The trick to this game is to go at its pace and not yours unless youre already attuned to the magic of Cats & Sharks naturally. When we were younger we downloaded this game on our iPod touch and we loved it since we stopped playing it because our iPod broke but we remembered the name and we redownloded it we felt so much nostalgia just flooding to us and it made us feel happy. This app is amazing.
It doesnt take very long for a cat to spawn and the cats are CUTEEEE we also just started playing this game and we love it.
We like the game, cute graphics but sometimes when we look at our cat list of what types we have and some of them just says: Not At Home Where do they go when theyre not at home. And maybe add new places like expand the game, and also Its been hard finding new cats lately and we never seen a cat with kittens go to the dock yet, what happens? Do they all crouch down and bond with the marine animals? Do the kittens stay on the dock or ride on the shark with their mom? Anyway Its a great game, just we would like it better if you upgrade it a little.
Update Apr 2024. No longer get freezing. But also, no ads, no way to watch video. Most of our previous cats are 'on holiday'. Had to delete app every time we try to look at an ad. Clicking on OK function to accept the claim prize froze the game. Every time. Either you play without looking at ads or you will get frozen. Every time. We only got the app to rotate the viewing perspective, ONCE OR TWICE. Not being able to do that it's a major negative. Would love to see some updates. —.
We just downloaded this game, didnt look into updates prior, so apologies if this is an outdated game. We cant turn the camera. It doesnt turn. We can move forward backwards left right but we cant look anywhere except the left at the dock. This issue is happening on iOS 18.5 iPhone 15 plus.
Cant rotate screen to see entire village and theres a million ads and hardly any cats.
We love this game. Really great for just relaxing and observing. But there is an issue with the adds for rewards. This game doesnt have adds that pop up, you watch an add for a reward, but recently the rewards are glitches to where you cant accept them. You watch the add but cant claim the reward. Its not a game breaking glitch but it slows down progress.

We like the game and we love the cats in it! But after each time we watch an ad, we can receive any special gifts because it wont let us tap on OK. The camera control is also strange, you cant rotate the map besides zooming it in and out. Please fix this. :(.
Watching ads makes the game freeze. Please fix.
We do adore this game, but there needs to be a bug fix. Upon watching ads, you do not receive the rewards and the game crashes and or freezes. Camera rotation is also very stressful, you can only zoom in and out and cannot rotate the entire island. Please fix these bugs so us and many others could enjoy this game.
We watch the ads and then we dont get our gift we believe its a bug.

We really love this game!! We came back to it after like, 3 or 4 years? And its amazing! We remember you can get the white cat instantly because in the beginning you can see it on the rooftops!! We recommend this game.

Although we only just downloaded this game, we already love it. It has a very unique 3d style, and the concept of the game is so wholesome. Its the perfect thing to do when youre waiting somewhere or stressed out after a long day. Its incredibly charming, and its also simple while remaining fun. The ideal game for relaxation and waiting. This game is just like weird aquarium that is actually where we got this one these games are just so amazing we cannot stop playing them. They are just soooooo addicting to meso people who do not have this game we are just telling you get it it is AWESOME but also WEIRDat the same time ha!. Make more of these types of games please maybe like these ones but with farm animals and actual aquarium animals and maybe zoo animals and maybe reptiles and all of those please we beg we are only 11 years old please.
This game is so cute and consumed our attention from the start please add on more things to do maybe more worlds.
Ive used this game on and off over the past two years, since Im an avid cat lover and honestly its just a really cute game. It would be nice for developers to try to add a new map, new cats. We know it may take a lot of work, but still. This is the main reason we use it on and off, as the same map, same cats get boring once Ive collected them all. If not a new map, at least some new cats. We hope that the developers can add something new in the future, even if its small. But overall we love the game :D.
As of writing this, Ive completely beat the game. Ive unlocked every cat and bought every item. We dont know if theres a max on the fish box donation but its level is fairly high. We genuinely like this game, its easy to come back hoping for new cats, however once you've done everything theres no reason to come back. We do hope a new update adds new cats, items, and maybe some upgrades. Ultimately Id hope for an update that allows you to attract new sharks and sea life. We will mention a bug, somehow our cats deleted the red ball from the game. Hitting the button to put down items doesnt reset its placement and we cant store it away.
This game is good, but it lacks a little. Pros: – There are many cute and interesting cat designs. – Ads(optional to play) lasts maximum of 6 seconds (rarely 20 second videos pop up) and have great rewards. – Gifts are fun to find hidden through the map. – The graphic design is appealing (nice colors, not to much movement; focus is on the cats). -The cats have some cute interactions with the sharks, dolphin, turtle and other animals in the sea. Cons: – The only real animated designs are the cats, everything else (minus minor designs) are still. – There is no music, so it seems very dull – Its hard to bring up the chance/ percentage of new cats coming. – You personally cannot interact with the sharks, only the cats; they only interact a few times. – When the scenery changes into night mode(constantly), its hard to see whats what. – There is no additional help/guide after the tutorial, although it says there is. – Even if notifications are turned on, they rarely/dont pop up (needed for rewards/ to collect donation box when full). – You cannot rotate the camera angle, you can only move up, down, left, or right. – Although the icons are pressed, photos cannot be shared directly from the game(although it says they are, according to the achievements); You can only save photos Overall, its an interesting game that can be fun to play. It does lacks some appeal and can get boring fast as well, but still have you playing.
Would be cool if we could continue to expand the island so we could have more room and activities for the cats (a small theme park for them with a Ferris wheel or other carnival rides, a movie theater, more ocean expansion for new sharks, a market) MORE EXPANSION WOULD BE AWESOME. Also it would be better if there were more aquatic species (squid, octopus, sting rays, even a mythological creature like a mermaid would be cool). The game is called Cats & Sharks! Maybe there should be more types of sharks to collect, not just cats! Eventually you collect all the items like furniture or toys, and then run out of room for places to put them, so then its just clutter. Pretty soon the game becomes a monotonous pattern of collecting fish bones, and new cats which tend become scarce since theres a limited list to how many cats you can collect.
Ok so we got this game today, and we only have three cats. WHAT NOW?!? What do we do now? We only have 89 bones and three cats. WHAT DO we DO?! We would love to actually be able to have fun in this game.
We love this game. It's super cute, obviously, but what we love most is that it's not nearly as boring as other pet collector games. You can actually play instead of just waiting for long periods of time! The English is not exceptional, but it's not too bad as to make the game harder or less fun. Definitely one of our new favorites.
By the way you should update Rome to the newest update, its unplayable currently.
