You need to be level 4 to catch shredder, once you’re level 4 buy the carbon rod (most expensive one) 1000 coins, then go to the north of the map, I caught mine to the right of the junk pile, when you throw down the monster bate you’ll notice a pile of continuous bubbles, keep setting your line on that spot, even if it disappears when the monster bait wears off just keep going, he’s still lurking around the exact same place, If you’re not having any luck throw another monster bait down and you’ll notice the bubbles again, cast your line and fingers crossed you get a bite, you’ll need to fight against shredder to cast him in, it’s not too bad because you have the strongest rod, once you have caught him, take him to the boat where the fisherman was giving you hints on where to find him and he will reward you with over 1000 coins and congratulate you,
