We downloaded this app and we only got one thing for free.
3 stars, can do better, there was BUGS when they claimed that they removed them, though the cupcakes were cute, we found them disturbing when they laughed , Like how can a cupcake laugh and giggle while we're eating them? We know it's imagination, but it's weird, we wanted to test out the game, for example: we clicked pizza house, and it made us pay for it. At least we declined it. So when we clicked cupcake house, we clicked the cupcake, when we ate the cupcake we thought we were going to get transferred to another level. But then it didn't. We're really disappointed. But the game is good, we just really don't like how cupcakes have mouths, and the way they talk. No offence though, this game is really cool, we like cooking games like this, but it's kinda hard to complete a level. But this game is really nice. As a kid ourselves, we determined that this game is fun.-.

This game is very fun and interesting for 1 year olds to 5 year olds. Our sister loves it and really enjoys playing.
Its ok it would be fun with more toppings but you have to pay for WAY MORE than even half of the game so we would be fun but over all wish it didnt cost so much.

Hi we previously paid to unlock the remaining foods (now everything in cupcake house) but lost access to everything when the app was updated a few months back. Now we only have access to the chocolate cupcake. Can we have help with this.

So Im playing this at age 11 right now and when we played it we were like 5 and we were so happy to play this game again but theres no soup like where you chop onions and mix the ingredients in the pan unless thats just a different food that you gotta buy Im still sad that thats like not a thing anymore so thats why we rate it a 4 star but we still love the game and now moving into 6th grade so cant wait.

Both of our preschoolers love this app! Its great for expressing their creativity and it also makes them problem solve. We just wish the unlock everything option was available through family sharing. $8.99 to unlock everything on each of their devices, seems a little expensive.
So we know this is more of a younger kid game but Im almost a pre teen . We came back to the game from when we were little, and we love the game believe it or not. But there is one problem. There should be a setting to turn the dog directions guy off to where he doesnt say anything or show his face at all. We love the old version of it a a lot more. But we love the new ingredient of pancakes. Great touch. Sorry if you think Im being harsh or mean. Yes, we didnt forget that this is more of a younger kid game than an older.

All 4 of our babies love this app. They love the creative freedom it has to be able to make different things. We have noticed after using this app, that they have asked more questions about what happens in our own kitchen. We needed to contact support once. They were very friendly and very quick with their response.
Our daughter (3 yo) loves the Jr. Chef app! We love the variety of activities that she can do within the app. She is always making some different combination of food, so its not exactly the same game each time. Each recipe has her interact with many ingredients and tools/appliances we use everyday, so our daughter transfers the knowledge to real life in the kitchen. Finally, the best part is that she can share the food shes prepared, and we can take bites from her dish. We appreciate that we can add some personal interaction to the screentime.
