Im on level 2489 and Im tired of playing the same books over and over and over. Can u guys please make more books please. We love this game but we dont play it very much now because of that. We also spend our $$$ on the game. U will be losing out on that too. Is there only 6 books? So please make more books. Also can u please fix the Treasure map, no matter which order we pick they are the exact same thing. The first one is the 8 hours the 2nd one is the gold Hershey kiss the 3rd one we think is cherries. That is also very Old. Can u please fix these problems or we will stop playing it and tell all our friends to do the same. U have NO problem taking our money but not fixing the stuff.
We dont want to read a story Id rather play the game. It lags and gets dull.
We havent been able to play the daily harvest game for weeks now. Ive updated the app and nothing. Why bother even putting it on there if it doesnt work.
Everything is geared towards getting you to make a purchase. At first they let you win big. Then slowly but surely you start losing the very same things you were winning on. But now you just have to buy a few coins to be able to win on your first try to keep your rewards. So what?!! But little by little you have to pay more and more. So nope! We're done.

We love this game and now the same ads come up way too often and for WAY TOO LONG! Fix it or youll lose everyone.
Sent messages repeatedly telling you the daily harvest prize will not work still no response. If you arent going to have it working then remove it!! Starting to feel like l should quit. It is more because it really seems like you dont care about your players. We know l quit for a long time because l got tired of the slot machine ad messing up and told you guys repeatedly but nothing happened with that either. If you guys dont care enough to answer or fix things why should l stay? There are other games l just enjoyed this one thats why l didnt delete it but am pretty close.
We're past level 600. Some levels are impossible to pass unless you buy extra turns. We've spent more money than we care to think about just to complete levels of a very stupid and pointless game. It used to be fun but now it's just irritating. The stories are Goofy and seem to be aiming for kiddie humor.

We had to uninstall and reinstall Ave list all 256 levels.
We used to love this game and play it daily until the ads for free items disappeared. We dont mind spending a few dollars on a game but paying that much money for gold bricks when you need 10 of them anytime you want to do something is too much. Its essentially $1 to spin the wheel or continue playing a level. Thats crazy.
We have played charm king for a very long time and never had an ad pop up until about two weeks ago. We understand the necessity of ads, especially if the app is free, but the amount of ads on this game is ridiculous. An ad plays after attempting every single level, whether you pass the level or not. It is actually making the game not as fun anymore. The game also allows a daily free spin, however, you now have to watch an ad for the daily free spin. Charm King, please lessen the amount of ads.
Levels are fun, but challenging. Main issue we have is with sometimes completing a level on the last move. The game will register it as a loss as Im earning the last piece we need to win, then will ask if Im sure we want to quit or want to spend gold to continue, while in the background, we can see that all of our tasks are complete. It especially makes special events where you can only play once a day upsetting. Otherwise, we enjoy the storytelling and gameplay Updating because the ads added for things that used to just be free are annoying. We used to enjoy playing this game because of the break from random ads popping up in games.
Stay away from this one folks. Yes ,its highly polished, and there seems to be lots of extras that they give away AT FIRST. But at the end of the day, you pretty much need to use power ups to beat the levels. Its quite all right if you like repeating the same level over and over again just because its impossible to get the pieces you need to complete the task. There are so many tasks that you need to complete on each level and not nearly enough moves to do so. They dont leave any room for error on such a cutesy game. Also you pretty much have to spend cash if you want to continue. The other stuff that you can buy with cash is pretty ineffective in helping you conquer particularly difficult levels. So not worth it. Match games like this one, is mostly what we play. We guess we usually find them relaxing. We came in first place in a lot of the tournaments and was moving right along at the beginning of the game, but you know thats just to get you hooked.It becomes insanely difficult and not fun. There are other ones out there that are not nearly as frustrating and wont leave you wanting to pull your hair out lol. Also it moves at a snails pace.Most of the fluff you cant even skip.

This game is way too expensive to spend money on. And Ive spent a bunch. They seem to have removed the ads that gave us the choice to watch and continue on. If they dont return, Im done. Not worth it.

When playing the game thats similar to candy crush, its slow.
We have sent them his emails at least 20 different times. We would get an automated email immediately and then never ever hear from them ever. How can you run a business like this dont even communicate with your actual customer who spend money.
This game is way more fun and challenging than we expected. Im enjoying the stories as they are very fitting for great life lessons. Then the challenges just add to the fun and exciting.

This morning we tried to play Charm King, it kept loading and freezing over and over again. So we deleted it and re-downloaded. We were up to level 500+. When we reloaded, lost all our levels. Is there anyway to recover those levels and continue to play? Thank you, Carol.
This game is so relaxing and fun! And when you run out of lives, you wont mind dropping a couple bucks here and there buying more lives, just because youre not interrupted through the game with ads!! We love Charm King.
Fun , entertaining, dii JJ fete the, all around fun game, Id recommend it . Only thing that would be nice is if it would just talk instead of reading it all but…. Who doesnt need the practice.

Ive been stuck on level 3037, for very whats seems to be a VERY long time !!! Any clues on how this one goes Ive not been able to solve at all !!! PLEASE HELP.
Im having trouble keeping it connected to our internet. Its connect 100%. And then it freezes up and boot its self off.. Then we have to click on the app again to open it up Again. This started yesterday. Ive been playing for for 2 weeks. It was working fine. Then it starts to freeze on our iPad. It happens on our iPhone now. HELP.
We really like this game. It is a lot of fun to play with many different things going on at the same time. We just wish it was not quite so slow in some areas. Almost like it is lagging behind.
