Love the game and enjoy playing it very much.

We think this game is amazing! Its very fun and we love how you get a new course each day. We also might be a bit biased because one of the devs wife has taught us before but still, its a great game. Keep doing what youre doing devs.

This game is fun! Expect the unexpected. Cant wait for tomorrows course. Another great Shallot game!

Im enjoying it . Wish there was a way to create backspin on the ball.

This game rocks so hard. We love everything about it. We would love to see our stats and previous rounds and a daily leaderboard or something. Cant get enough of this game.

The first place in a couple days is not a.

We wish there would be a tutorial cuz the first five holes we only hit our Driver. We really like the game tho.

Love the game and its really fun we got some of our friends to download it.

Love the concept and got a fair number of people playing. Downloaded the newest version with more accuracy (miss the cozy coffee cup icon), doesnt fix the problems. We dont mind theres some drift in the shot -IF- we get to have a sense of how. Wind direction flags in other golf games at least inform us how itll drift, so we have a chance of compensating, instead of it being a complete and arbitrary surprise each shot. We cant adjust our shot to get more accurate each time. Not fun to be not informed. // This pairs poorly with extreme bounce in your only long distance shot having tremendous bounce on tiny platforms and islands. Other golf games have a topspin/backspin to control bounce, if the goal is to make you land on a smaller/more accurate platform. Everyone we’ve shared it with complains about endless water shots resetting your position, with little to be done about it. // Give us some sense of how the ball will drift so we have a chance to adjust and plan our shot, and give us a way to control the bounce distance if the intention is to have lots of small platforms but only 3 clubs. Id have no real complaints after that. Golf is fun for precision and planning, and the -unpredictable- drift and limited bounce control take away from that. Everyone we’ve shared it with voiced the same problems with it – wanting to get better at controlling their shot but having no ability to improve.

Coffee Golf is intended to be a simple, stripped down, quick play game. It isnt intended to compete with the complex, high skill golf games. That being said, Coffee Golf would benefit from a little more complexity than it currently has. Just three clubs: drive, pitch, putt, with no real ball control, and ball flight variation is determined by a probability curve. Efficient but a little unsatisfying. Plenty of reviewers have offered suggestions on how the game could give the player more control, so we would get into details, but we will say that SOME additional ball control and/or information would make the game more enjoyable without taking away from its charming simplicity. We would also appreciate having access to our entire game history – at least our past round scores and maybe overall stats. Fun game. Keep making it even better.

OK the reason why we said it was a w**re is because we actually mean its a little bit of a three 3 1/2 because it is it was really hard so since it was really hard Ill give it a 3 1/2.

The game is overall great. Fun concept, fun gameplay on paper but actually somewhat aggravating. We think some tweaks are needed. 1. Shot randomness is too variable and can make your ball wildly unpredictable, turning this game away from a skill-based game. Changing to a meter for shot accuracy would be better and allow for more skill-based gameplay 2. The maps are frustrating. Why is there so much water? We feel like an occasional pond or lake would be nice, but tiny aggravating islands makes for frustrating gameplay 3. The driver controls / indicator is misleading and frustrating to use, especially with the larger bodies of water. The ball bounces WILDLY, and Im assuming the ball is going to land and stay within the pictured circle when it almost always does not, often landing in the water. We fully understand that the circle is just where the ball could land (randomness factor) but our brain doesnt work that way. We then have to either greatly undershoot where we want the ball to end up or try to bounce the ball off something like a or a ridge. If there is a large body of water to cross (item #2 above), it makes us almost fully reliant on the lilly pads that spawn in after landing in the water, which is no fun. We should be able to make those shots without going into the water. We think if you fix item #2 above, it could lead to this point being almost fully resolved.

Would like to be able to play freely with the option to not have to adhere to a daily game. Needs a pass and play option.

The idea of the game is great, wake up and start your day with a relaxing round of golf while drinking your coffee. But the inconsistency of the shooting in this game is just maddening. You guys say youve fine tuned the shot and that it should feel better now, but its still pretty ridiculous. Without having a consistent shot its not relaxing, and its not the way most people want to start their day.

The game overall is great its just the fact that we have to pay or watch an add just to play again is annoying because his game is overall fun just we wanna be able to play it more than once each day.

You can play two time if your new but after that you have wait a day and can only play once like realy thats no fun untill your add play more a day and map changes then we come back.

You get to play one time per day. There is only one course. Each day the course changes slightly, but its always roughly the same setup. The controls are some of the worst we’ve experienced in many years of mobile app gaming. Theres no telling where your ball will go or whether it will hit one of the many trees. Not only is that unpredictable, theres no way to improve your game. Whether your big, sloppy shot hits a tree or not will always be 50/50. We wish we could give this 0 stars. Dont waste your time. The developers should be ashamed of themselves for being so unbelievably lazy and greedy. People like this are ruining mobile gaming. Shame, shame, shame.

It looks innocent enough, but its seriously just golf: chaos edition. You aim your shot but the guideline doesnt have anything to do with your aim. The actual trajectory of the ball is somewhere within the colossal circle that is the landing zone. Essentially you can aim a shot in the exact same place 100 times and get 100 different outcomes. Its less golf than it is a slot machine.

After our first day, we can safely say we love the concept and the game. We are just hoping going forward that there will be enough unique course elements and designs that keep us coming back and preventing the game from getting stale. Im not too worried for the moment, however. Overall 5 stars.

We feel like the randomness of each hit is a little annoying after awhile. The game becomes less skill based and more oh man we hope this ball doesnt completely go the wrong way this also makes it near impossible to get a hole in one, or even in two sometimes because you have to get lucky twice in a row. Maybe a meter that you have to time would be better, and would add some more skill and thinking into the game rather than the randomness of the circle.

The other day us and one of our friends stumbled upon this game while something to play together. The daily aspect instantly captured us and for the last week or so we have been playing and sharing our scores with each other religiously. It was until now that we realized the random nature that the driver and the wedge rely on. We understand what the game is going for but this makes the gameplay feel unrewarding for being good at the gameplay. We feel like there are other ways the mechanics could be laid out to make the gameplay feel more fun and less random. But overall we love playing your game and we are excited to see where it goes.

We Dont drink coffee but we still play a daily game every morning! We gave it 4 stars cuz the coffee doesnt come with it.

For a game that boasts that children 4+ can play they really shouldnt have ads showing sexual content in any form . Maybe toy ,Pokmon , video game ads would be 100% better and not make the devs look like theyre supporting showing inappropriate topics to children.

Love it. Will play it every day.

The game seems fun. Im having fun. We like golf. We wish the wedge went farther but we guess our wedge in real life doesnt go that far. We guess thats the reality of the game. Therefore we feel that this game accurately represents real golf so we will continue to play so we can improve our real golf game. Thank you to the creators of this game for helping us improve our golf game.

Ya! Its shallots big stickin game!

We like the aesthetic and concept, but the controls leave a lot to be desired. The ball is very hard to tap on to start dragging, especially when putting, and the aiming line is never accurate in the slightest. Youll aim right for a hole and the ball will go flying twenty feet to the right of it with no rhyme or reason whatsoever. Overall, needs work.

Great little wake up game! Our family loves to send out our game scores to each other as a good morning check-in!
