We love this game. We play it everyday. Our only problem is it keeps kicking us out during the game. This happens several times a game. Very frustrating. If you could fix this problem it would be wonderful. Seems it started when you added the ads. Those can go too. Thank you. We still play this everyday and we love it. Why is the multi player option not paying rewards.
Puzzle is good but the App keeps crashing after the last few iOS updates. Now we cannot even open the App after the latest iOS update done on April 3, 2018. Too bad.
We love this game, it is challenging, fun and relaxing. Just wish it would not black out and not let us watch a video for revealing a word BUT at times it wont reveal the word prompt ( black screen) but has sound. And when game completed and click ok it goes to black screen and does not give us our points earned when game is finished Goes to blank screen when we click finish and try to collect our points. PLEASE FIZ. Thanks.
They need to do an echo off like in DOS script to eliminate the code from displaying to the public and disrupting their experience.
We like the puzzle itself, but there are still bugs in it.
We dislike the smaller grids. Also, Seems like we get dropped out the multi-player game frequently.
It is getting worse and worse,no improvement whatso ever.
We would like to know what cheat we can get so we too can finish a crossword puzzle in under 40 SECONDS!!! And still too many bugs and the screen gets covered up with pop ups.
Whats going on with our favorite game. It keeps shutting down.
5-14-18: we upgraded to the latest version and now it crashes every time we login. When we select "Multiplayer" game, it crashes most of the time. The few times it has set us up to play, the letters are very sluggish filling in, and then it crashes.

6/6/17. This is our third review on this crossword puzzle. It's still our all time favorite. A couple of negatives but, not too bad; our battery drains very quickly and we have to leave our iPad plugged in when playing this game. Occasionally we find misspelled words, but it doesn't stop the puzzle from being completed. Other than that, it's really a great xword! This is an update to the review we wrote about three years ago regarding the previous name, Ultimate Xword Puzzle. Our biggest complaint with this version is that if we fill in a word that is spelled incorrectly, it deletes the entire word. At least leave the correct letters in the grid. We also find it frustrating that the puzzle doesn't completely fit on one screen. We do like the option of three puzzles. REVIEW FOR ORIGINAL REVIEW Ive been playing this crossword for at least two years, daily, for hours. It's by far the best, challenging, fun puzzle. We never get bored or tired of it. It's been upgraded several times and it even gets better.
Sometimes the app just quits. Not fun.
Liked the previous game better. This one freezes too much.
We've been playing this game for years. It was recently updated and we can't play now. There is no keyboard to type on, and the print font is very small. We're very disappointed with what they did to this app and it's useless now.
We loved this game before the updates. Now it freezes multiple times during a game. Updates ruined the game.
We have been using this crossword puzzle for awhile now, doing 2 puzzles a day. Then the app was "updated" and we use the term lightly. The app shuts down at least 3 times while solving the puzzle and usually dumps all the answers already entered. We keep trying the app daily hoping the app will be fixed but each day it's the same mess. MikiP1973.

This is a fun crossword puzzle. Sometimes there are kinks but they get ironed out. Very enjoyable.
We love the free games we are getting. We are getting coins for winning the games but there are no letters on the crosswords only balloons saying congratulations you won.
How do we get more single games. Not into competition.
This app is great for crossword fans! However, we don't mind 30 second ads for hints…we do mind the bank videos that are a minute or longer! We want to play a word game, not be told how to manage money.
Please FIX IT! After the upgrade yesterday, it does not work. AT ALL.

Really fun crossword game that actually makes us have to think about possible answers.
Love this app, our hubby and we work on the puzzle together and have a blast.
Our only problem with the app is that it doesn't save progress on any of our puzzles. We even searched for a "save" button. It's a fun puzzle, you just have to finish it before you close it.
This puzzle is way to difficult compared to the hint you get. Bout to delete it. Permanently. DONT DOWNLOAD.
