We had it logged into Facebook,been playing on it with our friend on fb, took a break went to play again said log into Facebook we tried said app not activated we tried everything still get same message a week later still there on our settings on Facebook said and showed pacific bay is active so whats the problem.

BEST. GAME. EVER. We SWEAR IT IS, ITS SO FUN AND we LOVE HOW CHALLENGING SOME PARTS ARE. BUT we ABSOLUTELY HATE HOW LONG THE LABORATORY PARTS ARE :( BUT OVERALL THIS GAME IS AMAZING AND SO IS CRIMINAL CASE!
We love all the criminal case games the only suggestion Id make is that when you move up a rank and get your energy refilled that you dont lose the energy you already have. We’ve lost as high as 110 energy points just to get 110 points refilled. We have no other complaints.

Love this gamejust one issue . Im getting ripped off with filling up the sticker book. Will get. 7 stickers when we flip them,but only 5 or 6 show up in our book. FIX THAT ISSUE AND IT WOULD BE SO MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE. We REFUSE TO BUY ANY DUE TO AFRAID OF BEING RIPPED OFFNOT ME WHEN IM BUYING.

Even tho Im playing for our daughter She love this stuff. She actually wants to be a detective. We never seen that one coming. Exactly what Engaged player said 4 years ago. Im not into the fine details of a crime scene. Definitely more danger suspense and gun fire, car crashes & explosions Or better yet definitely closer looks into REAL Nation wide crime scenes would be awesome Im more of a Dirty Harry type guys. We do like csi Las Vegas Miami and NY ok we like them all. Like the Beltway sniper outside of DC OR The 2020 riots that would be a great start!!! How we started to loose our law as our own government in stepping on our own constitution Get to see more of these games in the future Maybe less time getting stars And more finding the killer Back when we were a kid There was ZERO ads during a game The only time that happened was when a car was coming down the road in the middle of a hockey game. So GAME ON.
We actually enjoy it although the curse is a little graphic maybe add a sensor so that some people dont have to see it but beside that good game.

Love all the criminal case games. Im just so sick of the ads. We would pay to get rid of them. Other than that a great game. The ads are the only reason we stopped playing. They ruin the volume of the game as well.
Love, love , love this game. Only gave a 4 star rating because, some of the lab times are waaaaaay to long! Seriously, 30+ hours is totally ridiculous! Also, when we level up, we should get ALL 110 of our energy points, no matter how many we already ha e banked.
We love this game its very addictive it has very well put together and thought out cases, but the waiting time between the autopsies, and everything is too long for some you have to wait a whole day or pay money to go to the next part of the case. The wait time should realistically start off at 30 minutes then escalate to 3 to 5 hours. Eight hours, 24 hours are just too long and people will start losing interest in the game. How do than that this game is a very fun game and we would recommend it!
Love the game but the last few days it wont connect to Facebook on iPad and get error message stating its a know error or something. Please fix it.
We love everything about this game, it was made so well and the storylines are great. However we think its ridiculous the amount of time you have to wait for evidence to come back. We cant even play the game for 9 more hours because we have to wait for a polaroid camera to be analyzed. Unless we pay 3 dollars which im sorry but nobody is going to do. We understand having to wait a while for results but theres no reason it needs to be 9 hours.
This used to be our favorite game but ever since the latest update, it seems like there is nothing but ads every time you try to do anything. We understand for getting extra lightening and stuff like that but it seems like its every time you get done with a crime scene and beyond. We dont want to but probably gonna delete it.
When we’ve had our fill of the other games on our phone, Ill come to this one, pick up where we left off. Its not super challenging, and passes the time. However, the dialogue is remedial and we find the use of slang overdone, to say the least. They could add a few more options for setting your characters skin tone. But still, its a decent game.
This is definitely not our favorite Criminal Case game. We liked the characters but it really wasnt enough. The end was so dumb. We did finish the entire game before we made our opinion.

We found by staying connected or signing in by Facebook it added ads that we did not want when we already paid for them not to be. But after we signed out of Facebook and went and went through our Apple app we had no more problems. So if anyones having issues its Facebook, they are the greedy ones.
We’ve played this game since it first came out and we love it! How ever recently we found out that the game logged us out and we cant log back in through Facebook and the only other way is through apple and it it made us restart! How can we fix this? We’ve tried everything from deleting it and then reinstalling it on our phone, logging out of Facebook and logging back in again and even shutting down our phone. Im frustrated with it. Please help!
We’ve played other games in this series for years & Im disappointed with this one. The characters are cheesy & stereotypes. The clues at the crime scenes are much smaller than in the other games & the graphics arent as sharp. All the years we’ve been playing, we’ve never finished 3rd in a crime scene,most of the time 1st. Its very frustrating not to be able to even make out what the clues are. Very disappointed with Pacific Bay!
Way too many ads on this fun app. In addition they want nine dollars, yes nine dollars to get rid of apps. Usually $3.99 or $4.99 is asked to get rid of apps. Which we might be willing to pay since this game is a long game. But $8.99 is Ludicrous!
We’ve loved Criminal Case for years, and after awhile we decided to pick it up again only to be disappointed by the buggy app. Whenever an ad plays it disrupts our in game music and then suddenly the game audio completely turns off? Not to mention the amount of ads is extremely excessive, at this point we would pay to get rid of them. As for flaws within the game itself, having to wait 10 or 12 hours for evidence is a major problem. We love this game and we want to finish cases quickly, but this long wait time makes us less inclined too. Long waiting times just make people more impatient and more likely to forget about the game in general, so bad move on that part. We think the max amount of hours should be 8, though thats still pushing it, but at least youll be able to finish within a day.
With every version of this program we’ve tried, it crashes. We have an apple 12 pro max. This shouldnt happen.
Every time we get a 30 second commercial like from property brothers we get an x to accept bonus points or time but it freezes Im sick of reinstalling this game again we had same problem last year with the same game we’ve deleted and reinstalled criminal case pacific bay several times due to 30 second reward videos not giving rewards and freeze when we clicked reward granted we dont like reinstalling our games that we like to play but this is getting frustrating. So we uninstalled criminal case pacific bay yet again and reinstall but this time didnt connect it to Facebook and still have bonus rewards issues guess Im finally done with criminal caseIm sick of this game doing this we waste more time reinstalling than playing and starting over. Now its not connected to Facebook for some reasons but according to the Facebook page it is aware of the issue and when the problem is resolved it will be restored and reinstalled to Facebook. In the meantime we started from scratch.
We wanted to find a game in which we could use our deductive skills and we like finding hidden stuff too, but this game does it for u!! If u dont find the items fast enough, they move for you to see them what the heck is the point in that!!?? Just tap the phone? Couldnt get into it. We basically just tap forward, game doesnt really need us :-/
We used to love this game but now when we reinstalled it Facebook wont let us login, we did tooo many to replay it all. PLEASE fix the Facebook problem. Love you if you do, thanks.
We liked the game itself but not all the profanity and taking Gods name in vain. Unnecessary and uncalled for in a game. Its a no go from us.
- Ads with micro Xs to close. 2. Ads with unpleasant content 3. Ads with such tiny close Xs that its impossible to not cause websites to open, forcing closing the game. 4. Unnecessary mini ads very few plays. Frankly, there are plenty of opportunities to watch longer ads, for rewards without such frequent minis. And, the loss of level up points. Otherwise, amusing enough.
The people who make this game will not contact you when there are issues. Facebook sign in is not working. They are aware of it and still no update to repair. Dont invest in any part of the game. If by chance you loose your phone or reset it your game is gone for good. Any money you pay for extra items will not be given back and you start from square one. Last update was over a year ago. Fix the game.
Having a hard time connecting/save progress to Facebook it would be nice to connect and save our progress with our apple id /game center instead of just Facebook so we dont have to start all over.

They removed the game from Facebook with no warning and no explanation to why or when it will be back. Its been almost two weeks and there has been zero communication from Pretty Simple if the game will even come back at all. There werent bugs that needed to be fixed or anything wrong with the game; its just gone. We tried downloading the app and linking it to our Facebook because we were almost done with the game and didnt want to start all over, but it didnt work. We were on chapter 49 of 56 or thereabouts, so we lost all our progress in the game. So we guess dont waste your time playing when youre just going to lose your progress when they decide to remove the game for no reason. At least we didnt spend real money on the game like some people do for instant lab results, so theres that we guess.
When you earn a refill, you dont have the option to save it. So, if your max 110 and you have 110 when you earn it, you lose it all. Not cool.
We’ve been playing this game for a long time and suddenly we cant sign in with Facebook anymore we normally play on our desktop, wouldnt work. So we tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Didnt work! So we installed on our iPad. We STILL CANT SIGN IN! Now this STUPID GAME WANTS ME TO START OVER FROM 1 FIX THIS.
