We were playing this game and was close to payout when the app stopped and said we needed to update the version. We let it update and what continued was a game where you got points instead of money.
THEY WILL PROBABLY RESPOND TO AN E-MAIL, IF ANYTHING. Im also having problems with the update. Im just about to delete the app. Its not worth the trouble.
The Ball Sort Puzzle seems to end at 4,384 levels. It really disappointing to not be able to play such a relaxing program without maintaining a continuous count. Am we the only one to play 4,384 levels.

Ive been having trouble since the most recent update as well. Im in level 1226 and would rather not lose anything from this update. We are able to move 1 ball normally then the game freezes. Our hope is that an update to the app will correct this new problem. We love this game.
We dont know whats going on. The game is just freezing constantly and its annoying.
Was a good game. Dont care for ads, but could tolerate them. Game started freezing a few days ago. Im about ready to delete it.
We loved this game when we first downloaded it. Super relaxing and enjoyable. But for no reason it has suddenly become insanely glitchy. It freezes randomly to the point that it isnt fun anymore. Im on level 672 and dreading having to download a whole new game. If this bug could be fixed Id be extremely grateful.

Turned 84 this past March and we find this game Fun, A Sensible Passing Of Time, frustrating at times but challenging. Give It A Go.

Es bastante divertido pero debera ser ms prctico sea cuando le vas a algo tienes que darle aunque sea dos veces para que el juego lo haga y ya us asegure de que no sea un problema de mi telfono si no es del juego pero sobre todo es bastante divertido y puedes jugar por horas y no te aburres.
Us gust mucho, pero la publicidad excesiva y la el tiempo que dura la misma es agobiante!!! Es demasiada publicidad!! No lo recomendara por eso.
Its so enjoyable that we decided to go ad free and paid. So imagine our surprise when we clicked for an extra tube and was shown an ad! We want our money back and will quit using this game. Just gotta figure out how.

Got it to play with our grandkids. After a while all the ads became very frustrating and stopped being fun.
It's fun but it is really hard to enjoy a game when every other level-literally. There is a 60+ second ad. We got to level 23 and now we're deleting it. Creators ruin these games for people by allowing all these stupid ads to run so often. So annoying.

The colored balls on the bottom of the center tubes are covered by the back button and the add a line button. We have an iPad 10 th Gen.

We really enjoyed this app until a loud ad at the bottom of the screen started constantly popping up. The x to get rid of it is too small to work. The ad plays loudly even when our phone is on silent. This is unacceptable, so Im deleting this app.
Have paid for 3 different games, & somehow they all evolve into a new game. This is the same deal..not relaxing, we give up.
We paid 5 bucks to avoid ads only to be stuck forced to watch ads to open the empty tube because we were out of moves.
We like this game its a great game.
The ads are sooo loooong. You pay for no ads until you have to sit through more ads. Whats the point? Then, at a certain point, the special levels completely disappear.
This is a fun game. Our issue is with Royal Match ads. We have to watch 3 to 4 in a row to get our tube to extend. Sometimes it never does. We paid for no ads now the problem is worse? Please fix! It plays the 30 second ad and then we get a message that says No Ad Loaded. We have already watch the ad. So we have to do the 3 or 4 more times. Fix these ads. Again its Royal Match ads. The fun game is becoming a pain to play. We truly love this ball sort game.

It's just like in the adds it's really cool we like how if it's the same color they all go.
Ive been playing this one a while, and it seems like the ads are getting WORSE. Longer and longer, multiple ads, every time you try to do something. Im okay with 15-second ads, better if you can opt out after 5 sec, but really, 60-second ads that you cant escape?? Im O.U.T.

The game is easy to play. It is also very relaxing. The game doesnt cost anything to download or to play. You earn coins for playtime; however we have not seen anything that the player can do with these earned coins. It would be great if the player would be able to cash these earned coins out into the blockchain to allow them to either cash out for cash to pay creditors or make purchases from vendors or invest within the blockchain itself. We have not had any ads that popped up across our screen so that is a good thing. If there are ads, they arent of the players view allowing the player to keep playing and focus on their game. With patience the levels up until level 300 are do-able, and enjoyable without needing to watch ads. After 300 there are too many ball colors to be able to solve the puzzles realistically without unlocking extra tube slots by watching ridiculous long ads. This turns the game from fun and challenging into frustrating and tedious/impossible. You would need to watch up to four ads for each level, each of which being multiple minutes long.
Good game hence the 3 stars but the ads are so intrusive we stopped playing and deleted the app within minutes. Ads the beginning and end of each level/game would fine but here they are everywhere. We do realize that devs need to make money but to many for our taste.
This app forces the player to update about every 20 levels. The updates are NOT improvements. Im done with the app. Stay away if youre new.
You may have fixed bugs but you started us back at level one.
We were enjoying this game for a long time. Had gotten up to level 342. Played daily. Then we were told that we had to update. When we did this we were dropped back to level 1 ! This is infuriating! Dont think we care to start all over again.
Another upgrade!!! How hard is it to make sure a user doesnt go back to level 1 everytime you make an update? Also, paid for no ad, so either make that correction or credit.
The new version looks great but we would really like to remove it and restore our previous levels. Have played a long time and dont like having to start over. Any way to restore it.

This stupid update took all our previous levels!!! We were on level 551! Now with the update Im on 1 -TIME TO DELETE.
