Why cant we connect to Facebook or update game to get the daily quests?
So relaxing and satisfying at the same time.
Nice game, cute graphics and music too.
We are addicted. And we have a dictionary app next to it to learn new words, which we find very interesting. Not 5 stars because some ads ( the ones you have to watch to get coins and exchange for hints) get frozen on the screen after the ad has finished, and does not let you go back to the game ( billionaire casino is one of them). We go around it by turning our phone off and then on again, but it bothersome. We hope you can fix this. Thanks.
We used to love this game but recently we havent been able to do the daily challenge because it says we need to update the game. We havent seen any recent update to this app so now our month spent trying to get the big daily challenge jackpot has been wasted.
We love the puzzle… However, we cannot play the daily challenge because it tells us to update in the store. There is an update button but it does nothing. In the App Store, it just says open. We can still okay the game but we no longer play the daily challenge, frozen… Not happy!
A fun game, but we can no longer play the daily challenge. App says update, but nothing happens when we click the update button. No option in the App Store to update either.

We followed your advice and bought coins for a months worth of no ads. It didnt work! Then it froze twice! Bye bye! Also, no plurals allowed? Are you kidding???????
The daily challenge is supposed to reset monthly but does not making it pointless. Also the game, once played does not lock so the same puzzle can be played over and over to no point. We’ve sent multiple emails but have had no reply. Used to enjoy but am deleting. Waste of time.
We did love this game until it stop working properly. For the last couple of months, It will not let us do the daily challenges. It says to update but there is no update in the App Store for it. We’ve sent 3 emails regarding this issue and we never get a response. Also within the last couple of weeks it wont let us connect to Facebook either.
Great brain teaser we like it because it helps us sometimes we forget lolbvs how to spell them.
The way this word is set up makes you really have to think about the right word your looking for and be correct we love it.
Dont waste your time. We got to level 498, they had a bug, they said they fixed it, then we had to start again from level 1. Dont waste your time. You contact them about what happened, they never answer you or fix your problem. Forget this stupid game. There are better games out there.
We believe this game is amazing!! We enjoy coming home, and playing this game, that challenges the brain.
This used to be great fun / but now we cant access the daily puzzle for the new month. You need at least 20 wins to gain the coin prize, but it keeps coming up to update we press that and nothing happens, no new version! We also agree that many words are not accepted that absolutely are valid words. Fix this and Ill be back with a 5 star rating- otherwise Buh-bye!!
Different than lots of word games. Keeps our interest and is not too difficult.
Stretches our mind and is fun at the same… And guess what, one of the few games that doesn’t cost you anything to play, our kind of game!
We like this game it’s similar to wordscapes. Biggest negative: no ability to turn off ads. Also when the ads come up any sound muting goes out the window. In addition our phone seems to be hot when we play. We were hoping turning off ads would eliminate the download read write the game was using on our phone but no luck. Update 1/8/18: we deleted this game. It just froze and we couldn’t do anything. We shut it down and reopened. Shut our phone down and reopened, no luck. App said there was an update, but we checked the App Store and there was nothing after the time we downloaded.
We really enjoyed this game over other word games because hints are affordable and gaining coins is easy, even without spending money. We never get stuck or find myself in a position where we’re forced to shell out cash to keep going. We really appreciate that this is a "player’s" game, rather than a cash cow for the developers. Most games are constructed as money makers, so we really respect the way the game is designed for the player’s experience! However, we’ve found several valid words that are not accepted. We know not all word combinations can be found in the puzzle, but they should still be counted as extra words and many are not. So far, we’ve found that all of these words have been unaccepted: Lied Wired Veers Seer Wider Tees Med Pains Pans Pins Snip Sip Sap Wore Rats Peaks Peas Lots Outs Trips Limes Ties Exits Oils Idols Hits Toad Hers Seats Rifts Dies Bam Tabs Ports Pets Duos Cars Tones Notes Tens Nets Tons That’s a huge list of valid words! And these are just the ones we’ve tried so far! These aren’t even obscure words, they are common, everyday words, so we don’t understand why they shouldn’t be included. Unless it was just laziness in the designing of the game. Whatever the reason, we can’t even play anymore because it’s just maddening!
We hate companies that do this! This is just Word Cookies with a different style. Download Word Cookies instead of this crap. Word Cookies was the original. Do not support this game or the developer.
