The game is fun and challenging. But it has way too many advertisements, and long ones at that. We hate how you have to watch countless videos just to earn extra time or bonuses. The time runs out too quickly, and the customers dont always show up before the time runs out causing you to loos that round. Remove all the countless adds and the game will be more enjoyable.
We are concerned about the excessive number of advertisements in the free version of the game. The frequency of ads is overwhelming and negatively impacts the overall user experience. This is quite unreasonable and should be addressed.
Ugh!! We thought once we updated the game the music would change. Its so depressing.
We could really benefit if this game had a save button.
This game is fun and challenging, got to level 100 and the game just stops and no more levels looking at the other reviews which seems that most recent being back in February looks like it is taking a very long time for updates when are you going to come out with more levels.
We dont want to watch ads and we dont want to pay to get them removed. There are other ways you can make money from us players like providing extra features like clothing for characters, decorating, etc.
We generally like this game and we play it a lot. Ive even made a few purchases. What bothers us is when you run out of time or customers and have the option of getting extra. It says you can have 30 extra seconds but then it only gives you ten. It says three extra customers but only gives you one. So dont waste the gems and dont watch the video because you will get shortchanged.
We don't understand why developers think that it's a great decision to ruin what could be a GREAT game. Most ads are between 90-120 seconds, which is absolutely ridiculous. Add in the fact that sometimes you might have to watch TWELVE ads to compete a level, and you could be looking at 18-24 minutes of ads to finish ONE level!! Please explain to us why you think that this is acceptable. Imagine watching (3) two minutes ads only for the computer to release ONE order…a single cupcake. And then as time expires, a couple more orders pop up but you are left with no time to complete them. We really enjoy this type of game so we'll be trying to find one that's not ignorant about the ads, like this one is. The only thing that's keeping us playing this game is literally everything EXCEPT the ads. We play several other games and they are nowhere near as ignorant about ads. A couple we have played for multiple years are still on our phone because they keep the ad lengths minimal. We don't mind watching multiple ads as long as the DURATION is low. We know you won't change anything, which is why we'll be deleting this game soon. A player will know within 5-10 seconds if they have interest in a game. Please fix this insanity.
When are the new cities coming out? Its been coming soon for a month now.
This is a good game, fast paced and challenging. Unfortunately it freezes a lot. We can play one or two levels, then have to close it and reopen it to get it to work. We have a new iPad, and uodated iOS, so have to assume its the game. Maybe too much going on with all the side games.
We spend the first several minutes trying to play the game with all of the pop ups trying to sell you things. Otherwise would have rated higher.
Love the game, dont mind commercials, however too many commercials and commercials are too long.
The advertisement video we saw was wrong and showed something elts but still a fun game but get your adds right dont show a game as something that its not.

Every Bus Out game ad NEVER ends and doesnt give the x option. So its sick there and we have to close the game and reopen it leaving us without the free upgrade for watching the ad.

We finished the first two cities, and there are no more levels. We really like this game, but when are more levels coming out.
Please remove the white glove that points at everything. Using it to teach something new is fine but having it in every single step is really annoying.
We really like this game the only reason we didnt give 5 stars is that stupid white glove constantly trying to tell you which one to choose. Please make it where we can get rid of the pointing white glove!!! Ugh.
Fun game, however they dont give you the exact time. For instance you get 12 seconds but only get about 4 seconds. Then it takes a long time to even get customers, so its impossible to win the levels.
The finger pointing is driving us insane, but the game is cool.
This is a great game we will give it thumbs up.
Please stop Making us view disturbing material in those apps (ex. Pimple popping, uncleanliness, infestation, birth/abortion apps..etc) these are highly inappropriate and disgustingly disturbing.

Game is fun but it acts like youre dumb for 25/30 minutes! Push this button push that button! After 2 minutes you pretty much know what to do! Geez.
