Community Insight:
We issue we have is trying to adjust or move the pattern and end up touching other color squares. They become blocked and then have to pay to unlock them. We shouldnt be penalized for touching other color squares when moving the pattern around. Either to zoom in or out of an area. We wish that was an option or preventable all together. Is there a way to get around this? How can we move the pattern around without touching other blocks of color.

On your playcus cross stitch coloring app ,the only thing we see is a blue screen with playcus on in,it is not connecting at all,please fix now.

We really like this app. But the app froze on us and we had over 4000 coins. We could not do anything with this app so we deleted it thinking we could get it back, but we could not. We want all the pictures we have done and all our coins. We really like this app and will continue to play but right now we are right at the beginning and we are not happy about it. Please do something about this.

Nothing but trouble with this app we deleted it and re-downloaded it four times already because the pictures mysteriously disappear the coin stay there but the pictures disappear now this last time everything disappeared you contact support they want to know exactly what packages you had bought and you tell him and they do nothing.
We like this game, when we press the letter/color it doesnt move next to bunch. Ill rather whan pressed it move directly goes the next to color. Please help.

This app is so addictive. We love coloring and cross stitch, and having the two combined is a plus. The finished product turns out looking just like our cross stitch, some are very pretty, others are awesome. We recommend this app, highly.

The ad for the letter finder is stupid. Charge something for unlimited. Make it like your other game coloring art. The other game by play us is a whole lot better and more fun! The same as before. Fun to play but ads ads ads and still pay to play. Not right.
It has been almost a year with no new cross stitch patterns! At least we still have plenty to do.

This is a good game and we would have given it more stars except we wish they would make it so when you move the board it doesnt keep changing size!!we try to be careful but theres gotta be a way so it doesnt keep changing. Others dont change size on you like that. DEVELOPERS Please try and fix this. Maybe with one finger to move the board.
The screen goes blank after a while we did 47% then nothing.
Color in all the box. Than open it again and some squares are empty again. Color them in again, than close and open again. Than some empty squares again. This happens all the time.
When you open the app it say connect problem.
We purchased the no ads version and everything was working ok until about 2 months ago. Then we started to receive ads when claiming day 1-3 daily gifts. We contacted them and about a week later they replied that it had been fixed. It worked for about a week then the ads were back. We contacted them again but never heard back. Im still getting ads with our daily gifts. Clicking the restore button does nothing. In addition there have been no new pics for a while making us believe the app is abandoned.
Love the peaceful background music! We wish there were more free panels or the cost would be more lower cost. But overall we love it.
We loved doing cross stitch when we were a kid with our mom. She would always get one for us when she got one for herself. Of course hers were much more detailed but we would set together & do our cross stitch & we thought that was the best. This app brought back a lot of memories of those times. Thank you.
This app would be so much better if you picked a letter and it took you right to it.. Faster too….and if you only needed one finger to move around .. It always jumps and we lose our place.
The biggest problem that we have is program is not being able to move throughout the cross stitch in a fluid motion. It is very aggravating when we move to work on an area it throws us to another part of the picture.
We liked the app before the update & had purchased some coins to purchase some packs of pictures. However when we got a new iPad and put this app on our new iPad, we wasnt able to restore our purchases. We also am now getting a message saying that we have a problem with our internet connection. This is the only app that we get the message on. We contacted app support on 1-15 and they asked for purchase info on 1-16 so they could restore our purchases which we provided to them that day. We have heard nothing since then. We contacted app support again a couple days later with the info again & a couple days ago, still no response. As of now, we have contacted iTunes to ask for help in getting a refund. We no longer want to use this app.
Love picture only thing we dont like is it want connect to the enter net.
We love this app so much.we have made few cross stitch stuff before but over the years our love for cross stitched faded,accidentally we downloaded this game n Im having fun n it has urged us to make more cross stitch things.we have started making portraits of our children.

In the previous version you could click on the letter you were working on and it would move for you. Now trying to move with 2 fingers to find letters not completed causes mistakes all the time and makes it nearly impossible to pinpoint the final few left for a particular letter. Please look at it, we miss our relaxing fun!! Earlier Review (5 stars): This app is totally addictive! Love this latest update! So relaxing to do.
We bought some money from your app and did not get our Purchases and you took to much money out of our account and we never get our Purchases it was the Christmas time and Snowman we loved the app but not now please help so we can love the app again thank you Bonita Carroll.
We love this game on our cell phone. We cannot play on iPad, every time we touch the screen to move around we get nothing but errors. So disappointed because our iPad would be easier to play since so much bigger then our iPhone 7 Plus. We did email support and they responded quickly but said they were aware of issue but no fix yet.
We were enjoying this game until the recent changes now Im disappointed. We hate the new changes and not being able to earn more cash to buy more packs. Put the game back the way it was.
This Cross Stitch app is the best!! We wish we could keep it from jumping from one section to the next.

We really like this app but there are not enough coins to be able to buy new puzzles plus there arent enough free puzzles.
The free puzzles are fun but not enough points given. We wont purchase puzzles so Ill likely delete this app.
First it kept going to need to connect to internet when we were. Then after losing all data and starting over, it kept telling us we needed to pay for the puzzles we already paid for and wouldnt let us even go to the ones we were in the middle of. This app has problems.
Progress keeps resetting on all of the images we try to do.
