Why we cant update the version on IPad.
We love this game so much but once we got past the coffee house it has gotten so slow.
We cant open the app. The loading page has a loading circle keep circling.
Now Im in the game trying to plan and put those small sauce on our dish but we kept thinking Im trying to quit the game to our main screen because that also where that little bar to quit in the iOS system for new iPhones are. Is there anyway to resolve that.
We used to love this game. We recently got the newest iPhone and now we cant even play it. Having the items near the bottom part of the screen automatically makes it exit out the app. Its a main function for the phone so we cant turn off the function like how for older phone models were. If the game were to implicit a tapping option instead of dragging, people will still be able to play the game. It has always been our top cooking game app but now we cant play it . Please fix it.
We are totally and completely addicted to this game years, now. Our favorite game over.
We love this game and have been playing it since 2015. We worry about the difficulties that come with each upgrade. It is almost impossible to pass high levels, even after upgrading to the max, and using extras to pass. This game has the best graphics/ themes/ challenges! Can you please respond to our emails? We have watched this gamess evolution since 2015, and hope to be able to pass levels to explore new ones.
We absolutely loved this game. We bought diamonds once or twice but thought better of it.. Bc it would be an endless money pit, so we chose to play with moderation. However, with all the updates, it made it difficult to play. Finally, it seems they have officially locked our account out. We can only access with a new account.. Which means we would have to start all over again. With how much time we already invested, its not worth it. Plus it feels icky & not very nice.
Why we must keep logging in whenever we open the up. It was not like that before.
We got really hooked on this game while playing it on our Android phone. After clearing the first three restaurants, the game kept prompting us to update, but we couldn't update successfully. Eventually, we decided to buy an iPad and play it on iOS system. This is the first time we were willing to spend money on a cooking game, but we still feel there are some shortcomings. We don't know why all the ads have been unable to open since the last update, and in the side quest of the in-flight store, the items we exchanged for kept showing that they could only be used in regular levels, so the task has been stuck there for a long time.
Ive tried for over 3 weeks to get support for a login issue with Facebook. No response. We found an old post from Grampus, and followed the instructions regarding tracking. Once we allowed Facebook and Cooking Adventure access to track, we were able to login to our account.
The game is crushing for 2 days already.
Why hasnt the game bug been fixed for so long.
The game is totally busted right now in certain ways; originally we couldnt login at all, and there was an error message that prevented us from logging in. Since then we are now able to login, but certain levels when we beat them also show the same error message, and delete the progress we made. For example, the pancake Caf in the fifth world, we were stuck on level 53 because of this error, then was somehow able to get past it, but now Im having the same problem again on level 54 and cannot finish the restaurant. Please fix the problems.
This use to be super fun to play. We used to linked with our FB account to save data. After we updated the game, it doesnt let us log in through Facebook.
After playing in 1 or 2 hours, the game is be frozen. They didnt fix it. We played this game in few years already, and the bug is still.
We love playing this game every day and several times a day most of the time. We tried to launch the game last night and got an unexpected error occurred message on our laptop and on our iPhone. Once the game launches we get that unexpected error occurred message. We love this game so please get it fixed.

Your coconut water is not working on level 15 this has been going on since last week ! Not working on pc or apple app we sent support ticket in along with other players ! No one responds.
The latest update of Singapore seafood, function of coconut machine cannot work, stop on this level and cant move on. Please fix the problem.
Really enjoy this game but with the last update with the seafood restaurant it freezes on level 15 with the coconut machine we uninstalled it and reinstalled it with the same problem please fix.
The game require us to update to 65400 version but our app store doesnt have it. Only 65300.
We love this game. Its fun and has a lot of great challenges. Its a little pricey for gems which youll have to buy eventually unless youre very patient but other than that its great.

We love this game but with the recent IOS update, the functions/buttons of the phone are more sensitive. There's no way to get the corn on the grill without the game thinking we need to pause or exit! Please fix this:(.
We love this game but lately we havent been really playing because the way you guys set it up on the phone. We dont want to have to do our setting, ai did that last time and we miss a call from our kids. Can someone pls fix it. Thank you.
This is a fun game with great graphics. Been having issues, cant access certain ingredients with the app switch bar in the way.
We like this game but they need to make diamonds easier to get. Upgrades are so expensive. Nothing should cost more than 6 gems. Im not saying they need to shower us with them but Im a really good player and Im always barely able to afford an upgrade by the skin of our teeth before we can move forward. At some point you hit a wall. If it keeps being so difficult we will eventually give up playing and find something less demanding.
We love playing this game but it still have glitches… You guys just develop a new world with the airplane where you can go to a different continent and travel to make food but when we tried to put the cake in the oven it keeps closing our app like Im trying to exit. Please fix it.
Probably one of our fave cooking game app. The graphics are great and the gameplay is fun. Its a great game but the main issue it needs to fix is gameplay on the iPhone. The screen is smaller so the gameplay involving swiping the bottom part of the phone always pauses the game or you exit the game completely. Its really annoying but it has also stopped us from being able to play. We literally cannot play because we cant cook certain items since its located so close to bottom bar. Other than this, it would be 5 stars. Those who had issues with it not loading/black screen should try deleting and re-installing. That has always worked for us.
We have an iphone and we cant continue on playing because the bottom bar is in the way. So everytime we try to grab something from the bottom, the app ends up closing on us. We hate it!!! This was our favorite game but we cant continue dealing with this annoying bottom bar!!! Please fix it.
This game is great however there are levels that are made impossible to pass. Also dislike adding of accessories that that are made to seem like they give you an edge but they dont. We wont even go into the so called lucky tickets. What we are really angry about is the more popular the game the worst the developers treat you. Dont fix the problem you contact them about if they contact you at all. Why so much for purchases and you must buy often if you arent ba wiz at the game. Plus we had to start all over cause the last east upgrade froze our game…sent email to no avail. All that work, time and money wasted.
We have been playing this game for years and have really enjoyed it, but every since the recent update anything on the bottom of the screen takes us out of the game. We have had this issue on occasion, but as long as we maneuver our fingers differently we can play the game. Not anymore! Especially, the burger stand game. We cant get the bacon onto the stove and we cant get extra French fries to our customers. Please help!! We dont want to stop playing this game, its one of our favorites and we have invested so much time and energy into it. We already changed the settings and that still doesnt help. It wasnt this bad before the update.

Its a good game but you dont get the vitamins you pay for not even the ones you win. You would think that would have been fixed due to other complaints. Thats the only thing making us want to delete the game.
They took away the auto equipment and gave back the gems from all the purchases. The new features only let you use them x number of times and you have to buy them. Not liking it at all but we guess they need to make money. Ill just be playing it less. No loss for us.
We spent 20+ diamonds to buy vitamins but they never arrived!! Please fix the bug ASAP and give those back to us.

Hello as. Been playing this for many years after super slow for days now its just a black screen when we tap to play. Please fix have put a lot of $ in this game and its our absolute favorite.
We love this app!!!! We think this is the best cooking app available!!! There are tons of restaurants, levels, challenges, and things to do. We love all the different areas and restaurants. We are very picky about the games we play and this one is the best.
