Ive played several of the scenarios over the past 3-5 years and find it very satisfying and engaging.
We love this game but we want to warn people not to buy the pizza package. The game advertises it as having 170 stars consistently; however, this is not true. You still have to buy packages (food). We still do not know how long it takes to re-up, but we used the initial stars and they still havent renewed-after 2 hours of waiting. We are not sure if that is be wise it is the free trial or not. One caveat-we do play the game quite a bit. We cannot even find out how long or what needs to be done for it to re-up. Just be aware of this if you purchase the pizza package. Otherwise, we love this game and the others we play.
We enjoy the concept of these games enough that we paid the fee to go ad free. We dont pay to complete anything early, and am content to pop in and out of the game to advance slowly. What does irritate us a great deal though is the recentish addition of a banner ad on the title screen for another game by the creators of we paid for ad free. Which should mean ad FREE. Not add free except 25% of the title screen every time you log in. Please yall, honor the intent and remove all ads for those of us who forked over the requested funds.
GET THOSE X RATED ADS OFF OF MY IPAD!!! We sent a question and got an automatic reply saying that was the only reply we would get. Our issue was not addressed at all. Told us to go to FAQ which we had already done and our question was not there. You now have another X RATED ad. On here. We have been playing Criminal Case for over 8 years but we will not tolerate such disrespect.
Ever since the first Criminal Case version (area? Location?) Ive enjoyed the conversation and personalities of (most of) the characters. The game has creative and interesting story lines and is a good diversion at night to wind down before sleep.
So the game is great and all, but earlier we tried to buy a sticker pack, and at first it said the purchase was successful, but then right after it said it failed. So we basically just got charged $10 but never got the packs. We dunno if this is either the app or our device but Im just putting this out there anyway.
Theres no ready to solve button. The problem isnt so much thats missing but that they removed it with no warning. Hate the new update. It wasnt necessary.
Love the game but truly hate the ADS. Such a pain and takes away the fun of the game. We shut the game down every time a stupid AD comes up. You can keep that poison.
Wonderful game and wonderful story line. Been playing this game for years. Finished the game completly to the end and started again. We never get tired of the game.
The stories are amazing and the puzzles are challenging, but not too challenging.
We have enjoyed all the Criminal Case games so far, and this one is just as good as the others. We do have a couple issues with it though: 1) when we first downloaded it and logged in to Facebook we were already on level 2 in the middle of case number 1 with an autopsy finishing upI was just a bit confused about what happened. We had to uninstall/reinstall the game and start the game without logging in to Facebook to figure things out and then login in when we reached where we were. 2) pretty much every time we open the game Im asked to confirm our Facebook loginIm hoping that goes away soon.
The game is good, but there should be more levels or chapters to extend the games.

This is a great game to play with the supernatural game as well.
OKAY SO THIS IS WHY IT IS A GREAT GAME, SO YOU HAVE CLUES AND THEN YOU HAVE TO GUESS WHO THE KILLER IS WITH THE CLUES YOU FOUND WHICH IS AWESOME AND IT IS SO FUN.
This game is very fun and entertaining we liked it a lot but we had to undownload it because it was taking up a lot of our dataotherwise very fun to play.
Fun hidden object game with murder and mystery guessing who committed the crime highly recommended if you like these types of games.
This game is really great and highly recommend it. We wish the wait times for the labs would be shorter because unless you spend money you have to wait almost a whole day for some of them. Also in the original criminal minds game there were times that you could play without wasting any energy but why not in this game too? Lastly, waiting 24th ours before moving on to the next case is wAy too long in our opinion. Maybe if also we can get harder crimes to solve because we can usually figure out the killer as soon as they are introduced.

Its very simple and very good game. Get into the game to see how good it really is. U can connect with the characters too. Very good. Am still waiting to see when we get Ray Parker. That guys just too shady innocent for us. If we dont get him,then we hope he becomes a killer in later series cus we just dont like that guy. Too innocent. But the game is AWESOME.

Ive been playing this game for several months. Its a fun game. We were wondering why we dont get a gold medal for choosing the right suspect the first time. How do you get a gold medal after you arrest the correct suspect? Maybe our game is messed up.
Have been playing three of these criminal case games as help with stroke cognitive exercises. Today tried to open this game w next case, #13, n will not download. So gotta delete game. Sorry.
The game is really fun but we wish the analyzing would not take 12 hours and if you wanted to speed it up you would have to pay like 3 bucks.
Love this game and all the others. Only rated it 4 stars because, when we level up, we should get ALL 110 energies, not just to fill up our energy bank to 110! Getting cheated out of a lot of energy points.
We really like this game. We like that we could play with our friends. But, there has been no Facebook connection for over a month. So Im playing by ourselves. The error message says that the developer knows about this situation. Again, its been over a month. We think if this isnt fixed in the near future, we will stop playing.
For a game that lets you trade watching ads for time boosts etc, it sure puts up a lot of annoying small ads. Sound regularly cuts out. Exit/ restart necessarily. A few other little bugs. But, a pleasant waste of time.
Ive been playing this for a few months. Until this past week, we have thoroughly enjoyed the game. Easily enjoyable without spending a dime, though we prefer to buy things here and there sometimes. Our issue has only arisen recently. We are being inundated with requests from the game for us to sign into Facebook. You would think after being told once or twice it would stop asking, but we are peppered with these pop ups several times a minute. Unless someone can tell us how to stop this, we will have to delete the game. Seems like a wonky way to lose a customer.
We played a couple of the Criminal Case games a while back when we still had a Facebook account. It was a fun way to pass the time, but we got tired of only having the choice of either paying real money or adding fb friends. We didnt like bugging our family or our actual friends since most of them dont play these games. And we didnt like adding strangers to our friends list. And Im extremely picky about what apps Im willing to pay for. The ads are a bit annoying, but not any more than they are on a lot of other apps. The games were/are a lot of fun and challenging. We just want to play games like this without the necessity to add friends or pay $$ to continue playing.
Before the last few days the ads only came up when you spun the wheel. There were other times the adds came up but it wasnt bad. Now theyre coming up after you play once before you even get a star. We love your games, Ive played most of them. But these adds are getting ridiculous. We spend money on this game just so we can keep playing. We wont do it any longer too many adds. For some reason the app stopped connecting to Facebook and there seems to be some sort of bug. Can you guys please fix it.
On this game and all the other criminal case games lately it freezes and we cant play them. Im getting tired going on game and havent to keep going off and back on just to play.

We are getting tired of your ads that have an x displayed but when you touch the x it launches safari. Just now we had to exit the app to close your ad because 8 times it opened safari. That is ridiculous. Fix your ads. Then Ill give you a good review.
The more we play this game the more items that have to analyzed in the lab. We play 5 min and have to wait 15 HOURS for something to analyze. Come back and play 5 min and boom have to wait again! So its okay only a few minutes a day or pay! Time to find a new game.

The title says it all. We had this game a few years ago and really enjoyed it. When we got a new iPad for Christmas it was one of the first games we downloaded. However after finishing level 1 we cant move to level 2 without either paying or getting three of our friends to play the game. This is ridiculous and we refuse to do it. Im so disappointed as we were really enjoying it. We tried to contact support through the settings of the game and got the page not found error we guess theyre tired of the complaints. Wish we had checked before we wasted our time with this.
We are unable to play this game right now. We have tried several time to connect to Facebook and are unable to. So we are going on 4 days not being able to play the game. Get it fixed. We are not even able to feed our pet right now.

We used to love these games, but for the last 2months, we dont know whats going on, but the games freeze, we cannot receive any coins, chips or anything from our friends in the gamesIve written or complained several times, but of course, you only get an automated response, which is no help at all.Ive done everything it tells you to do in the troubleshooting section and still the games dont work like they did. Ive updated the games, still nothing changes. We wish we had a phone number or some way to contact a real human being to correct our problem. Will be deleting the games sooner rather than later, cause Ive exhausted all ways to fix the problem.
