So many new things have been added to the game and there is no where in the gameplay guide to explain what they are and how to obtain or use them.
The game is fun but they have destroyed the battle system. The game battle system use to be about everything combined. Research stats, troop level and dragon but now it is solely dependent on the dragon you have. Your research is pointless to do, troop level is pointless to work on. You can literally be a low level castle and as long as you have sunk thousands into your dragon. You will destroy even the strongest player. We have a mid level dragon and our research stats are between 500 and 800% attack defense and HP and we get utterly destroyed by people with 50-85% attack defense hp stats. A free dragon named eclipsed dragon is utterly destroying dragons that are paid for $100 usd packs. There is a glitch in the system that allows the player to send only 1 troop with their dragon and burn a castle that has 1 million troops. With the bone dragon, it can be completely dead and you never have to feed it. It still attacks with full power. There are so many unbalanced and unfair aspects of the bad battle system they have implemented that it has ruined the game. You are unable to enjoy chat when on IOS because of a glitch that speed scrolls and when you just move chat a little bit. It scrolls super fast to the top or bottom of the chat. Half of the messages disappear and dont send. The developers only care about taking as much of your money as fast as they can. And never fixing anything with this game. We have spent thousands and regret it. This game use to be amazing and full of fun! But the lack of motivation to fix the issues and gearing it towards dragons and away from actual full battle systems that rely on troops, stats, level AND dragons has completely and utterly destroyed this game. We do not recommend any new players download this game for the reasons we have stated above. We now remember why we quit this game when it started going down hill. Fix the battle system and Ill return. There is absolutely no reason why a castle that has max research and 800% attack defense and hp should be getting destroyed by a castle that has 85% attack defense and hp stats solely because they have a strong dragon.
This game was amazing but now the notifications that our castle is being attacked do not work. We have tried every setting, clearing the cache, everything. In game support is no help.
Lacks development and new features, lots of errors. Greed galore or no spenders because of ridiculously high prices.

We first played this game when it launched. We enjoy it a lot. It reminds us a lot of clash of kings. There is a lot of great systems in the game and its really easy to gain in game currency without spending money. Im playing with the iPhone 13 on the 16.0.3 iOS. With that being said there are a few amount of bugs we have noticed: 1. The translation feature and the view battle report features dont work for us. We cant translate messages that are crucial in game for alliance communications during kill events and kingdom wars. 2. Theres a black line that runs down our screen while Im in the castle. When Im in the world farming, scouting, or attacking its not there. 3. The battle is unbalanced. We see a lot of high level castles attacking smaller castles. We seen radiance castles attacking level 16 castles. Fixing these bugs and unbalanced features would be a great start to bringing this game to what it can be.
You Guys Need To Fix This Game After The Upgrade On 2/10/22 some Cant Finish Their Daily Task Cant And Got Cheated Out Of Our cumulative rewards Cheated Out Of Dice Rewards And Cant Get Anything Working On The Right Side Of Game We Cant See Or Identify The Dragons Cant Collect From The Chest On Left Side Of Game So Now How Are You Going To Compensate For All These Task 200 Gold Will not Suffice this Round.
No matter where you go there are only bad people and big spending bullies who will ruin your game unless you are willing to spend thousands to grow stronger. We dont recommend this game at all due to the unbelievable penny pinching by the developer and pushing of micro transactions and all the money they make but the only thing they seem to pay attention to is someone who grows in power and if they got it from their pack or not.
Game has crazy bugs, developers add new tasks when old ones do not work. Have tons of extra buffs, shards, redemption items that cant be traded or upgraded for other items, developers keep adding more! Just dumb! Shiny things seem to make these folks happy but sure do crap up the game.
K49 has a bigger cheater please check it, Shiratama with more than 200M of power, we need this game to be more just for everyone.
We have been having issues with this game for a few weeks and nothing works that they have told us to do now we did what they said we cant even get the app back on our iPhone when we reinstalled the game all we get now is when we go to open the app we get a Black screen then back to our iPhone screen plus issues in the game event issues we cant even get event rewards we contact coq but get nothing to fix our issues.
We use to play this game all the time, we got pretty far, we deleted it because we got too busy to play but now when we want to play it again its asking for a password, we dont remember the password, or remember making one, and now we cant get into the account.
We logged in one day just to see we were completely logged out of our account. It has us as if we were starting a new game. So we had to re log in our account by logging in using Facebook. Low and behold items that we earned were missing. We had over 18,000 arrows in the monster hunt area and the were basically down to like 2000 or some. We immediately contacted support which considered of several automated responses before we get a real response which was days later saying the tech support could find our problem. They do this often to players. Basically act as if they dont see the issue as if you are lieing or basically disregard you to the point you just give up trying to fight for your things you earned. They can so called find when a player is cheating but all of a sudden cant find issues for genuine true players. We earned a thing we have in this game by purchase or rewards through the game. All we ask is for them to replace what was took from us during a glitch that logged us completely out but the wont even do that. We spend money to play but dont get the true support we deserve.
If youre not willing to fork over a lot of money to play this game, be prepared to be very frustrated. We had two castles (because you have to have a farm if your going to succeed in leveling up the free way) and -big surprise- the one that we spent the most money and time on (the biggest one) suddenly disappears and has a passcode lock? We never set one. And it cant send a passcode to our email because its bonded to Facebook… Oh well… A lot of time, effort and money wasted- you can complain and write tickets to the support team all you want, still waiting for our reply from last year.
While the game has a very deep and interesting design, everything is skewed toward money players. We also believe there are questionable relationships between certain players (mods) and the developers. Players are allowed to have multiple positions on the same server. This leads to the funneling of resources to one super position and exaggerated growth. Game mods are allowed to play positions, which is a huge conflict of interest. Game features are poorly explained and anyone that knows of the hidden features has a large advantage. We would not recommend this game unless your willing to play at a disadvantage in knowledge and have deep pockets.
A glitch fest of a game. We especially enjoy the lousy notifications. More fun than that is the glitch that when you play two minutes or so into the game it restarts to award you with some overpriced dlc pack. Whole game needs redone. What a waste.
Did the update and now the game wont even load past pressing the game icon. Nothing happens. Ive tried rebooting and still nothing. Very annoying. Hope you fix this issue.

This is so fun like we played every day and you can pick if you want to be good or bad and if you want to be a king or a queen and you can get your own pet dragon and you can change your castle and you can chat with your friends.

We've been having issues every since 2 months and have decided not to purchase anything else because nothing is working properly. We've contacted customer service and still have not fixed our issue. Since they don't care about correcting the game but love to take your money.
Kinda cool game at first, but as you keep playing it gets boring. There should be more features.
There needs to be balance. Too many people growing WAY too fast. Like to extremely high levels to where its not fair to other players.
Cons -When we read the title we were hoping that we got to choose a side (light or dark). Its very misleading! -Every time that a clan member sends help, the notification always pops up in the middle of our screen. Like really? Couldnt you have put it at the top? Its blocking the game! -It doesnt matter what level you upgrade your buildings to, they will always have the same look to them. Pros -we can use the search button on the map to find monsters. Makes it so you dont have to scroll. -You dont have to always upgrade one building at a time. You have a set amount of workers. Smaller buildings take less people! We can sometimes upgrade three at a time.
Cant even login to our account because its asking for a 6 character password we never made.
The last player has it pretty right on. There are so many issues with the game, and instead of quickly resolving, such as a mass event to sell back issues from events that never coming back. Pretty standard pay to win however the customer service is decent the game has tons of ways to get strong without paying 6000000$ like some people. We like it at least.
We have 2 castles and it updated and now we can not get into our game and the in app purchases are forfeit they will not get back to us or fix it so we can play they will take your money and run do not pay for anything they will rip you off.
All they want is money. If you dont pay your account gets frozen till you do. Dont waste your time or money on it.

We have played this game for many years and have to say it has become severely unbalanced between the players that spend a large amount of money and players that are playing casually. Over the last year there are constant updates involving equipment or heroes that at this point are required to be competitive. The problem is you are looking at spending about 500-750 dollars just for those 3 or 4 items. This doesnt include research or building upgrades, etc. It has eliminated any benefit to being a regular player logging in daily and showing loyalty to the game. It is only about how much you are willing to spend, if you are that type of player it is a great game, however, if you are not a big money player you are basically going to end up being a farm for those players.
Yall should make a binding slot for email for people with iPhones the Facebook thing is hard to go between accounts plus you gotta create Facebook accounts to do it.
Trate de darle una segunda oportunidad despus de meses no jugarlo pero solo us llevo mas disappointments. No llevo ni dos dias jugando y ya han tenido 3 mantenciones. Si tienes algun problema mejor olvidate de tu castillos por que jamas lo arreglan y te responden puras incoherencias. Fue bueno en algun momento pero solo problemas tiene ahora. Mejor terminenlo de una vez y saquen uno mejor sin tantos bugs y con gente que realmente te ayude a solucionar los problemas :(.
We play this game all the time. Anytime you have an issue they do not respond for days. The worst at resolving issues their game causes. Including losing gold we paid for then the game crashes we all get kicked for maintenance and they give us lies about spending earlier in the day before the purchase of the pack. Our suggestion if you play dont spend your own money. But be prepared to lose everything you work for, because they dont balance out the battles. So those that spend money will always win and you will lose guaranteed every time.
Spent money ant time on this app to fulfill the black belt quest and the reward we get is the developer taking away prizes won with lot of hard work and money spent. They dont care about the players but just to make money and forget about anyone. Stay away if you dont want to get ripped off.

Please remove the ability to do cross kingdom megaphones. They clutter up kingdom chat with their love issues and stupid comments. Also please get rid of the gold party announcements from other kingdoms. Kingdom chats are being overrun with these.
No matter how much money or time you spend on this game no one can ever compete with the Asians!!!! This game is not fair by any means yet, we can't stop playing haha.
We started playing this a few days ago & we fell in love ….this is a beautiful game ….the graphics are stunning , the game makers have thought & planned ahead ….in most games players complain about heavy troop loss & lack of rss & being attacked to much to grow stronger ….Game makers here have helped solve some of these issues or to at least give we the players better option than before ….. We have played GOW , KOA , REVENGE OF THE SULTANS & other MMO games ….this game is the best by far ….. The only complaint we have is the limited # of players in the kingdom …it is very hard to get a New Alliance going , if you must have a minimum of 40 players to set up your alliance buildings ….This could be improved …..cost of things to upgrade dragons & to make & upgrade equipment is very high also.
The amount of glitches we experience is ridiculous and don't even bother asking the help option any questions. We've played the game for a couple weeks and haven't gotten ONE answer.
If you are not willing to throw $1000s at this game, dont waste your time! It takes over $5000 US to upgrade a castle to lvl 30 and to max it out youll need $1000s more.
Recently with the snow city event, we have not been able to receive the third reward (the one we need most) for any snow city that we occupy. Please address this issue as soon as possible.
Hey guys!!! We really love this game, but the past couple of days it's been acting a little buggy. It reloads the game every time we switch between apps, which isn't a huge deal but it becomes a little annoying when we're trying to switch between COQ and something else such as iMessage.
