We love the game but how do you turn on the sound?
Will not load when we open the app please please fix.
It would be a lot more fun if you could do all the lessons all at one instead of having to click individually, needs to add more events the moon fragments are ok but gets kinda boring, the game is giving us 2000s vibes Im sure it would be more popular if a game if you just went back and fixed these things we see that you did a update but it really wasnt that good the developers are working on the wrong stuff. Just keep this is mind while playing.
We think that we should be able to earn The gems instead of having to pay for them so even the people who are free to play can get the good routes as well.
Its been unavailable for years like 3 or 4 and we contacted them about it to get something along the lines of it wasnt meant for anything but mobile sorry bout your luck like fix it! You have taken iPad users money and blatantly say oh well it wasnt for your device originally so its your problem. Then you update sand tease on apps we can use that events are happening on this app like between taking money with no intention of getting stuff back to them or fixing the problem so we can play again.

We accidentally skipped the prologue the first time we played it. We thought we can erase our progress and start like new but we tried reinstalling and deleting multiple times but it didnt allow it but the game is pretty good overall.
Its a good story and we love it! But when we purchased a reset key it tells us to buy a different key. When in the description for the key it says you can reset your current route. When you reset your current route, your story progress, Affection and elegance will be reset. Yet its not letting us reset any of those.
We absolutely love this game and have been incredibly enthralled with it but starting today whenever we try to open it nothing but a white screen appears. It wont do anything at all. We dont quite understand why whether the app is having maintenance work or its not compatible for some reason though it worked yesterday. We really would like to continue this game though.

We have tried many times to load this app on our I-pad. The description says that our I-pad is compatible with this app, but still cannot get it to work. The app keeps giving this message after we load it: ( This device is not available for support. This device is not supported.). We dont understand what that means?!?! So we put our last name as our first name and there is no way to change it like our last name is a guy name so this is very weird for us.
We recently started having issues with the app but was small minor things but now it wont work at all appears as white screen wont load at all we reinstalled and uninstalled Four times now its asking us start over and anew .. So everything we bought or purchased is gone.
On the second day, we couldnt get to the story. It requires us to work on it for days before we can get to the story. We cant even imagine how much harder it will be in the future. Not only is it difficult to progress, the each chapter is extremely short and a waste of time.
Whenever we go go area where we can get free rubies everything else is like 1 ruby while the things where you buy stuff are 1000 rubies.
We bought like 500 gems a couple days ago and it gives us the option to restore our purchase then loads the whole day… And we mean THE WHOLE DAY we let our phone sit there and load while we found something else to do and came back to it still loading… Like bro we want our money back it doesnt even say we purchased but it took the money so we cant buy new gems HELP MEE.

We’ve tried starting up the game and it wont load anymore. It was working fine until today. We keep getting a white screen that says Oops! An unexpected error has just occurred. This isnt the first game of Abracadabras thats failed on us either. We’ve also played their other titles as well and the same thing kept happening too. We tried contacting them but no one ever got back to us. What a big waste of time and $$!

This is really bad. The MC is stupid and the only decent route is with Cyril(that doesnt want to be prince to begin with and we just throw all the responsibility onto him The chapters are way too short and the design of the app is really ugly.
We played this game a few years back, deleted it without ever looking over our shoulder again. But to those with trauma regarding sexual assault, you might want to hear what we have to say. Prince Alph, or whatever his name is, (guy with red hair, the one touching the MCs face on the cover), gives off serious rape vibes and the story itself isnt exactly trying to do anything about that. During the first few scenes on his route, we remember there being a huge issue with him trying to (pretty forcefully) make the MC have sex with him. Hes bratty and selfish, as far as we remember, when told to stop. Eventually another character steps in, but only to tell him that the moon goddess or whatever will be angry with the princes kingdom if the MCs innocence is taken before the specified time limit that acts as a primary plot device in the game. We tried to leave his route by deleting the game and redownloading it, but it was impossible. The more we played through his route in an attempt to try and simply finish the game so we could play a different route, the more triggering it all became. This is just a suggestion / warning, but we dont recommend playing his route at all.

We played other routes and they were kinda…… Ew. Im doing Cyrils and we love it so much. We rly wanted a route for him and Im so happy to have it. Its rly good!!
Its ok. We just wish you could reset the whole thing.
So far Im not really enjoying the plot of this game. The plot is superficial with it being about you choosing the future king/your husband from men you dont know and choosing based on looks but Im giving it a chance. So far the route we chose kind of makes us sick. We chose Prince Rudy and instead of growing to like him as we play further into his story, Im growing to hate him. Im getting kind of sick of how your treated so poorly. Still, Im trying to get through it but its getting less and less enjoyable. All the characters are pretty shallow and hard to like.
The only route that appears is Alphs please fix and we will be happy to play!
