Im enjoying this game and the challenge of it.
It sometimes forgets which level we're on.
For some reason can not access apple mail. But know we have used 3 of our stars to change wallpaper in the bedroom and for some reason app shut down and when we have gone back in to app have had to use another star to change wallpaper again.
Ever time we go into the game it crashes and it is really frustrating because we just got the app and can't play fix.
This was fun but now it keeps freezing and wont come back up. When we download it again we have to start over and have lost all our progress. We just deleted it again.
We see nothing original, but if you like other match games, it is fine.
As we said, we love playing this game, but now we have a new phone, and we have to start all over again. We did save our progress on Facebook, but its not loading for some reason. So Im starting over, but theres a lot of extra things we may never get back.
Just think Royal Match, with the added pleasure of interior design.we played 30 levels overnight. We really like the characters so far, too.
Been playing a LONG time and at a high levelover 2600. Always had trouble with friends, which we just ignored and played alone. However, now the game freezes after every level. We have to close out the app to move to the next level after we beat the last. Im getting very frustrated and am almost ready to delete.
In our 80s and enjoy the game but it takes a while to build up points to build with and then they are wasted when points are used for frivolous things. For instance it costs a point for the princess just to speak with someone. Or it costs three or four points to do one thing. Not fair.
We just started this game and so far we like it.
The developers havent updated this game in months. Dont bother downloading it.
Im on chapter 46 and it wont let us go any further we have over a dozen scrolls and when we try to message via the app it refuses to send it.
Got to level 575 and cannot get past it.
This is one of the few games that Ive had downloaded for a couple of years now. We always have to be doing some kind of mindless activity when watching tv or just passing time, and this game has been really helpful and stress relieving (even though some of the levels are difficult, it makes it all the more worth it when you finally beat the level!) and we adore all of the castles rooms! Im currently on level 2,882 and up to date with the story and waiting for an update so we can put the scrolls Ive accumulated to good use.
We really enjoy playing this game. It can be very challenging at times and has a good story line. However, we do wish the stalling/slow motion it does at times could be fixed. It will definitely mess you up on moves if you are not careful. We have already deleted the app and downloaded it again but little did we know we had to start at the beginning again.
We love this game and story but it's been so long since a storyline/quest update, sometimes we wonder if the developers are still working on the app. We miss playing this.
When you get into the game it's cool, the levels were easy to beat and you got to design the castle. That's until we barely get any moves for the levels, it makes everything harder and we're barely in the game.
Hi we are on level 436 we can say it has not been easy getting to this level but somehow we got here but we do feel like the challenge dont need to get so hard.
This game is fun but you wait forever for new updates. We completed level 46 three weeks ago and there is no update. We contacted the maker of the game and we received no response.

This game is just right; its not too hard or too easy! We normally get tired of games really quick, but Im on level 281! Plus, you dont have to pay to play.
There are some levels that are hard but thats what keeps us playing.
We love this game, but we have reached the point where we no longer have tasks to complete. Im stuck at Chapter 46 and it says Were working around the clock to bring you more Castle Story Content. But it has been like this for the past 2 weeks. When will new chapters be added? Update: Still dont have any more tasks to complete. When will this be updated? This is going on 6 months with no new tasks.
This game has updates regularly BUT only bug fixes, etc. There have been no updates to allow game play in a new chapter for over 6 months. Why.
Ive had this game for a few months now and far the last two months Ive been stuck at chp 48. Theres no more chapters at all. We are at level 3333 and have 529 scrolls. We constantly check to see if theres more but theres not. Disappointed as the game is great and challenging but we no longer enjoy playing anymore.
Our phone settings were fine, this game had no sound.
The story line and everything is great we love the game but we can get passed level 197 as some rows just dont fill up with anything and therefore cant clear the level. Fun game till you get to that point.
The sound will not stay on at all!! We have our sound all the way turned up on our iPhone and the controls in the settings of the game are turned on! We have to keep turning it up and down to hear music for 2 seconds and then it mutes again. We basically play with no music on and its so boring!! This bug needs to be fixed ASAP. We will we download if the sound does get fixed soon.
First the character look like Rapunzel from tangled and its like homescapes.
We absolutely love this game some levels can be challenging and thats what we love a challenge and who doesnt love magic thanks for making a fun magical game.

Been waiting over like 5 months for a full upgrade.is it ever going to happen.
Im a Match 3 fanatic but found this one a little dull. The playing field is drab and kind of lifeless. The colors are too similar. There should be more contrast in them, perhaps a little more depth and dimension. It looks like a cute game but lost our interest after the third level. Maybe Ill check it out again down the road when they keep up with the other match three developers who offer incredible depth and dimension with life like features. Its just too cartoony for us.
So much fun play it every day try it if you havent.ITS SO MUCH FUN.
We love this game finally a game that isnt so hard that we can get through levels but in the middle of our game the app will close or we will try to open the app and we will just close so when we update came we were like wonderful, this will fix the bugs but when we updated it the app still did the same thing!! We hope this gets fixed soon we love this game.
Too many times glitches like right now unable to swipe center block in game. Also not our favorite of the swipe games, bees go wherever, not even targeting a common sense block. Takes weeks for developer to working on more stories, deleted the app.
We thought deleting it and reinstalling would helped but it just only restarts our whole game. So we just deleted completely.
We love the game, love the story, but it wont let us use our coins. It makes us restart the whole game over. Even if we have the whole thing finished but 1 or two with lots of coins ready to be used it wont let us use them at all. Please fix. Thank you.
Im on Level 1809.. Im surprised Im still playing this game even tho we complain so much about it lol. Our main complaints are basically about 2 things: First complaint is some levels are tedious sooner than the others and also some feel almost impossible until after a couple days of trying, when luck is on your side and you finally win. They make some levels so difficult and virtually impossible to pass unless you pay money and buy power ups and more lives. We downloaded this game to have fun on our free time and honestly lately its not fun, but frustrating. Second complaint is as you get to the higher levels, they start charging more for things to do. At first everything is only one scroll, then it goes up to two scrolls for everything. And at the level we are right now, they started charging things for 5 scrolls. Which we personally think is insane especially when 1 level took us 3 days to beat and we only get one scroll out of it and like 50 coins. And they charge you scrolls to go to sleep, read letters, have a conversation etc. The amount of scrolls to place 1 single chair or 1 single carpet is just to much. Overall we like playing this game. Other then those 2 things that make us question to delete this game. The one thing thats not letting us delete this game yet is because we love seeing the outcome of each room. We might delete in the soon future if things dont change towards the better in the update. We contacted the owner many times about this and they always tell us well let the production team know but nothing ever actually changes. We dont know how much longer Ill last playing this game.
It can be very tough to get the levels we wish it was a little easier to win each level.
The game is easy and fun but its beginning to get a little expensive. Im not sure if Im going to keep it.

Fine game but u hit walls in terms of what you can achieve without paying real money. We with there were alternate ways (watching ads etc.) to collect bonus lives and items like the valentines dress.
With the piatas there is a glitch that all the candies wont disappear no matter what. Ive lost coins and progress because of this. Wont be playing anymore.
Awesome game lots of fun!!! The only thing is the power ups are a little costly$1800 and down they need to bee like$100,$200 though.
We loved this game! We dont want to stop playing it for a second! We are definitely hooked on it.
We're currently on level 91 and yes it is a bit frustrating. But we really enjoy the wonderful feeling of pride when you finally pass a hard or difficult level. When we don't have enough coins we will open the app, claim our daily reward, (Depending on our schedule or mood) we may move on to another game. If you do this you get the prizes. After a while you have boosters and coins. This will help you pass the level. Our 1 big problem: The piggy bank. We're not willing to spend the money to get coins; that we ALREADY EARNED from previous levels. We often find ourselves wanting more coins, however we're not allowed to spend money. The main problem with the piggy bank is just one word. Why? Why does the piggy bank even exist? We know the answer; to get money. But still it kind of feels like the money we earned is getting almost like stolen fron us and the sold back to us for a price.
We love the game so far, just wish we could play with our friends. We have tried to add each other time and time again, but it always says we no game friends which is frustrating.
