This game is about making words, but, because the letters are (perhaps randomly) dealt from a deck, there are times that you won't get the letter(s) you needed. Nevertheless, there are some maneuvers, which you figure out as you play, that can give you some additional opportunities to complete words or start new words, rather than end the round.

This is an awesome, challenging game. We're only giving 3 stars because it routinely freezes, which makes it incredibly frustrating.
The Royal Match ads were too much for us. They go on and on and on. So we left, as we have other games that feature them.
Though we love the challenge of this game the ads take the fun out because they are 30 seconds long. If we get a wrong letter and choose to continue playing a 30 seconds long ad, if we want to go to the next level a 30 second ad. They add up very quickly. Can you do something about the length of the ads? We get that there are ads with a free version but can you limit them to 10 seconds or less.
Ads replay instantly then all progress for that level is lost. You have to watch ads multiple times with no credit given. Disappointing. The game also lets you get within winning a level then restarts without reason or saving progress. Many words are rejected by the game but are found in many dictionaries.
Game is very good and fun, but purchased to remove ads for 3.99 and they are still there. Tried to close game and reopen. Restarted phone. Even emailed developer, but no reply. Will change rating if this can be fixed or will get a refund.
Should be able to continue the game it you need to close the game before finished.
We really love this game, but Ive gone through 317 levels and it has stopped. Are there any new levels or updates available.
We enjoy this game and it keeps us sharp. We love to challenge ourselves as well but we have a gripe about the dictionary used in this game. We have gotten out a few times using words that are words and spelled correctly. We were compensated with more coins the first time it happened but the other 3 times all we got was an apology. With all the time, strategy, and effort put in to reach the next level, an apology just doesnt suffice. There should be more done to prevent things like this from happening even a word suggestion box would help. We hope this problem is solved sooner than later.
We paid for no ads but theyre still popping up. That fact makes this game, which otherwise is highly enjoyable, unplayable. Who likes being conned.
Developer unresponsive to our enquiries. We paid $3.99 for ad removal, but theyre still there! It asks for our apple id, we enter it (yes, its correct) and it says its working but it just hangs. This is a 5 star game without ads, we think. We will be deleting this.
The game could be really fun, but the ads are ridiculously long. So we paid for no ads, but we are still having to watch them.
Idk why they forced these landscapes on us. We hate them. We cant even focus on the game. We like the solid color background. We hate that they took away our choice for backgrounds. We dont think Ill be playing anymore.
We got it. We wish the game would stop reminding us that we can see a list of suggested words for so many coins. We have to hit the we GOT IT button over and over during a game. Also, we paid for no ads and we still see occasional ads at the end of a game. Whats that supposed to mean? We do enjoy this game but let us think for 3 seconds as to where we want to move a letter without popping up and suggesting we spend coins to see a list of words.

Words Out is a good game. However it often freezes in the middle of the play, causing next letter to be incorrectly placed. Many of the points are not being tallied after watching a video. Also the 100 points for the daily reward often does not give full reward. Please fix these bugs. Im getting frustrated with incorrect scores.
Fun game but December was not a word.
We LOVE this game!! However, Ive only been playing it for about an hour and the app has crashed multiple times. It is especially frustrating when Ive almost achieved all of the points to pass a level, bcuz then we have to start the level over if we want to continue playing! The creators have some work to do to keep the game up and running. Other than that, it is challenging and loads of fun.
The game is fun until you get to the ads. Also the game allows some inappropriate words to be used like the N word with a hard ER. Not cool for a game that kids can play.

We play a lot of word games and was so happy to find this one. Very original and challenging as well. Like that you can replay any old levels up to 3 times.
We really enjoy this game however it has a tendency to freeze up in the middle of games. Theres no warning when this happens and it also will move your letter to a different word. You take a chance during the game to view a video for a milestone reward. We hope youll fix these issues soon.
As we get to higher levels we realize words are missing and its a bummer! We hope they keep adding more words. Also, we can never claim the midway gift because it freezes after the ad. Aside from these things, this game is so addictive. Im glad we found it.
This is a great game in theory. We have the ad-free version, yet at the end of every level it crashes just as the needed final word is spelled but before its added to the score. The crash lasts as long as an ad, before finally completing the score and allowing you to move to the next level. Fix this to reach the 5 star level, please. We found the way to get rid of the annoying want help pop-up is to click Got It instead of the X.

The game is fun to play, but has too many ads, so we decided to pay for No ads and there are still ads. So annoying.
The game itself is fun, so we bought the ad-free version. It no longer automatically plays ads between every level, but if we make a mistake and want to keep playing, there is no option to use coins, we have to watch an ad. There are other places in the game where to get something we must watch an ad. There is no other choice. This is not ad-free. Another problem is that the game occasionally makes mistakes for us. Its not a slip on our part. We put a letter in one spot and it slides it across the screen to another spot and then says we made a mistake. The third problem is that it frequently freezes up. Sometimes we can solve it by exiting and reentering the app, but sometimes we have to close the app ( losing our game) or even reboot the whole phone. Not worth the hassles.

This should be a really fun game, but it is so glitchy. It takes 30 sec or more to recognize that you input a letter or made a word. When we click to watch a video, the screen freezes. Will not be keeping this game.

Finally a game that isn't so luck based. The only complaint is that we paid for the full version and still get interrupted multiple times per game with milestone offers.
While we totally enjoy this game everyone we try to get extra points we receive the message no videos available this is very frustrating. Why give the option when it is virtually impossible to get the points.
We love this game but the ads are out of control!! You get one just about everything you hit the bonus, misspell a word, move into the next level of restart a level. Very annoying and they arent short ones either. You spend more time watching ads than playing the game.
Would be a four star rating if the ads werent so inconsistent. The game asks you if you want to watch an ad to continue playing or double your points. It doesnt matter if you click no because you will still be forced to watch an entire 30 second ad, then wont receive the reward. We understand quick 5 second ads you can exit out of, but the ads you are forced to watch all the way through should not be shown if you choose to reject the reward. We havent had this issue with any other game and its extremely irritating. At this point we just click yes to watching the ads so we will at least get rewarded for watching the same video regardless. We never write reviews for apps, but this got under our skin because the game would be good otherwise.
We dont need to explain the game to you – the App Store pictures convey the game well. And in all fairness, the game offers a few minutes of word play goodness. Nothing radical and certainly nothing that tests your vocabulary, but certainly more intriguing than most of the word games on the App Store. The goal is to create the longest words possible given a random selection of letters. You can repeat words and theres no extra reward for challenging letters or uncommon words. The problem is that the app is more ads than games. To play a single round requires watching several ads and even if you choose no for the optional ads, you have to watch the ad without any reward! No thank you. Poor development strategy. We thought about buying the app bc we dont mind paying for a game we like but we dont really want to throw any money towards developers who make it difficult to fall in love with their game. There are just too many options out there. This is one of the rare apps where we wanted to leave a review before deleting bc its really a poor strategy to prioritize auto-playing ads over allowing new players to fall in love with the game.
We paid to have the ads removed, but a pop up keeps appearing offering a bonus if we watch a video. Its really annoying and just another way to get ads in there. Frustrating because we paid so we wouldnt have to keep dealing with those.
