We play that game everyday. Love it.
One of the funnest games we've played in a while, also very addicting.
The game used to be great, but now all the most powerful cards can only be purchased with real money ($13!!!) Wish they went back to having all content available to everyone, with purchasable extra cards for whoever wants them.
After playing for months and paying for extra cards, we made the mistake of upgrading this game. We were enjoying the daily grind and the predictable rewards. Now, there is no winning, no reward for playing, just disappointment and frustration. Well, our addiction is cured.
We've been enjoying this game for a while and NOT hurrying it along. We've even made some purchases of new towers and heroes – something we rarely do. At the present time (level 26 hero and up to the serpent arena), we are becoming VERY frustrated. Current towers that can be upgraded are max'd or level 7. More effective towers are impossible to upgrade because cards never drop (and we refuse to pay money on the chance we will get upgrade cards). Difficult or time consuming quests reward with level 1 armor or more cards for towers already at max. Sigh. The serpent arena was working pretty well to allow us to upgrade new equipment and towers until the last upgrade – now it is almost impossible to win with current equipment due to the ridiculous number of enemy's in each level. Our advise – enjoy it while you can – that is, until the developer decides the only way you can advance is to pay and pay and pay… Update: current version is just as bad. Level 1 rewards for upper level fights. The developers can't seem to code to match reward to risk leading to a huge waste of time and constant frustration. Play something else.
The game starts out pretty fun, but quickly becomes pay to win. Like most apps like this, we'd have been happier with a one or two world free to play, then pay to unlock the rest. After the first few, it takes so much time to collect/upgrade cards it's unbelievable. This could be solved with the ability to sell/buy cards for crystals, or power up cards with different ones, but it doesn't seem like that's in the cards(haha, that was a joke, see?).
After last upgrade all our heroes become level 1( all heroes progress has gone).
We've been playing this game since it came out, we paid at least once every update and was very happy with the game. This last update break the game. Makes the difficulty much harder and push offers and video ads way too far. The enjoyment to play the game is gone, hopefully a future update will fix it, in the meantime we will go back to kingdom rush.
We were waiting a lot for this last update just to be very disappointed. The changes of the prices of the slots shows how they don't care about the players, and that's not the only change to worse Not gonna play this game anymore.
This is simply one of the best, if not the one best, game apps we got. Strategy, customization and avatar. Three keywords to the best games. This has all three which is just awesome.
Love this game. It has made all other Tower Defense games seem obsolete. We even got our girlfriend hooked on it. It's all she wants to play. We hope expansions are on the horizon.

Great tower defense game with many and varied levels. The main drawback is the freemium sections and the fact that all of the best towers/cards must be purchased in card packs and cannot be won in the game.
We really like this game. We quit all the freemium games to stop wasting our money and was looking for a good strategy game. Then this game showed up and we've really enjoyed it for the past 6 months. We just hope they update more areas soon. Maybe people should some money on this so they can keep updating.
This game is a wonderful evolution of the tower defense game. We love the battle card system and all the ways we can customize our game. Lots of strategy.

Other games we have played lose our attention pretty quick. The only other game that we've played for this length of time is Hero Academy. Both games are so much fun and the variety of challenges really keep our invested.
We love this game! It is an absolute blast and you will lose track of time playing it. There are in app purchases but this game does not rely on these to get you farther along in the game. The colors and animations are fun! With endless different ways to keep you interested. From playing the story line, to arena, tournaments and towers. This game has it all. Please keep up the amazing work on such a fun game.

Perhaps one of the most unique TD games we've ever played, not only every elements are expanded (like a wide variety of bosses and levels) the game is also very strategic as players can choose different combinations of cards for each level, also it opens a lot of ways to make player less dependent on gems by giving them as a rewards and the availability of the gem mines as well. Now, speaking of the thumb-down, we don't mind much about the waiting for energy and tickets to play, what disappoints us is that at the beginning we were really excited that with hundred of levels awaits, this could be the best adventure as we unlocked cards and dice into the storyline, however, the more we played the more we realized the game isn't that promising, a fact is that we almost complete the entire campaign but the amount of cards unlocked covered only about half of the deck, with quality cards being the fewest, especially the rare cards, several levels are excessively difficult, typically towards the end, which we doubt could not be owned without the undiscovered cards. Also there's a lot of cards we want to upgrade but since there's only a single spot for upgrade so there are days when the game freezes literally cuz you can't advance without those cards. We hope that a new update will come soon, with more accessibilities and chances for all players.
Following yesterday's iOS update, all our battle grounds developed leprosy! Black blobs of death where color and landscape and tiny little native structures used to be. What's up with that.
But its drops are worst than destiny.
Very nice game, but still it's pay to win. Tournament without epic cards is unbeatable, and the energy thing is very annoying.
Eventually you feel like you have to pay to get anywhere because the difficulty ramps up and you don't have powerful enough cards. You can try to grind to get the right cards but it's relatively random and playing the same levels over and over gets boring.
Ios 9 bug is still not fixed plz fix.
We personally really love this game, Ive played it three years ago on an iPad, but now we changed our device to an iPhone (17), the picture aspect ratio goes wrong and cannot play the games normally we dont know if it is just us or their are others who have this issue, hope you guys can see this and fix this problem.
The game play is outstanding, the graphics are fun to look at and a higher grade than most TDs out there. The Apple Store should have this on the top of their list for TD games. We have played this game for years and its still entertaining. We like they added the monthly challenges.
Very fun game, nice animation and unit balance. It can can be very hard at points later on hit so far Im having fun. If you get stuck there are other routes you can go. We havent spent any money, but have watched ads to help with a boost for some levels.
But it totally flatlined when avatar hit level 30 and that was after investing some decent casbahs.
Game has potential but is seriously lacking resources to upgrade during battle.
This game is very addicting, good graphics and very good game.
Ive played Crazy Kings for a few years now and still love it. Different characters, boards and towers make gameplay challenging. Theres no obligation to buy anything, though some upgrades for purchase do help. Most of all, its just fun.
We like the game but … We play it in iphone and it has been a nightmare trying to get reach anything, cards or pause, in the corners.

Really good tower defense game. Combine cards to make towers, spells and heroes more powerful. So many levels. Definitely worth playing.
The app is so well made (especially since it's free) we can't think of anything to say against it. We've only downloaded it recently and so far it's been worth it. How you can upgrade your hero is a cool feature and how it's organized it's so simple. If it wasn't for the energy thing we would have finished the game in a day. No complaints here great game.

One of our all time favorite tower defense games.
This reminds us a lot of Fieldrunners (or Defenders) mixed with Transport Empire in a cartoon mid evil world. There are in game purchases but you can spend a long time playing without paying. If you have patience you can keep playing for free. It's a great tower defense game. It's dangerous we found it. The three guys coming in the logo also can look like Chubacca's head.

It's hard to find a good tower defense game that doesn't require you to spend money or buy levels. You can do tournaments,arenas, and several levels before you need to wait for energy but you win most of it back and can play for awhile. Great game, can't wait for more.
Amazingly addictive game. One of the best tower defense (ish) games we have played for the iPhone. Game is not currently ready for the iOS9 update, you get black blocks on some levels… But so good we're still playing it! Ugh.

Ios9, ipad air2 Graphics turn into black chunky blocks as soon as a mission starts.
Just updated to ios 9 and app now displays black blocks during battles. Unplayable!!! Please fix.
We enjoyed the game for about the first several hours, but the loading time is slow and the so-called, overpriced "epic" cards provide little if any help in the game. Also, we mysteriously lost over 2,000 gems and the game developer is unwilling to provide assistance to resolve this issue. If you decide to invest money in this game please be aware of the potential problems that exist.
