Have had this for several years. Its gotten too hard to get new levels without paying. To add to the pain you have to pay to get access to the pot of diamonds you earned! Greedy and deceptive. Sad for such a well done game. Will be removing so we dont go broke this holiday season.

This game is very colorful and graphic. But. Its all about spending money to get wins on any of the levels. Example: There is never enough matches of a certain object. Like ornament match, or bell match, or Christmas tree matches. And not to mention only allowed a certain number of moves. Impossible without spending money! We dont recommend this game. Fun at first, but you catch on to what this game maker is doing! This includes their Holiday extra games.
Not a free game unless you like losing and doing the same level man many times. Not many power ups are free, and you really cant win without several per game. Not fun, but cute. Bye.

We have been playing this game for a very long time (on level 5536). We especially like the short term games. One of the reason they are so enjoyable is because of the special graphic in their levels. The current New Card Event does not have the special graphic, therefore it is boring to play! Please do not make that mistake again.

Playing thestudio game and level 17 isnt giving more than 1 reindeer & you need 3. Ive used gems to do extra turns, used our stars and, bombs and flowers to clear the board multiple times to no avail. Still only 1 reindeer. Please fix and credit back our wasted gems and boosters when the level has no way to win.
Its a very addicting fun game that can pass time. And we get it they want to generate revenue. But when you get to a point where its almost near impossible to pass a level unless you use power ups (that cost of course, you get very few feeebies). It seems a bit greedy as first and foremost, it should be fun. Ill have to try a level 40-50 times before passing it without a power up. Im not a rich person so we simply cant buy them. But its frustrating to have levels that are that difficult every time so we wind up putting it down and finding something else. Its a balance. Make us WANT to spend but dont make it nearly impossible without. The prize wheel is mostly useless. Very rarely do we get something thats actually helpful. Bottom line give out a few more freebies, make the levels a tad more doable without purchasing a power up (maybe by adding three to five more moves). And maybe Ill actually spend to get a few once in a while. We shouldnt need them for every level. As it is now, if we have two to three useless moves, then we know Ill never pass it without a power up and as a middle class person, we just cant justify spending that much.
We dont mind ads popping in up, but Pleaseeeeeee remove the most annoying and obnoxious ad ever! We dont have or never will have the Royal Match game due to the length of time the ad runs. When it pops up we swipe out of this game Ive been playing for nearly 8 years. Please please please make it go away.
Its Christmas everyday. We love the app. Its a good way to destress.
Trying to beat each level is so much frustrating fun, but possible. This game gives us reachable goals as long as we pay attention. It feels great to win. Give it a try.
For several months the part of the game where the coins go to the puppy doesn't work. It shows we're getting the coin but when clicking on puppy to see where we're at it says bad internet connection or something similar however nothing wrong with our wifi.

Can you please remove full screen option. On the iphone 14 pro max the icons for the items needed to complete the level are not visible and the screen resolution is to large.
It wont open- we just get the yellow screen. We cant get into the game to report the issue.
Since the latest update we cant see the item count of items to collect as it is under the iPhone dynamic island (black pill-shaped icon) at the top of screen. We can only guess if we are looking for blue snowflakes and how many. Never an issue prior.

Just started this game a few days ago,and already we feel hooked. Easy, and you dont run out of lives.
We had been thinking about deleting the app anyway, but the level requiring eliminating 100 somethings (gingerbread men and Santa hats, we think) made the decision for us. Too many extra games which meant constantly pressing the X just to start a real game compounded by that awful level said Nows the time to leave.
We have played for a long time, but we are stuck on level 770, without spending money we dont see a way to beat this level. Considering just deleting. Any advice.
We agree with one of the earlier reviews about the 3 power-up options. We like being able to add 2 more plays, but it would be nice on the other 2 if player could choose where they wish to use them. We really love this carefree little game that Ive been playing for years now! Level 3500.
We are on a high level and the game wont open. Whats going on.
Since this mornings update a pop up annoyance occurs due to certificate expired message. Should be fixed before deploy because its annoying as every time users open the game and between games you have to continue to push continue in order to play the game.
We enjoy a match 3 game & have tried several but over time the first bit of enjoyment wears off when we see what game is really about, however Christmas Sweeper 3 is the real deal for us. Instructions are easy to follow, hints are there but not overwhelming so, game play in challenging but not burdensome, they have bonus objects or power ups to use and best of all, no ads! Thank you CS3.
