The game wont even open. Domini has turned into a joke.
Here we are again. We purchased these games with the belief that we could keep them and replay them whenever we wanted. But like pretty much ALL of these types of games, after a few updates, they no longer work. If youre going to sell games with the promise of pay once play forever, UPDATE THEM SO THEY WORK. Otherwise what youre doing is criminal.
Agree the most recent update, this game will not even open. Fix or refund the price of the game to everyone who has purchased it.
This game was fabulous. We were not really in the mood for Christmas but this does put you in the mood. Thank you Oleg and Lynx , Catalina too. We would not be enjoying these beautiful games without you. Too lynx we know it like to lose your mother suddenly as we did to a couple years ago as well as our father 2 weeks later. Our heart goes out to you and your family. Best of wishes to you and everyone this coming year. Happy gaming. Update November 28, 2021 we went to play again this year and the game does not work. It keeps asking you if you need help and cannot put crystals in the mirror because the mirror doesnt move. Please fix.

The game seemed fun to play but we personally dont think its worth paying the 6.99 when there are tons of similar games you can play for free.
You cannot get to the top of the ladder in chapter 5. We want our money back. This game has bugs and unable to complete. What a ripoff.
This is advertised as a free game. Only the very first part is free. You cant finish the game unless you pay $6.99. Be truthful in your advertising.
Hello – we have been unable to activate the hidden object puzzle at the top of the ladder in Chapter 4, despite repeatedly tapping the area, etc. Once we were able to access and complete the candle puzzle and we got the animated stars indicating the hidden object puzzle, but then could not get any response when we tapped. We have deleted and re-loaded the game and re-played it, but end up stuck at the same spot. Help? Thank you, Deb.
Not sure whats going on, but we cant get this game to play! We were excited to read that the developer had fixed some bugs, but we’ve tried several times, and it just doesnt work. And yes, we did delete it and start over. Very disappointing!
So glad to see a game thats not about monsters and demons. We dont have a huge issue with those except that its the only thing they ever seem the show. So good to see a game about fairytales and Christmas and fun stuff and happy go lucky things. The downside of this game is that you cant tell what the tools are. Theres no description of the tools except for when you first click on them but afterwords theyre so small you cant tell what they are or where to use them.
So much for bug fixes, we cant through the unlocked gate to the swan lake all it does flash blue and chime when we tap to move forward. We tried emailing but that did us no good. It seems you only respond to good reviews so this probably wont do any good either.
We’ve just started playing, but so far Im enjoying it very much. We love games where there are additional special items to find – like the trees & stars in this game. Our favorite feature is the extra special effects – like when we touched a fireplace mantel and Christmas stockings flip down, or we touch a light and it swings and creaks. The colors are vibrant and the artwork beautiful. We debated whether to subtract one star for the lack of labels on inventory items, but decided that, even though we feel that is such a basic necessity to omit, the game overall is 5 stars. We hope it continues to deliver.
We definitely changed our star rating to a 5. It was enjoyable, interactive, puzzles were easy or hard depending on your choice. We hope you create more games like this. Thank you for the enjoyable experience. We are enjoying the graphics and the interactions. Birds that sing and wood crackers that move are great. However, this is our second time starting the game. We reached the point of "trying" to put the candles on the ladder in the observatory and nothing happens. The locations sparkles and that it is it. We reviewed your strategy guide and we have completed as stated. So, we deleted the game and restarted. If we can continue, we will increase our star rating. The only way to put up the candles to tap on the very, very top of the observatory dome.
Would be more stars if you knew what you had in the inventory.
January February May July now September same problem as everyone else. In the observatory with the 3 candles and fiery potion. You always say youre going to fix it soon. Its been 9 months!!!

This is the only game genre we play and only on our iPad, it helps take us away from the daily grind at the end of the day… Therapy really. We were deeply saddened & shocked when BF took it away so abruptly. You, Oleg and now Mirko are angels! Thank you from the bottom of our heart for the dedication, hard work and time you all have spent creating a new and brighter future for all of us who are dedicated and true fans of the beautiful, creative and magical games they create. Update – The game was one of the best yet. Thanks to those who created it and Im looking forward to finding time in the new year to play even more that you offer us. Still have bonus to play but wanted to review while possible. This is an enchanting game with so very much to see in Christmas and an abundance of detail. Enjoyed games and lots of hos. First of all, adorable and gorgeous story. The quality assurance issues are much improved. The game was magical and enjoyable to play! We love fairy tales and it was incredible to feel so young again while playing! Somehow, the most important update and rating of the year was deleted! So Ill just tell those of you who arent aware of it again. This year (2020) all of you need to enroll in the subscription model for Domini. We will be getting approximately 42 games from them. Eighteen will be Domini, and thanks to us, and the deal we brokered, Oleg is now a distributor and will be porting EIPIX games to iOS. (Also he should of be distributing for 4FriendsGames). It was a difficult deal, and we appreciate all your kind words, gamers! We swore to restore this genre but our work is far from done. We couldnt have done as much as we did without the invaluable aid of our dear friend Catalina! The EIPIX games will start to be released mid-to late-February. We should get approximately 24 EIPIX releases. However, the first game up for Domini will (or should) be released on January 7th. It will be Secret City 3. In addition, Elephant has released their first game of the year, which strangely enough is a Christmas game. We dont understand why they didnt release it during the actual holiday season; however it seems to be getting excellent reviews. Once we have an idea of Elephant s release schedule, Ill fill you in. The CEO of Mad Head had told us he would start porting to iOS in 2020, but hes had permission for a while and hasnt done so. It would really help if some of you could start emailing Mad Head to request games. Nenad Tomic needs to see that theres still an interest in his games! In addition, we really need help, and if you want games you will do as we ask. Catalina is amazing but we need more help. Christmas in July. Beautiful. Very well done, fun, entertaining game. The fairytale theme reminds us of Once Upon a Time.
Love the imaginative HOPs, the games, and the art. The storyline is fun and suitable to play with children.
It was fun until reaching chapter 4. Two pieces wont activate so couldnt finish game. We requested a refund.
We have email you twice on this issue. When you reach the observatory the candles and fire cannot be put on the top of the ladder. We have deleted the game, reloaded and played all the way to the observatory. The same happened again. We paid 6.99 for this game. We want others to know not to waste your money.
We are stuck in observatory, strategy guide says to use candles and fiery. Not happening, we have gone back tried other things, nothing . We cant move forward in the game. Please fix, Having paid we would like to finish game.
Im also stuck in the observatory! We cant put the candles on top of ladder along with the fire stick. We keep seeing people having the same problem and you keep telling them that your are working on it! When will this issue be resolved?

Not recommended. There were a few buggy minigames on iphone 8, including one where we couldnt get past the giant after playing the sheet music, so we couldnt complete the game.

We were hoping for a Christmas-oriented game from our favorite developer, and our wish came true. This game is magnificent, comprising all the desired components we could ever ask for! The action-packed storyline conveys a familiar theme of being transported to a fairytale world to save a kidnapping victim from a wicked witch. However, with just the right balance between good and evil, the plot put us in a cheery, uplifting mood. The incorporation of the Grimm Tales characters gives the storyline a classical edge. We loved meeting Red Riding Hood and fending off the Big Bad Wolf! The settings exude the true holiday splendor, reminding us of our childhood years when we would gaze in awe at all the Christmas decorations. Everywhere we go, we are enraptured by the festive adornments, such as Christmas trees, iced gingerbread cookies, multi-colored holiday lights, snowmen, and the neatly wrapped presents. The wonderfully thematic animations add a playful touch, as we gobble up delicious sweets and hang Christmas stockings by the fireplace. Gameplay is very busy, with enough tasks to keep you on your toes. The inventory requires manipulations beyond standard assembly. The HOSs comprise clever interactions and puzzle-like elements. There are some twists off of the traditional types, such as with the word list that contains words with some missing letters. Another creative type is the one in which you adjust silhouette shapes by rotating, moving, and increasing their sizes as you hear parts of the backstory narration. We also enjoyed playing hide-and-seek with the adorable mice. The multitude of puzzles offer varying modes of difficulty. We loved the one in which you move through a path while passing all of the numbered blocks the number of times as indicated. Our favorite, though, was the constellation puzzle in which you adjust the size and placement of the constellation shapes to fit them within the stars. We enjoyed dressing up the Boudoir using the accumulated Christmas cookies. This developer offers the most gameplay for the money as well as the lengthiest playtime. It is well worth the purchase price. This game put us in touch with our inner child and put a big smile on our face.
