We mean, the game is cool and stuff but hey, it tells new players are receiving a 20 bucks gift…we didnt see this happening…fake advertisement we guess…still playing and waiting though.
The first thing that came to our mind was hearthstone. Some of the sounds are copied from hearthstone. The game itself isn't even fun.
This games Ai is way too strong way too early. The game becomes pay to play so early that it doesn't even give the chance to get addicted to. It started off fun and 1 day later so unbelievably frustrating. Writing this review and deleting. Terrible, im going back to battle hand.

IGG will straight up rip you off and say that's the way the game is and that they have found no abnormalities in the game.
If you're thinking of getting into this game now, think again. With every update, the game gets more unfriendly to f2p players (or even moderate spenders who pay for STAR membership). The difficulty and learning curve is steep, and as you progress, the game only gets more frustrating. The campaign gets extremely tough and not only that, the matchmaking for arena and gauntlet is very unforgiving. There are many times we lose most of our attempts for the day. Because you face increasingly tough opponents and maps, you never get to enjoy the fruits of your labor by climbing or powering through anything. Very unsatisfying progression, not to mention the entire tournament feature is moot since you will probably be unable to even crack the top 10k after even a month of dedicated effort. Unrewarding and frustrating overall, despite being a feature rich and deep game.
Horrible to the point of disgust, how could a company outsource their help chat to the most incompetent customer reps on the planet. Once your ticket reaches someone who might be able to help typical response might include, we apologize but there is nothing we can do, please check again or we simply do not understand your problem. We've had several issue with the game not rewarding certain prizes after completing different stages. We've run into a few bugs as well. Even when it comes down to reporting a bug they simply do not care enough to address the issue and instead issue an apology for the bug existing. Would be a 5 star game if it weren't for the support, which is simply unacceptable for a game we've payed to play.
Use to really enjoy this game until free-to-play players got nerfed hard. IGG has bad costumer support. Not worth it.
We tried to go the update and it wouldn't download. We deleted it and tried to reinstall the game and now it won't install at all.
IGG JUST KILLED DH WITH THIS UPDATE. IT USED TI BE FUN BIW IT IS SO P2P. DON'T GET THIS GAME UNKESS YOU PLAN ON SPENDING TONS OF MONEY.

Please stay away!!! Been at this game for almost a year and have about 700$ in it… And it's super lame !!! They steal money from you, they over charge for there gem packages that nearly get you nothing! There super lame!!!!! Please please please pass on this one!!!!!! Again please please move on they suc really bad!!! 700 bucks and all have pulled for cards are a couple of unrare high lvl cards!!! These guys are scamm artists.
We have been playing this game for a year now, and we are not disappointed. If you want game that will get you addicted this is the one. It has good quality, the guilds are fun and challenging and it adds new stuff all the time. Every update makes the game better. Id be bored if we haven't found the game. Give it chance guys.
This game is a lot of fun. Even without spending money you can easily make it to level 20 where the fun gets better. That being said, the random chance system of this game seems highly skewed. What we mean by that is simple…if you want the best cards, you are going to spend a lot of money. An example is that we bought 11000 gems for $99.00 during one of their specials…we spent about 8000 of those gems on 12 booster packs which guarantee at least 1 4 star or greater creature per pack and received no 5 star creatures. Ok that's a little annoying but it's not the worst part. The worst part is you get the same 2 or 3 useless cards over and over again. We have easily 5 copies of the same 4 star card (Pale Dragon) which is mostly useless and maybe 1 copy of an actual useful card (Flame Brave). The Altar is even worse. We would love this game and spend more $$$ on it if the card distribution was even but it's not. There are other ways to get decent cards but it will take months in most cases or spending more money. If you want a fair TCG even for those who spend $$$ then we would look elsewhere unless your going to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Some of the higher level cards would cost you $2000 or more in gems. Yeah good luck with that.
Updated the game now we can't even open it, all we get is the igg screen then it turns off. Are you guys going to fix the iOS version or did we all just waste the last 6 months of our lives.
We just wasted thousands of brain cell playing this game.
The game was great up until the last update, now it won't even load. We open the app and get the igg logo for 2 seconds then it boots us back to the home screen.
Do not buy anything from this app. The store is extremely buggy and the customer service is incompetent. You will lose your money and get nothing.
Before the freaking update, it was fine.. Now that it has happened. We cant even get the game to start!!! We open the app and 1-2 seconds later it force closes. It doesnt even get to the loading screen.

Every time we go into something new, it has an issue with loading. Wanna go into the altar to replace something? Oh! Guess what, nothing shows up, restart then it shows up, then click enter, then nothing shows up again. Get hearthstone, way better game and way more people play it.
The title pretty much says it all. Like many other mobile games, this game is a simple cash grab, but is even less rewarding then a majority of mobile games we've played in the past. Even if you spend your hard earned cash for gems, the chances of getting good cards are slim to none. You need energy to do just about anything, and you burn through that quickly. And if you want more energy, well, you gotta spend gems which means you gotta spend money or wait for your energy to very slowly refill. The amount of gems you earn for achievements are sad. And the amount of shards you need to unlock new creatures are not only ridiculous, but are very hard to acquire from exploring dungeons. By exploring, we mean clicking a little icon, not doing something actually cool like exploring a dungeon. The difficulty later on is ridiculously unfair. They force you to pretty much have to pay if you want to progress past world 7. And remember, even if you buy gems in hopes of getting good cards with them, the chances of drawing something rewarding is very low. Try watching some YouTube videos just to get an idea how much these developers like to smack you in the face when it comes to altar draws and lucky spins. Don't waste your money here. You'll regret it, trust us. With all the mobile offerings out there, there are plenty of other games that are totally free or a lot more bang for the buck.

This is a great game. But they made it was harder to get good cards. They made chat cool down a minute long and the chat system is terrible in general. You used to be able to get 5 stars ALL the time. Now we never do. They lowered the amount of energy in the blessing and the game is just starting to go downhill.

We love this game but since the last update its been crashing once in a while just… Why do this.
First, this is a great game. Don't get us wrong, it is a little demanding on the whole "Pay 2 Play" aspect of the game, and yeah, you're gonna have to cough up some money to get "up and in" the world rankings, but it is an overall good game. We absolutely love the art put into most of the 5-star (best tier card) creatures. We would recommend a Global Trade System, a.k.a GTS. It would surely be appealing and would make obtaining those last few 5-stars a bit easier. We know IGG might lose money (think hard about this. If they have an event that's Pay to Win, and someone gets the expensive reward, and they trade it away for some reason, the person that got it didn't have to pay at all, so make each trade like 100 gems to make sure players still buy and utilize gems), but don't they have enough money already? Please consider this IGG. If and when you put it in, only then will you get a "5-star" rating from us:).
We totally recommend this game. Except, after we updated to the newest version on our iPod, instead of the chat being a 3 second cool down time. It's now a minute cool down time. And it gets really annoying when you are PM'ing people and you typed something in WC. But other than that, we absolutely love this game. It's great to meet and get to know all the people on it from all around the world. Please fix this problem. We're sure everyone would be greatful when you do. Thanks.

Honestly its dissapointing to see such a great game stealing creatures and art from Blizzards game World of Warcraft. Many creatures and simple art play a major role in World of Warcraft. Its sad that they can't cough up a few of their own ideas.

The devs changed a skill on two cards that cost a good number of people over $1000 usd, AFTER customers had obtained the card. Then they called the skill a bug and reduced and altered the effects. Customer service is handled by bots, and not even good ones. Will not be spending again in this game for all these reasons and more.

This is a great game, one of the very few that we play, but it's almost not worth spending any money unless you're willing to invest A LOT. We've spent a little here and there any have virtually nothing to show for it, the drop rates in five star cards is incredibly low. So save yourself some time and just farm as much as possible because sinking casual amounts of money in this game gets you nowhere. That said, we're still playing it because it's the best of its kind in our opinion, we're just probably not spending any more money :/.
This game is fun but sometimes we dont get the rewards we claim, AND IM LOSING MY HEROS, ONE DAY we HAVE THEM BUT we DONT USE THEN ON ANY DECK, THE NEXT DAY we PLAY we LOSE A HERO, we CURENTLY HAVE TWO HEROS BECAUSE we USE THEM IN MY DECKS.
We purchase one month of VIP service and give this game a try. Sadly it deduct the price of two month in our bank account. We send a feedback about the bug, but seem like no one give a dam about it. If you are going to try this game, better watch out. They might steal your money without noticing! Always check your bank account.
This game has barely any strategy and has no play value because the battles fight themselves. The pictures are ripoffs from world of Warcraft, Magic the gathering and other video games.
Thank you guys for a speedy fix!!! This game has MIND BLOWING card art, tons to do, and you don't have to spend money in it to make a good deck. Gems are easy enough to earn, just log in and do daily stuff.
Well was enjoying the game then we started the game and it reaches 90% and kicks out and goes back to our main screen.hope this gets fixed soon.
