Good game but the belts are incorrect places it goes: White, yellow, orange, purple, blue , green, red/brown, black.
The game is awesome we love playing it the only bad thing is no matter what we do it crashes after every time Im finished with a match and we dont get the rewards from the matches so we constantly have to do the same thing over and over again.
We just think to get new skins like they need to fix it we need more skin for the characters so in maybe a update they need to let us get an opportunity to get some of the skins and the ones that are coming soon need to hurry up. Also glad the sensei pass is free and we get the get the John Kreese skin.
We actually love this game Its pretty good and interesting we actually loves that you Added kresse To the game But we do miss a character That is mr miyagi Well we know he died in 2005 But you Know we were wondering Since he was the one that teached Daniel the crane kick So we were wondering if you could add that to the game we want to see the crane kick in the game we mean miguel used in the all valley Tournament.
Not only do we love the show, and enjoy playing this game , BUT!! Our biggest disappointment about this game is the fight cards. They want you to upgrade them but this will take us for ever to do with the little they give you. Even if you buy them with your CK money. And buying a booster pack is not worth it either, they only give 4 cards. This has been the only game we havent deleted after a month cause granted its still fun for us to play. But come guys get it together and hook it up with more fight cards.
When we go into Miguels skins, we see the skeleton skin, and instantly want it. We think that you should be able to unlock him when Bert joins Cobra Kai. Can someone please make it happen?
Was enjoying it , told some people about it then it locked up on us in a certain spot . Had to delete and download again and now its forcing us to start over even though it logged us in under our profile ? Pass.
We like the idea of the game but gameplay is jus bad and what in the world are these grown mam sound effects? Its completely horrible and you gotta pay for most characters nahhhh im good and they barely even look like the real ppl and forget miyagi do its called Cobra Kai for a reason.
This game is really good we love the game but sometimes, we get frustrated when we are playing against someone. You can not go back after you hit the fight button and it is just about card placement we think but otherwise great game keep up the good work.
Brand new iPhone and game gets stuck at certain points. Cant get pass, so we move on to something else. Cant seem to figure out how to switch among characters to play. If want to play Miguel, cant, must play Aisha, etc. Why are printed graphics so small and tap to continue about same color as background?
Its actually a really fun game but its now seemingly broken. Ever since update 1.0.4 all our progress was wiped- including purchases. As of 1.0.7 we cant even play a match because we show no students to select. If it gets fixed its easily 4-5 stars, as of right now its a provisional 2.
It let us win like 3 matches then out of no where it just started giving awful randomized options and why cant we play Miguel.
So we played this game we tried to play it again but it says restart game and we did it and it still doesnt work.
We are a diehard cobra Kai fan and when we saw this game we were so excited. But when we finished the tutorial we were disappointed. The graphics are terrible ( you couldve have put more effort into it because it looks like a 2 year old made it) and the game is confusing with the card thing. Hopefully they could fix it up because the game COULD have potential.
The update today (April 25th, 2021) our time, had us start the tutorial when we opened the game. All characters unlocked through play and pay are gone. We had only 2 more missions on last chapter to complete, and thats all gone. We worked through the tutorial but am stuck where it wants us to click okay to speed up training. Im clicking okay but it wont continue. We dont have the needed coins it is forcing us to spend and it didnt give us any like it did the first time we did this over a month ago. Since we cannot get past this tutorial we have no way of seeing if we can restore our previous game or purchases. We cannot get to an options to contact support via in the game. Never had anything like this happen with a game before today. We want our money or our progress back. 5/3/21 edit. Its been 8 days and multiple emails back and forth with the dev team. Last email was 4 days ago. All our progress is still gone. We were asked to remember every character we unlocked and what belt they had. We responded with what we could remember, and we havent heard back since.
Something recently happened & we lost all of our progress & purchases we’ve made since playing this game from launch. We tried to uninstall & reinstall the game but nothing fixes it. Response to Developer: we have contacted you via email, they claim to be working on it but still no progress towards restoring our account.
We lost all progress in the game because of a developer bug. They then asked us to remember what all our character levels were and what we unlocked. We dont remember all the details of where we were at in the game and Im not wasting our time doing research to find out what we should have unlocked based off what missions we completed. Deleted the game.
We were playing the game and grinding it out, and all of a sudden we log on one day and lose all of our progress. It made us start back at the tutorial, took away our skeleton miguel skin and all of our story and fighter progression. Someone please help us fix this.
We think this is a really fun game but when our stuff got deleted we put our review at a 2 star then we email the developer and he responded and said he would try to restore it he hasnt done it yet so when he does we will put this review at 5 stars one suggestion though is when u complete five battles u should etheir have no more ad to get it or be able to turn it down.
This game is really fun but it never saves our progress so when we go on the app it makes us restart everything again. Except for That its still fun to play.

UPDATE 04/27/21: So after an update we had to change our review from 3 stars to 1 because our data was erased or reset or something. The game made us start from the beginning tutorial which takes forever and then freezes once its complete. We bought the pass early on and everything. Still waiting to hear back from developer for refund. Skip this game. The fact that the game is Cobra Kai is the only reason most people downloaded it. We have spent much time this week and this is our initial review. Overall the game can be pretty fun, but its a complete mess. You start off as a white belt. Within two games we were matched literally against a black belt… The highest fricken level you can be! So based on most reviews so far we do agree the matchmaking is utterly ridiculous. We do like that you have storylines for both dojos and can relatively be able to use your favorite characters from the series in game pretty quickly. We like the challenges as some are easy some are hard and its just a good mix to Keep it entertaining and use different characters and decks. The fights are very long and most of them just end up with you having zero chance even if they are only 2 levels above you. You cant get lucky and you cant be skillful based purely on them having so much health to start. We think they will update the game to be even better and we cannot be too harsh because it is such a new game. If they do not update and the game stays as is its a 2 star but we give it 3 because of the series its based on. With updates like making it easier to update cards it could be a 4 star. Oh yea we put in maybe 10 -20 hrs so far did countless Mini games and Im not even half way to updating any card. So thats another thing some people might have an issue with is the grind and time consumption it takes to get your cards stronger. We will update this review based upon the next update released. We dont think anyone will be blown away by this game but its got nostalgia. Thanks for reading we hope it helps.
Like others have said, we have lost everything. If they dont fix it soon we will just delete the app. Spent $20 on this and the fact they havent said anything about it is concerning.
Updated the game and it erased all our progress and started the game over. Will probably just delete game now as we dont want to do all that work over again. Bummer bc we were enjoying it.

We were having fun and doing well until the last update. All our progress was lost! How do we get this back?!!
So when we logged on to the game it made us go through an update… So we thought you know just like you finish the update then your back on your account but no.. When we finished the update it just made us restart EVERYTHING and we made some progress and now we have to restart..
Just updated the app to version 1.0.4 and it erased all our progress, we know several other people who had the same thing happen with this most recent update.

We started playing this game daily, grinding to get hawk, as he is our favorite character. A lot of the comments on progression rang true for us, but we pushed past it and multiple character s had blue green and orange belts for us. Now the update has restarted all our progress and we have to redo the tutorial. We dont know if it will all be fixed after the tutorial, but im too exhausted to even try. Please fix this or im giving up.

We had every character in black belt and with the new update our whole thing is back to the beginning we hope you can fixed this because it cost us a lot to get every character to black belt.
We purchased some items in this game, and when we updated a few minutes ago it started us all the way over. We dont recommend buying things if you dont want to waste every time it updates.
This game is so fun to play and very thought out. 5/5 stars we’ve recommended this game to a lot of people we know and they all love it too.

Dear devs. Great job with this game. Very fun! We have it on our iPad and Android. Love to play it on the iPad, but the layout is better on the android. Could you have the drawn cards be off to the side and not block the fighters? Its perfect on Android,they are off to the side, but on iPad Pro, the cards block out the bottom of the screen. Please fix. Still you get a 5 star.
We know everyone says it, but we dont normally write reviews and meant it. This card game is Rock Paper Scissors with much strategy, so this game is not that primitive what so ever. Unbelievable thing to us which we havent seen much, is when you do online matches, and it says finding suitable player, IT ACTUALLY DOES. So you dont get matched up against heavily upgraded players and cant possibly win. Not a money grab game and no ads unless for a reward. What else do you want.
This game is amazing! Its so easy to navigate and the storyline is so much fun. We highly recommend. So excited to keep playing and building our character/deck!!
