Love the puzzles but the letters stick and app crashes way too often–VERY frustrating. Now you took away all our coins we had accumulated and put in a big negative amount!?? Again–letters sticking and crashing every few moves. Too slow and crashes constantly. Still constantly crashing Much improved!
Fun and challenging but freezes after you watch an ad, so you have to turn off and turn on again. Not a nightmare but gets annoying after awhile. Over all, a great crossword.

Game shuts itself down. Was a fun game. But sick and tired of it not working.
This makes for fun and stimulating cross-word puzzling. We have had some problems with it freezing then crashing– most notably when in a multi-player game. There is also a delay at the onset of multi-player rounds which stunts the excitement of earning extra points for the quickest draw. The menu promises features like customized color choices, but when you enter the settings, there are no active links or widgets to activate this feature.
Why did we go back to 000. We had over 15,000 in our account. Please fix this as well as your other blackouts.
Nah, ya definitely didn’t squish that bug mentioned in the most recent update. He’s still crawling. Actually… We think he’s grown. SUPER laggy & constantly crashes. Also, what happened to the option to change the background, cell, & highlight colors?!

What have you done? The change is awful. Three puzzle sizes is fine, but your format has taken a huge step backwards. We have worked these puzzles for years until now. Please, can’t you return to your prior format and system. Thank you!

We love, love, love this game. We’re addicted! We play everyday! We love that we get a daily bonus with a lot of coins for free! Not like the other crosswords! The best by far and we’ve tried them all!
The puzzles are great, so far we havnt had the same puzzle twice and we usually do two a day. Some times the game will freeze but if you reopen it, it’s saved at your last move.
Fun game, but has some bugs. Keep getting stuck and have to close app so you lose your word or app crashes. Don’t know if it is only on multiplayer side. Otherwise very challenging.
Not horrible puzzles but definitely not easy. They are sooooooo tiny it’s hard to navigate thru the clues and answers. Definitely would NEVER pay for it but for free, oh well. Might as well delete it. Too many issues.

First, this is THE WORST game in regards to the over abundance of extremely LONG advertisements!! You could definitely do better!! Now, because of a dumb advertisement, the whole game has been frozen on a black screen for over FOUR HOURS!!! BOOOO HISSSS!!!

This was our favorite crossword puzzle app! The new update made it crash and now it won’t open! We’re so sad! Our entire morning commute routine is gone now! Please help.
No way! Now it won’t open AT ALL! We loaded the last update and we don’t kno what u did but u RUINED IT! We’re on an iPhone 4s. SOMEOBE TELL ME WHATS GOING ON??? We knob there’s something we don’t like… Oh yeah! Sometimes our fingers r too fat to push the spot we want! But this is a super crosswords puzzle ap with long complicated words that have nothing to do with rarely ever heard of lakes, rivers, or goddesses! Thank u!!! We’ve tried many others and never liked them. But an app that uses nomenclature for an answer is fun for us. :). It’s not perfect but we can get by without spending money on it since it has ways to earn coins if we want to. We have a hard time seeing and have to use our most powerful reading glasses but we’re not complaining cuz it’s on an iPhone and we don’t know how they could make it bigger! Love it.

We have completed two of the crosswords so far and we enjoy getting coins to help with the real tough words. This is an easy to use crossword puzzle app; it challenges your brain just enough… You will be neither bored or frustrated.
This is our all-time favorite crossword puzzle. We’ve stopped doing paper crosswords; spent a lot of money for dictionaries, etc. Now with this latest update, we can no longer access the puzzle. We’re so disappointed. This happens so often that we are just about ready to delete all games from our iPad. We are unable to contact the company. It just takes us in circles.

Previous version was great… Just a little slow but fun and challenging. Pop up about newer version drove us crazy so we updated to latest version. Worked for several days and then just crashed. Was playing the crossword game and needed coins son we hit to watch video, then could not get back into the game. So we downloaded again from the App Store and now we have not only lost our Coins of 4000 but on new download where you type the words for the answers is nothing but a big picture, no board showing crosswords!

This app would be better save for 1 thing, why only 1 token for a correct answer, you could tokens for each letter in the answer.
We’re often frustrated by clues that make no sense, misspelled clues, and for goodness sake! Why don’t you give us credit for ALL correct letters within the pattern, even if we get the word wrong? For crying out loud! Many words share the same letters! Why do we have to lose them?
Was never able to use this app once, because we cannot see the small print even when using our glasses on our iPhone. We really need to purchase an iPad, so we can properly see the games we’re trying to play properly. The developers of this crossword game really need to make their game print larger for those of us whom are visually impaired like myself or they will lose other customers, unfortunately.
The ap looks cheap and you cant type directly into the crossword. It takes you to a different screen first. Thats annoying. Secondly, it tells you right away if you are right or wrong with your answer. That completely takes away the fun of "figuring out" a puzzle.
We’re giving this app 4 stars for the gameplay, and an additional star for Chris’ customer service. The clues aren’t vague, and we like the "earn tokens for hints" system. Red tokens show a letter, green a word, and blue will reveal all of a particular letter within the puzzle. We were having an issue with tokens earned/disappearing and Chris addressed our email within the hour. The resolution will be in the next release. Very pleased with the overall experience. The only drawback that we can see is if you play a lot (like me) you will get repeats of some words, but we don’t mind it. It is mentioned on his website that there is a fix for that coming along as well.
