Unfortunately, one of the best apps on the internet, with many active and enthusiastic users, has been largely been on development hold for months, and sections of the app do not work, and features are regressing for gamers.
We like the game but videos dont ever load and screen freezes regularly and we have to delete and reload entire game.
This game appears to have been abandoned by the producers. There have been no upgrades or changes in over a year. We can not recommend playing this game. If you do play, do not waste your money on it.
Devs Ucool bailed on this game. No updates, No response.
They kick us out because due to a glitch that the game had and its not our fault that the game gave us diamonds coins do it to a glitch the easy way for them to fix it it was to kick us out there was no cheating it was their fault of the glitch.
Uncool your game is a joke. No event, no updates, no customer service to answer questions/concerns, no new progress in the stage, and recently you remove all the resource in the world map. What do you want Ucool? Spending several thousands in this fraud game is really a useless at the end. Apple store you should remove this game from your store and do not support this fraud business!
The developer turned the game into a cemetery. There are no mines to get resources from. There are very few events and they are basic. This game is for all intent dead and until someone revitalizes it, not worth playing. If you want to upgrade things quickly, you can still buy some things but they are WAY OVERPRICED.
Every time we have an update something always goes wrong and something is always taken away. This last update took over 2000K of our diamonds that we had saved up! This is not fair. Why bother playing if everything is going to be taken away from you? Now we cant even connect to the server to play! Ugh!!!
We have been out of service for the past week following the glitch that rewarded diamonds with each restart. IOS requires frequent reloads since the last game upgrade.
There is little to no support with this app. Glitches can also get your account banned through no fault of your own. Dont use it and dont spend any money on it because you will just be pissing it into the wind.
Its a really fun game, but they need to hire developers who can keep it running. There are always glitches, and we put up with those, but we havent been able to get into the game since we updated 4 days ago. We get a blank white screen, it never loads.
We enjoyed this game until they decided to update it ! Lost all of our progress & started us over @ the beginning. Dont waste your time downloading it ! Its not even worth the star it makes you put in. Update spent $50 bucks to upgrade a new hero that was promised to be gold & 3 days & $15 bucks later still no upgrade just another hero we can blow $ @ what a waste As of 7/26/21 cannot play game after last update . Nothing will open just locks up .
With the newest update 7/22/21. There are no longer ways for F2P players to gain gems or attain the highest level of the daily missions. It appears the company has switched to a full pay to win mode and regardless of the amount of time a F2P player plays they will not be able to get decent enough units to compete. So long war and wit.
No support for iOS players. Youll have to shut down several times during game play every time you play. We’ve created several artifacts in game to have them disappear afterward. Upgrading buildings will sometimes cause additional glitches to the rest of your castle. Upgrading guards gives a failure notification. Reading the reviews this is a common occurrence along with the incredible amount of pop ups to spend real money. That being said, its a standard match 3 game with pretty graphics. Download at own risk and dont bother spending real money on it.
Havent been on the game in a week or two. Apple had a system update last week. Tried logging into game today and all that loaded was a white screen. Reset numerous times with same results. The game has had numerous glitches since we began playing last year. We would give zero stars if possible. Disappointed gamer. Im not sure who does the math for the average rating. With our 1 star added to the rest thats 28 ratings. 15- 1 star, 4- 2 star, 5- 3 star, 2- 4star and 2- 5 star, total of 56 stars divided by 28 reviews equals a rating of 2……. Not 4.6. Deceptive practice to get people to believe its a solid game. The proof is right there, 19 reviews of 1 or 2 stars.!!
Every update brings more bugs and crashes and it has become a pay to win with little to no chat system so its a mmo without the abilities to really talk to each other,
Theres no tutorial on how to play right after you get through the steps its like it just stops working.
We played the game over 100 days. Here are our top comments. First – this is a pay for play. You wont get anywhere for free (unless you play for years). Second – Game crashes all the time. Game developers are always adding more content but failing to fix all the old glitches… And there are a lot. Third – customer service is the worst. They dont understand English and they constantly ask stupid questions like can you give us a screenshot or do you have a date/time stamp? Forget about asking for a supervisor… They completely ignore that request. We have experienced in-game chats and emails with their customer service for weeks without resolution. Fourth – get used to the fact, some items in your inventory will simply disappear. Dont bother asking customer service for help (see above) Fifth – even if you set the game language to English, dont be surprised when several screens show Chinese text. Theyve never fixed that. Lastly, dont waste your time or money on this one. Youll simply get discouraged and quit. Update: The game developers added a rebuttal to our earlier review – stating they were sorry and asked us for our game ID. Guess what folks? We did that… Weeks ago. We sent them our ID when asked. We sent them screenshots. We sent them continuous, detailed explanations. They ignored us for weeks. We have a list of other things that were horribly wrong with their game and customer service (like asking for a manager to address our complaint-several times with no response, progression algorithms that make it impossible to finish challenges… Regardless of how strong your character is, etc. Etc. Etc.) but you get the idea. Dont buy their polite rebuttals to this review. Its a farce. Do NOT download this game… You will regret it and leave disappointed. The Chinese only want your cash. They have zero concern for customer service or customer satisfaction.
Have had a problem for almost two months and support is awful. They said they sent it to tech to investigate. When we inquire about it they tell us to be patient. Its ridiculous, we have photographic proof and they have to investigate the issue. We just recently had another issue, spent a lot of gold on upgrading a soldier and then we didnt get credit for it. We were told to just delete and redownload the game- excuse us? What the?? We have stopped making purchases in the game until they fix our issues. They just dont care. The game itself is amazing and fun. Tech support ruins it all though.
Not worth buying anything since we always delete the app & reload again in order to continue. Looks like there is no iOS support or something.
The game play, when the game is not crashing, or the server is not down for maintenance, is fun! We love the challenge of 100 different options to advance hidden all over the game. The constant pop-ups to try and get you to buy something for the game is VERY annoying, and never ending! There are not many options to earn enough gold coins and diamonds to be useful so they send pop us with special offers to purchase discounted packages that make it easier to add more heroes, and arm them with necessary supplies. Like most of this style of games you match a sequence of colored tiles in the gameplay, and the longer chain you match the better your performance. If you could actually earn enough gold and gems in the gameplay this would be a really fun game, but as it stands, with ads trying to get your money, it detracts from the game.
After we updated to new version, our game reset our level back to level 1. When we are in level 14 half way.
This game COULD be very fun, but it is basically unplayable. It always takes several tries to connect to their network, but even when you finally get into the game, it freezes up mid-play. And the most infuriating of all, we had slowly (given these issues) worked our way up to several heroes and levels (spending considerable money in the process) only to learn today that we have been reset back to the start, likely as a result of another update. We want our money (or levels) back!!! Soooooo mad.
We were just playing the game and it showed that we had over 13000 gems . So we bought some extra loot tickets. Now it says we only have a little over 300. What the heck!!!!!!!
We lost everything our ranking and all of the individuals we have earned no idea why went to log on this afternoon and it started us from square one again. Now some of us pay money to get all the extra items we have and basically you have stolen from us because of the reset. No cool at all.
We would give it 5 stars but then the update. Great graphics, challenging play, and many different things you can do within the game. We were having a lot of fun with this game and then came the update. After the update it took 20-30 minutes of having to go through the tips, again. The game drops during fights. All our warriors lost their skill levels which took a lot of gold and time to level up, and now have to do it again. Very disappointed.
Its been nothing but glitching since new update. We really like the new features but we cant even get on to play and when we finally do some type of glitch happens.

Crashes multiple times during play with no obvious catalyst. This is frustrating because it often crashes during battles, consuming energy or chances. Support link on iPhone is a dead end (it says "coming soon", not helpful) -Sept 17, 2020.
The newest update causes immediate crash of the app dont want to lose any progress invested by reinstalling hopefully a fix comes quick.

Heroes Arena was better. Sad you just took the characters from there and brought them here.
Since there is no support for IOS yet we will add our issues to this review. The game has several glitches that have arose lately. First, we bought the growth pack and now it tells us we need to buy the growth pack to get growth rewards, but it also wont let us buy the growth pack again. Stupid. Second, we cant build anything anymore, so there is no way to progress our account from the point its at. Until this is fixed Im stuck. Third, when you try to contact support, in game or by email, nothing happens. We like this game, fix the issues and we will give a higher rating. Thank you.
How do we send an invite code, they have the option but whenever we click it it force closes our game, also im unable to share through fb or messages because we cant even click the options in game.
Im enjoying the core gameplay and the artwork immensely. However, every time you go back to main base, you are bombarded by 1-2 cash offers. Some of the missions are bugged where you click them and it closes the app. The contact us button in game does nothing. Hoping this isnt just a money grab game since it has lots of potential.
Yeah so really not cool. We lost over 1800 gems because we invested them to earn interest on them. When the time ended to get interest we didnt get our original gems back. Basically gave away a ton of gems to get 100 or so. This is unbelievable. This game has ok graphics but is so riddled with bugs its unplayable. We wish we could get a refund over money we have spent already. What a joke.
First, it did not give us the rewards after purchasing something. Second, we dont know how to get extra gold without spending so much gems. Im stuck and we cannot level up our heroes anymore. It is really disappointing! We regret spending money on this game.
