on the $10 game and get a good score, they never find enough players to compete with you and the game times out. Then you just get your bet back and you never get the big win you deserve. However, if you put down a multiplier bet on a $10 game and you get a bad score, they have NO problem finding enough players in order to take your money. This has happened to us many times. Im about to give up and delete the game. It isnt worth it.
Fun game play quick withdraw process.
We are very disappointed in the contact support. Almost 2 weeks ago we sent in our first message and still have not received a response and it wont allow us to play cash games- just gives a pop up to contact supper. Ive played this app for about a year now, and its been consistently our favorite Solitaire app. It does pay out, so thats legit. We strongly believe the actual card play is the best out of any other Solitaire app (including non-paying games) – it has a nice clear font and the automatic move is very responsive. Another feature we rarely see in other games is if youre low on funds (under $4.00) it will give you the option to play games for watching ads. All other Solitaire games Ive tried will give you ads-for-play options for the first few days, then you never see them again. You can also play free games for gems, and use the gems to play a cash game. Its not a big amount, but if youre like us and cant afford to spend much money on games its worth it (we have put some $ into it, but not regularly). We enjoy the challenge of turning a few cents into $10-$50. Ive written about Solitaire – it also offers Bingo, which is not a game we normally care to play, but we have tried it a few times. Im not particularly good at it, but the gameplay is simple to follow and again, its a nice clear font thats easy to see. Overall, we believe this to be a superior Solitaire app. It doesnt have all the flashy graphics of other games, but we dont play to admire the visuals. We do try out other games, but they get deleted after a few months and this one has us coming back for more. Great job, guys.
Ive noticed that this game is fair compared to most other online games. Of course theres the bad luck days, but its very rewarding and something to look forward too! Especially when theres challenges.
Yes, you can win real money. We deposited $5 and earned ~$85-90. But the second you actually start winning money, the profitable cash games show up. They only offer duels which will have the worst return in profit. For example, a $1 duel will have a payout of $1.40, only if you win. Youre only profiting 40 cents. If you lost a duel, youd have to win 3 games in a row to even make the original money back. So not worth it. We havent found a solitaire cash game that doesnt do this. Youre already pocketing an immense amount of money from every person that plays a cash game. For example, a $1 game has 5 players. First place wins $2, second place wins $1, and third wins $0.50. Thats only $3.50. Where is the other $1.50? Thats right, the company pockets it for profit. For a $3 game, first place wins $6, second wins $3, and third gets $1.50. 5 players entering for $3 each is $15. But they only offer $10.50 in total prizes. How is it fair if the company can continuing pocketing insane margins on every game played, but Im not allowed to do the same? Shame on you.
We enjoy the challenge of this game immensely. We have withdrawn money a few times in the past. However, this time, the system is asking for a 3 tier verification process. The final one was to submit a bill verifying our address. We submitted several which were rejected. We have tried to reach out to customer support and the verification team several times and have not received one response. Our payment information has not changed, and now we are locked out of the verification process. Please find a way to send us our cash.

Cash trip is true and legit we cash out our payment on Friday and we received it to our pay pal today they are great cuz sometimes when u cash out on these games they make u have a count dwn or something like that but this one is legit.

This app is 100% legit. We did not add any money to it. We just download it a little over a week ago and have logged in every day and played every day we cash out nine dollars we just received it this morning and we cashed it out 5 days ago. That would be our only complaint is the amount of time it took to receive the money, but in the end we did receive the money just for playing. This app doesnt have a ridiculous amount of ads or anything. It is a lot of fun, has a lot of game options and ways to win.

So you got a game (different than having game)that turns all winnings to uncashable bonus money. If a spade is a spade then you are nothing more than a grifting cheat. Rated at 3 stars because its fun to play and kill time but just want yall to know that bonus cash will not be able to be withdrawn and they deduct tax when you withdraw your funds.
