We ride writing this before but was blocked from sending so will try again. We enjoy working your puzzles but am very unhappy with the new method of erasing mistakes. We know it has to do with ads/money but we wish you would go back to simply costing 10 points for a mistake.

This app is fun. However, be warned that your bought pictures can vanish at any time. This happened to us twice. We did get MOST of them back, but still… Also, they only like to put out small pictures. During some of the holidays, the will open up a little and give us some medium and large pictures to color. You have to upgrade to get the cool pictures. This wasnt always that way, but their got greedy. If they revert back to the way it was 6 months ago… We will probably give them a 5 star rating.
All of our purchases were deleted. We had purchased more than 50 Albums and 6000 coins. Please restore our purchases. Thank you Janet Taylor.
Too many adds, want too much money to buy, need bug fixes. We like the game but may delete because if afore said issues.
Constant repeated pop ups of the watch an ad for 100 coins is constantly in our way and needs to be removed as of now.
While coloring a free picture, you have to watch an ad at 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% completion and when finish or quit the picture. When you tap no thanks to getting a bonus, it still sends you to the ads. All the ads either require you watch up to 25 seconds. The normal skip buttons after a few seconds do not appear to work. We do not think this app is good enough to pay $8 a month or $80 a year to avoid the ads. We wont be playing this game any longer. We have never played a game that is more obnoxious with the ads.
We are glad we tried this app. After a stressful day at we start and immediately we feel relaxed. It takes our mind off the wrong that happened.
We love doing this coloring app it is so relaxing time just flying by when you do it we love the bright colors we really feel you should give more pics so you dont have to spend your own money on those Ive spent a lot of our own money buying pics.
Cross stitch is exciting and keeps us busy for a while passing time. Im a jigsaw lover so this is in the same category for us.
No matter what mood Im in we love this game. Its relaxing and we never get tired of it. Its a must try.
We love playing this game because it is not only so much fun, but also so nice not to have to deal with all the yarn and loose threads everywhere!! We also enjoy the nice music that they play: it is also very soothing!!! We find that this is very relaxing to do, and sometimes it is very hard to stop!!! We would definitely recommend this to everyone.
An upgrade could be a full size picture upon completion of a work. While you are working on a piece and view your progress, it gives a nice size picture. But, when it is completed and points awarded, the pic is much smaller. A pic here similar to one viewed during progression would be great. We do enjoy the app though.
Its fun and relaxing but it freezes a little too much.

The one time we has bad technical issues with the game, customer service was quick to resolve it and we couldnt have asked for it to have gone smoother.
We had over 31000 points accumulated and all of a sudden they disappeared went down to 500. Im so disappointed with this. And all our packages disappeared as well so we have to start al over but we love coloring to relax.
Ive loved doing cross stitching for year but eyesight is not as sharp any more. This makes it just as fun. Thanks.

We love this app, and have been using it for a very long time…… However we have recently lost ALL of work and coins. The albums that we bought are gone and we cant continue to work on any in progress work without buying them all over again. What happened??? Can somebody help us we really want our app back on track.
Suddenly lost all of our pictures. Completed are gone. Points to buy more are gone. Everything. Was our favorite game until this. Again the game took all of our points and bought albums. Last time 75% were restored but we bought so many albums by now its hard to keep track. It even told us we have to pay for a picture we have in progress. Loved this game, dont know if we will try again.
We really injoy doing these patterns we just wish there were more free ones to don.
Its a great way to keep busy, so addictive. We like to print some of the pictures and frame them. The one thing is that we cant always get the free 100 coins. Doesnt always go into it.
Absolutely beautiful designs. This app would be a huge success if they started with a short informational video that explained what the little signs on the app actually meant! It is very easy to hit the wrong color- then you cant fix them- wait, sure you can- if you have the time and the patience to figure out what to do to fix the problem. So frustrating, but if they fix this, its really an awesome app. Thanks, guys.
We really enjoy this game, just wish there was an option to turn for how many are left of each color.
A couple of months ago we lost all our coins and our albums. We contacted customer support and got a response, but felt it was vague and not very informative. We basically had to start over. We do love the pictures and the way this app works is great. Now we have the problem of not being able to import. When we try the app completely boots us.
This is a fun app but there is no way to fix your mistakes. Also when we zoom out or in it thinks Im made a mistake.
Now the app is run rampant with long adds not just when you want to use a tool as before. It also took away our accumulated points which were in the 3,000 range. We are forced to start at zero again. And most annoying, it will no longer let us into the themes we have already bought with our earned points. It wants us to buy them all over again. You have a very good game here but these so-called improvements are ruining the experience. Too bad.
Without warning, all our albums- along with 28000 coins – have disappeared.
This is our favorite app, but we had over 100,000 coins and so many albums we cant remember the exact ones we had. We just want everything back to the way it was. We play on this app while watching TV every night.
We love this game. We have written a positive review before and given it 5 stars. We have recommended it to a lot of people. But this last update is ABSOLUTELY CRAZY!!! There are WAY TO MANY ads now!!! That is why we are writing another review changing it to 1 Star. Pictures that we have already started we have to watch ads just to work on them!! Its RIDICULOUS!!! Why did you do this? Just so we would have to pay a few for the ads to go away!! We are VERY UPSET with this!! We should not have to watch an ad just to complete a picture we have already started every time we try to work on it!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE repair this issue. We understand that you need ads in order to keep the app going but we shouldnt have to watch an ad every single time we try to work on a picture.

Ive been playing the app since the beginning of July and Ive enjoyed it. We got sick of the ads so we purchased a coin pack and bought some sets with the coins. We had been logging in everyday to save up for another set and was up to 3900 coins Then suddenly everything was gone. When we opened the app we got a new daily log in. When we closed those windows all of our coins were gone, except for the 100 we had just received. All of our in progress and completed pics from our profile were gone. The ads were back. And the sets we had bought were now marked as unpurchased. We did not uninstall/reinstall the app. It was like someone had just erased everything. We had been playing in the app just fine an hour before. When we clicked on restore purchases, nothing happened. Our coins and purchased sets didnt return. And the worst part? It says you can save everything onto the cloud but theres no option to do so. Theres not even an option to sign in, which would make recovery 1000 easier. BEWARE when doing anything in this app. Theyre shady and something doesnt seem right.
Ive been playing this game for quite some time now. Ive been absolutely satisfied with it up until now. Today after logging in, we realized that all our coins and purchased albums were gone!! Albums that are in progress are showing that we have to now repurchase them. We invested so much time into this game by earning coins and watching video ads in order to purchase our albums, and had over 50 of them so that we had tons of options for every day. Ive submitted emails to support asking for help as well as posting on the Facebook page. Hopefully the support team is a team of actual people who will get this issue fixed…if not then we wouldnt suggest this game to anyone else, as itll be nothing but a wasted of time.
Lost all our albums and coins. Email support they emailed back once asking what albums we had. Emailed them back and have heard nothing! Getting very frustrated.
Periodically you will lose all the albums youve paid for and if youve watched ads to get an album free, those album counters will be set back to 0. Its truly bs to lose what youve already paid for. This has happened twice now. Wth.
We paid for packages. And now asking to pay again.
So we had some pictures hat we had eared/purchased and they disappeared. We would like the ones we had back as we had not finished them.
We had over 18,000 coins. Now or only shows 300. What the H happened to them.
We had bought coins an we had over 12 groupings that we had purchased, looks like you updated and everything we had disappeared and we ended up back at nothing and no way that we can find to contact you.
[eta] we were definitely pessimistic about getting a response but you came through, playcus. Our coins and albums have been restored after we emailed support again listing the albums we were missing and how many coins we lost. Thank you [previous review, problem fixed] this is an app we really enjoyed and we had played long enough to collect a LOT of albums and at the time of the update we had over 6500 game coins. All of our albums are gone, including albums that we had pictures in progress. When we try to finish the picture it tells us to rebuy the album. We emailed support and havent heard anything back. Based on the other reviews ive read, we doubt ill get any reply or our game back to the way it was. In fact, we doubt anyone is actually reading these reviews because another person with the same problem wrote a review saying they had emailed support got the same form response as everyone else to contact support. Big fail playcus. We bet we get the same answer.
We love doing these pictures! Its so calming since our daughter was born and we cant color to relax or do any of our other relaxing things.
We have waited a long time and gone through many updates before writing this review. Although we would like the progress square , the back button and the commercial buttons to be a little higher up or in a space off the artwork, that is the only problem we have. Their customer service is wonderful and quick to answer. The squares are easy to fill and change color quickly. You can choose what prize you get if you choose to watch a commercial. We love this app and Id give it a higher score if we could.
