We love this game soo much it brings so much memories of when we played it in the past.
This is a great game franchise! But its very annoying when certain ads cut off the sound for the game. Its a bug that plagues all of the Criminal Case games. Very annoying because we find the sounds useful.
What if the game has Google account to play it and to socialize?
Wonderful game cant wait to see what next.
This is our favorite game from the company that makes them. There are several reasons: first of all, it takes place in various locations around the globe, so its like a travelogue as you get to know the culture, cuisine, and customs of the places you visit. Also, after each murder investigation is done, there is a more global investigation that takes place in a serial manner unearthing some conspiracy or other. Finally, the characters are engaging as they interact with each other while solving the various mysteries. It is the best way to spend down timeI only wish we could win the lottery and visit some of the exotic places they go!
Good graphics and a variety of clothing/creating. Overall a great and interesting game.

You need more energy icons by doing something more than watching those limited amount of videos or create more videos for energy icons because its too easy to run out of energy to keep going on the cases sometimes. We think you would get more 5 out 5 stars that way. We really do like the game. You should do that for all the Crime Scene games. The game is a lot of fun and really keeps you thinking. We have been enjoying this series but today it erased over 300 partner points we were saving we want them back or a reason why they are missing.
Every time we play this Criminal Case along with other versions of it, we notice an issue with the sound. Whenever we close an ad, theres no sound and yet the music is still there. We just wish these ads would stop interfering with the sound.
Is there a update we had 45,000 coins and it just stopped working and now Im back to 110 can someone from the creators help please.
Pacific Bay picked up where the cases in Grimsborough left off, which was great. Now, though, we’ve flown off to join this team and been forced to start from scratch. The story and characters are fine. The music is HORRIBLE. We had to create a new avatar, we have no pet companion, and we’ve lost millions of coins amassed over the previous games. Ugh.
We actually love the game and therefore decided to buy it – but as soon as we did the option of bingeing on ads to get energy stopped and that kinda took the fun out of it for us. Did the same mistake in the Mysteries version. Other versions we decided not to buy and there we can still watch ads and collect energy so those versions are more fun even if you have to watch endless ads between plays.
Someone please fix the game! Since it disconnected from Facebook, we lost the friends energy bonuses & cards we were saving, & the daily bonus spin doesnt work right either. We really enjoy playing the game & am just glad we didnt lose anything else, because of the games issues. Thanks & have a great day!
We love the game but havent been able to connect wit Facebook now for about 3 months. Also we play everyday and have for years. Every day we go Mtg spin the wheel and havent been able to get to the max for daily bonuses, it changes every day between 2-3 consecutive days played even though we play everyday. And we have tried to reach out th the game help guys but it will not accept any email we put in. We are about done playing because of the poor support.
We dont play this one like we do the other criminal case games because this one is different. It just throws ads at you in the middle of play with no reward. Not worth it.
Love the Criminal Case games. Hate the ads! Why are you forcing us to watch these stupid ads? We know customers were not forced to watch ads a couple years back. Why now? The games then were so much better and much more fun to play without being interrupted by an annoying ad. Frankly, we dont want to pay to remove the ads. Just remove the annoying things.
We enjoy the games in this genre, but am finding you imposing your political and social opinions insulting. The wall in the southern part of the US, homosexual lifestyles, etc not necessary to enjoy these games. If we wanted you opinion wed ask for it. They may be free, but not free enough to keep having to see it.
UPDATE: ITS STILL DOING IT, WATCH A VIDEO THEN IT FREEZES, IT WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR REWARD. We CONTACT SUPPORT AND ALL we GET IS AN AUTOMATED REPLYI would have given this a higher score, but we keep contacting customer support about an ad Figgerits, that freezes almost every time AFTER you watch the ad, that you have to close your game out, which means you watched that ad for nothing because you dont get the credit, then you have to log back in. All we get from customer support is an automated response how we should go look in the help menu. Like how is the help menu going to stop the game from freezing. Its very frustrating.
Why cant we log in this game with our Facebook? Please fix this problem urgently.
Was playing game on iPhone. When we had to replace iPhone couldnt connect game with Facebook. Starting all over but cant connect with friends for both Save the World and Mysteries of the Past.
We enjoy playing this game. Very challenging .
Less opportunities to get extra money and energy. We refuse to spend more money. Updating to 5 stars by level 5 you now get the 3 full spins on the wheel daily and the extra one after as well as 2 chances to watch videos for more energy.

This game is Fantastic and unique. You just feel exited when you play criminal case because it is a special game. But just it is a little bug in criminal case:save the world.(the bug:When you play criminal case more than 30 minutes the sound of clicking a button in the crime since or the map stops,I mean we cant hear the sound of clicking different buttons after 30 minutes so we really appreciate if you fix that bug)(Another think that we want to say is:can you make another criminal case please because we love your games pretty simple. We enjoyed playing this game. We gave a couple of other ones but this one is our favorite thus far. However, once you complete all of the cases….. We have over $200,000. How can we transfer those to another game so we dont lose them?
This is a fun game!!! We highly recommend it but dont buy ads free it takes away the free watch ads that give you 20 energy.
Get to the end and loose everything. Nothing transfers to another game.

Connecting error when trying to spin wheel.
We paid to opt out of ads. That worked great for awhile but the ads you chose to watch dont close with the X and then you have no choice but to close out without getting energy credit and a waste of at least 2 minutes each time, plus frustration. TO THE GAME ADMINISTRATORS. Please please please fix!!!!! Super annoying!!
We like the game, its fun & we play about 5 of these. But we are increasingly frustrated with the ads after every play. We buy things from occasionally but we find it highway robbery to ask us to pay $8.99 to stop the incessant ads. Too much. We may quit. Its no fun spending half the time we have to play waiting for an ad to end.
We’ve been playing Criminal Case with our mother off and on for a long time now but they have recently added a Remove Ad pop-up for $7.99 and have immersed the game in Ditch the vape ads from Truth. Com!!!! Two things: we’ve never vaped nor do we know anyone who does and this grab for money by the developers of Criminal Case has cost them a loyal gamer. Unless you want to spend half your game time watching pointless, long, boring ads or you want to pony up the money, dont bother with this app!

We had over 100 extra points and special cards, which just vanished. No, we didnt click the button to use and send to friends. Just disappeared. Irritating.
Please stop with all of these pop up ads. Its not going to make us spend more money to get ad free its only making us want to stop playing this game. You decided to take away the free burger at the end of the game and started to give us stupid stickers why?
Love, love, love this game it is a great story! But we rate this game 4 stars because we just wish we could change our name. We couldnt find any skins that looked like us, so we decided to get creative with our character but when we made it to level 6, we earned a skin that looked like us and we wanted to change our name but we cant. Other than that love it!
The whole series was very well done.
We love all the criminal case files except the travel in time one. The other 4 have entertained us for years. When we run out of energy it is replaced in a reasonable time, and you get burgers periodically that makes it easier. We dont play the travel in time game, we play this one and the others instead.
We prefer the Criminal Minds this one here you don’t have a choice to use your coins give you more chances to play can’t accumulate energy to play the scenes we used to use our coins etc for the BOOSTERS which are not available in this game so we can’t play it for as long as we want to. When that game finished we had accumulated and paid for 20+ hamburgers orange juice and other stuff and we lost it and it would not let us transfer our hamburgers to this new game so we’re only playing when we have enough energy until it runs out and it’s not as much fun as the other one with out the boosters.

What once was a great game to play now isnt. For the last few weeks, we havent been able to send or receive gifts from friends on our iPad without the game looping to Facebook only to ask Open this is Criminal Case. Duh, thats why we have the app. Then it returns to the app and if we select accept gifts it loops back to Facebook again.. Endlessly. This happens on all 3 of the Criminal Case games that we play. .. Hidden Objects, Mysteries and Save the World. We tried contacting customer support only to receive an auto response that told us to go read the FAQs (which we do before ever contacting support) or go to the community page which is another hot mess. Then proceeds to tell us that this will be the one and only response to our inquiry. Sounds like pretty poor customer service. So… In response, we will delete all three games and find others to play.. A little good customer service goes a long way. We recommend that you ditch the auto response and actually allow people to contact you.
