Great game and we love it but every now and again, it doesnt give us the mulligan after even tho we havent lost in a long time. Sometimes says we have more shots than we actually do and it costs us wins. Other than that its a great game.

We enjoy this game with the exception of a few things. First the ads are always annoying with any game, nothing new. Second the aiming is incredibly inconsistent. The ball rarely goes where we aim it. We think when we lift our finger to launch the shot it moves the aim a little. Thirdly it is way too sensitive. Shots that will barely roll on the green or fairways but if the ball hits anything or so much as lips the hole it carems in an exaggerated way. Lastly the game makes you accidentally take shots when aiming. This is especially annoying when the game gives you very limited shot counts on most levels.
The game is very nice what about adding playing with computer for challenge.
Pretty much what the title says. Ive been addicted to Coffee Golf for weeks, paid to remove ads, and find this game a relaxing way to kill a few minutes throughout the day. However, the inconsistent game physics is really annoying. It happens more on some maps than others (we find the desert environment especially egregious), but basically in the game, the ball reacts differently to different surfaces, just like in real life. However, every now and then it just doesnt do that. Either the ball will land on the fairway and just NOT roll, or itll land on a tree or lily pad and KEEP rolling, even though its not supposed to. As you advance through the game to harder levels or more competitive League divisions, those occasional texturing glitches can (and often do) cost you the game, and the lives and/or tokens associated with it. Obviously, we wouldnt be frustrated by this if we didnt love the game and play it all the time. But compared to other golf games on the App Store, the surface texturing could definitely use some work. Other than that, its a great game and we look forward to seeing it update and improve.
Way too many ads and the game isnt worth 5$. Maybe 2$ or 3$ we do it. The better you do the more ads you will see.

Dude we just got started and Im already addicted.
We have recently made two in app purchases and have never received the product. There is no customer service information in the app to rectify the issue.
Great when youre playing against computer but not so much when you are playing multiplayer. Played against someone the other day, we were level 53, our opponent was level 343. Why? No fun in getting destroyed when your opponent has 100 more hours in a game than you do.
Ads after every single round is ridiculous. The game is a lot of fun but the ads need some work.
Coffee golf is addicting, and if you just want something to do when your lazily sitting around the house, then you shoild get coffee golf. We are addicted to this game and we are on level 435, but the daily game helps us stay calm in the morning.
Love this game and have played it forever but time for an update. Ive beaten all the levels and acquired all the challenges, trophies, diamonds, toppers you name it.
One of our favorite mobile games of all time. And it would have gotten 5 stars if only there was more variety in the level design. We played this game almost every day for a year straight, but Im beginning to lose interest because there is essentially only 4 level designs. Its past time the developers change it up a little. That being said, the physics are great, and its simple enough to jump right in and in-depth enough to level up both skill and strategy.
The heart system needs to go immediately. It is incredibly annoying to not be able to play the game for more than 20 minutes at a time. Secondary thing the ads spam, need we say more. And the game gets a tiny bit repetitive.
Over all great game but bounces are so inconsistent. Sometimes it will roll like normal and others it will bounce straight up and barely inch forward. No way this was an intended design feature.
Was great but unfortunately the game forces 30-45sec ads onto you every few levels.
Picked this game up a year or so ago and immediately became addicted. Since the recent update, the game is wayyyyyyy too easy. We have over 26,000 gems stockpiled now and havent speant a dollar on them. We also am dumbfounded that the dev decided to only allow 3 flags max on tour levels? Every level feels the same now and it was far more exciting and nerve racking when youd come across a hard 5 flag level. Everything is just a breeze now. Bring back 5 flags.
Play one level in 25 seconds then watch a 90 second ad and repeat.
Now its a barrage of Underdog ads after every hole. Get back to what made the app worthwhile and Ill edit our review.
As far as core gameplay mechanics go, this game is a LOT of fun. Simple, rewarding, short and sweet. But we kid you not, after getting past the second island (6 holes, 3-5 minutes of gameplay) there is a targeted game ad EVERY. SINGLE. HOLE. EVERY. SINGLE. HOLE. Maybe this game is worth $5. Maybe. We are in a recession, it can be a hard expense to justify. But at this point you might as well make us sit through a 15-30 second ad every single stroke, because when a hole only takes 3 strokes you end up spending more time watching ads than playing the once fun game. We'd seriously consider buying it if the ad insertions weren't so frequent or obviously predatory to get you to cough up $5. Instead we're entirely turned off by the developer/publisher and simply won't play anymore, while warning anyone else who looks into this arcade game.
Us and our friends play alongside each other but we wish we could play on the same level or course together. PLEASE MAKE THIS A FEATURE.
Version 2.4.5 adjusted the difficulty in Tour levels and made them frankly too easy. Holes that we might have once struggled with are now birdies and eagles. We think a switchable easy/normal mode would be more useful than easy-only.
We have wasted more time on this stupid game. We actually love it except for when youre aiming your shot and clearly the line or path of the ball is not touching any trees. Then you hit the ball and it hits a tree or when youre aiming straight at the hole and it goes to the right it is just inconsistent. And we played it enough because we have several months that every day is a yellow block, which means Im in the top one, five or 10%. They just need to fix these glitches.
Fun to play but a 30 – 90 second add after each hole is a deal breaker.
The game is fun till.. You want $4.99 to remove ads. Then if you dont, every single hole you drop another add into the game. Crazy.

Really love this game – so calming and infuriating when you miss so many times lol Just wish the classic version had the ability to live golf with your friends because then this game would be perfect! Like were all in the green just putting away. We already do this for the daily rumbles so we think you can translate the feature over to classic for friends. Please add.
Played for a couple days and tried 5 times on one level and couldnt get it.
Why cant you compete head to head against friends.
The mechanics of the game are simple and fun. The art style and ambience are great. But this game falls into a classic trope where you have abilities you can utilize to help you get a lower par or past a really tough hole. The issue is, they do what some games do and shower you with gems and abilities so you can progress through a lot of levels and you feel good about the game. Then reality hits and once youre at level 150+, and out of gems and abilities, thats when reality sets in. You barely get gems anymore, and the levels are designed such that you literally cant mess up a single shot, or else you wont make par and youll fail. There needs to be more ways to get gems for free once youre in the late-game. It really drains your excitement for the game.
Heres our humble suggestion for a reward related improvement. How about if we complete a level with remaining shots, some type of bonus or reward is offered? Like awarding more of the specialty shots that we quickly run out of or the ability to add on a shot in the harder levels.
Play one round that takes about 1 – 1.5 minutesthen forced to watch an ad thats about 2 minutes long. Hows that even make sense? Gameplay is fun and easy but MAN at the ads.
Every time you take a shot, the game lands the ball in a random spot in the aiming circle. Even when chipping, the ball will go right or left when aimed directly at the flag. This makes some courses feel impossible without luck. It doesnt help that the game gives you zero leeway when the ball gets extremely close to the hole. There are times where it feels like the ball is floating on the edge of the cup when it should clearly go in. The flag also raises whenever your ball comes close to the hole too, which means if your ball bounces slightly over the hole from a drive or chip, there is nothing there to stop it when the pole should be in the way.
Ive played this game for awhile and gotten through hundreds of levels but Im done. We understand the game has in game purchases but there is a mechanic in this game that the developers are not honest about. Being that strategy and aim point are the main factors in winning its generally pretty accurate. But it will ensure you fail by having inexplicable shots go wild, balls suddenly stop rolling, or it wont slow down just so it ends up in the water. If the randomness of the game were consistent Id be fine with it but theres clearly something hidden away to make you tank easy shots with RNG so you buy more purchases to win.
This is a wonderful game that allows us to chill while not getting bored. The developing levels provide a sense of progression and the daily games deliver a nice challenge. All this without being forced to watch some bulls**t ads. A literal game changer.
Please add new clubs to the game like different irons.
Every single time you finish it makes you want to go again and it hypes you up.
Very fun and peaceful game, simple yet challenging definitely wish it was more than once a day.

Love the game. One of the best in the App Store. Agree with the shot randomness problem and the issue of being forced to hit it into the water and waste a shot. Also, the league play is completely unbalanced and makes it not fun. Should be fixed, otherwise no use to even have that mode honestly. Still love the game and play every day. Lastly, for those who complain about the ads, just pay to remove, totally worth it. Great work so far devs.
When we are on a tour streak, we get 1 mulligan per level. The problem is if Im on our last shot of the level we are unable to use our mulligan if we miss. It just ends the level and our streak. This is extremely annoying. Such an easy fix too. Other than that awesome game.
Before latest update wouldve said 5 stars., now you play with hearts.. Every loss you lose a heart.. You get 5 hearts.. So if youre terrible, you get to play 5 times or spend 180 diamonds to reload!! Glad we paid the money for no ads and all play.. Still a fun game but terrible idea with the lives.
This game is fun but we have an issue with two modes. The league mode is like a fake multiplayer where you dont play against someone in realtime. Instead you play against someones previously played single player game and sometimes you go against someone who clearly played the level many times before getting a super low score, making it nearly impossible for you to win when its your first try. The other issue we have is with the tour where they clearly design the levels to push you towards microtransactions because its virtually impossible to meet par without using power ups. Some levels that arent even marked as hard would be very difficult to win without using a power up or multiple power ups. Other than that the game is pretty fun and at least worth the $5 for unlimited classic play.
It is SO frustrating. You lined up your shot perfectly? No, you didnt, and now your ball is in the water and you need to pay us $4 to keep trying. What a rip, there is absolutely ZERO consistency in your shot accuracy. Gameplay is so fun and incredibly relaxing until it isnt, at which point it becomes so frustrating we could throw our phone. Its so addicting that we keep picking it back up, but we can only play a round or two before becoming fed up with the unforgiving nature of the game. Either needs better/more power ups, or an overhaul on how the targeting works.
All of the changes that have been made over the last few months have been great! Really improved the game. What Ive noticed so much lately are little annoyances. When you use the middle club for a high shot, sometimes it bounces a couple times. Sometimes, however, the ball just lands and dies. No consistency. When you shoot a shot and the balls hits slightly odd(hill, edge of hole, some odd location of the castle, the ball goes flying off in the most random of directions at 3x the speed it was originally hit. Other than that, the game is fantastic.
The trophy deduction in the versus mode?? Come on guys, thats just mean. We dont get it: its not like we can buy the tokens so youre not losing any money (game is totally worth the five bucks and Ive gotten a couple power packs). But Ive been stuck on Flat White for weeks with the whole One step forward, two steps back trophy loss thing.
This game used to be really fun. But now the daily courses are torture tests designed between the 3 club options you can use. Its a joke. Give us backspin fade & slice if youre going to keep being a joker. Id like to see more rotation magic whe the ball is close to the hole. Id love to see hills and slopes but give us tools for control without charging money. Feeling more and more like its a scam to earn money. It wasnt like that in the past. We have 153 day streak going so Im speaking from experience.
The physics of the game are pretty good but there are too many flaws to rate this high. The dumbest tree placement along with the very high chance of hitting them even when youre ball path is obviously away from the tree, makes this annoying. The accuracy logic also ruins this game- when you line up a perfect shot, which is always needed to get past these stupid trees, it may just go short, long, left or right enough to go under another poorly placed tree and lose the round. Some of the holes are purposely designed so you have to use extra shots since the 3 clubs can only do so much. When you play the tournaments, it cant be against humans since their shots are more accurate than ours and theyll generally finish all 5 holes before you are on your second. And then you lose trophies, keeping you stuck in a never ending uphill battle. Developers need to make make some serious updates. Had high hopes but the more we play, the less we want to play.
