Fun to use a lot of the time but often doesnt see all the letters on the board correctly especially where it is suggesting you play. So it is all wrong in those instances.
Very nice to use it- it confirms what words or placements we were thinking of using. Love the challenge.
WWF2 is constantly changing. Sometimes the tiles are not recognized by this app making it useless. When it works it is great, but it is frustrating when it doesnt.
For the most part, its a good app. Sometimes it doesnt work. It boots us out or all our letters dont show up like its supposed to.
About 1 in 4 times, it just shuts down after the ad.
This app really helps us beat the computer, one time we got 176 points on 1 word. The disadvantage is that you only have 5 keys and you have to either buy some more or watch countless ads. We found that you can delete and reinstall it and you will have 5 more keys but that takes valuable time. We would recommend this to anyone that needs help with words with friends.
Doesnt allow you to get access to the keys at times and it at times gives us an error.
Usually works great but needs an update at the moment.
We constantly get pop-ups that say to go get two free keys but you never get them. It also suggests words that are not acceptable. When it works it works great but when it doesnt its a big failure.
When we import our screenshot as soon as it appears on the screen it just disappears. Is there anyone who can help us?
With the new update there are new boards. And so the score is not accurately reflected. Also more than once we have found words that dont show up on the app.
More than often the app suggests words but we find words on our own that score higher than the apps highest scoring word. They definitely need to upgrade the app.
Cheat masters is not working properly. For the lady 20 or more times it just gives us an error and offers no help. 4/12/2020 Still not able to use keys to help solve puzzles. Has been 2 months and you gave done nothing. What bus going on? Are all your techs not working g because of the virus. Our son works for a computer company that solves problems from home. Can your company not do the same? Or do you just not care. Once again we are trying to get you to do something about this app. We Play words with friends 2 constantly. Cheat master will not work anymore. It just gives us error messages. It is useless as an aide to the game. We are about to give up. You guys obviously do not care enough this app to make it work properly. Still only getting error message every time we try to use it. For at least 3 months we have not been able to use either Cheat Master or Cheat for words. They both give us constant error messages. We love the game but if you cannot get it working properly, we are sure you will lose a lot of players.
What a joke. No way 43k. Doesnt work at all. This app should be removed.
They added some advertising recently. The app was taking up 25 gb (almost half) of our IPhone total storage. We had to delete it.
We have wasted a good 25 plays where there was no such word! It even gave us a word but instead of giving us 45 pts it gave us 21! We played the word exactly how it was shown ! Also, it put letters where our opponent didnt play and gives a word from that but the word didnt exist! Ugh!! We see it was a mistake downloading this one.
Now it never works. Time to find a new appluckily there are many others out there.
Keeps saying unable to import board. Tried to send screen shots via email. The email Doesnt work.
This has not worked for three weeks now and we have sent you reports numerous times. Its annoying and there is no way to contact you other than this ridiculous way. What is your email address?????? We dont want to rate you because at this point we wouldnt give it one star but since you are FORCING us to Ill give it ONE star.
We can’t get this to work at all anymore. It worked great for a while. It’ll tell us to email the issue. We have several times. We done everything it tells us to do. Guess we’re out our money because this app stopped working and they won’t fix it. It’s been going on for 2 months now.
This app used to be great but now it only uses 4 of your tiles to creat words! So that really doesnt help us think of the best word.
Tells you to check compatibility. Shows that you have the supported version but still fails to scan! Deleted!!
We find several of the ads very offensive. The ones with the nurse. Dr. And patient and another similar one. ( kiss him, dont kiss him ) ad.
Its great when it works, 99% of the time it doesnt work.
Keeps suggesting DI as a choice, but WWF says DI isnt a valid word, we have wasted so many keys on this.
The word DI is not a valid word in Words With Friends. Please take it out of your suggested uses on the board. We’ve wasted many keys on this suggestion. Thank you.
We love this helpful app! We only try to use it when Im stuck with letters we cant figure out a word for which happens a lot.
After we import the picture the app will flash then go away it happy on our iPhone and iPad, we’ve removed it and added it back still the same thing.
No longer works with iOS 15 boo.
We purchased this app a few years ago and it worked fine for a while. However, the last year or so it does not work properly. We have deleted and re-added several times. Now it requires $ to purchase keys . They need to correct this problem before purchasing.

We downloaded & paid but it didnt work. We checked our version of Words with Friends 2 and this particular app is way behind to work with the current version of WWF2.
It worked great until we upgraded.

Really like this app, easy to use! However it needs updated with the newest wwf2.
This app is not working with the revamped words with friends. Needs a fix with the new screen. It is not doing anything, cant pick up letters, always says errors, fix the ap or please come out with a new one that actually works as supposed to work. This happens frequently.
Great to learn new words and keep us on our toes. Love it. Best App ever!
