We love to relax and enjoy a great crossword puzzle.
We were hooked from the start. Tapping each word is more fun than hunting for a number and across or down. We hope there are more after we finish the 1st 950+ puzzles.
Theres no reason why transmitter and can should both be worth 5 coins. We suggest that the longer a word is, the more coins you get rewarded. We hammer out an 11 letter monster and only get 5 coins Not exactly fair.
Crossword is pretty good. The pop ups and blingy distractions are annoying.
We would like to see more puzzles.
Clues are sometimes nowhere near relatable to word in puzzle.
It was a fun game but it deleted nearly all our progress about 8 days after starting. We had completed about 35 puzzles and when we opened the app it had 6 puzzles completed. So just beware!
It serves its purpose and no glitches that we saw but just wanted to warn people that it is developed by a company from the UK or at the very least clues developed by people from the UK. Point is that while we speak the same language, there are several idiosyncrasies and quirks if you will between UK English and American English and other English spoken throughout the world; enough so that for us this app just isnt for us. We just found a few clues had answers for terms that our wife and we had to look up online, and even a few words we had never even heard, let alone spoken ever.
Why am we still getting ads after paying to not have ads ?!?!?!?! Ill be reporting this apple as FRAUD , NO ADS MEANS NO ADS FOR IN APP PURCHASE.
This version might be more enjoyable if the creator didnt presume that everyone, all over the planet, is British, knows British slang.
We dont like that you have to purchase to play another puzzle.
Lost our purchase, lost our progressvery bummed, probably will delete the app.
Its good, but is this British English, Australian, or what? Some of these words are not terms used in America, for instance car horn = hooter. 2-3 words in each puzzle are completely new to us. Its great that Im learning slang used in other countries but we have to guess one letter at a time and that takes forever. We have a feeling Im going to have a lot of unsolved puzzles.

It is important to think and search your brain for ideas and words you dont always immediately know.
This is a great crossword game. Be aware that it is programed by a British company and every once in a while, there is a word that isnt common in the US. It shouldnt be a deterrent and adds to the occasional challenge. You cant go wrong with this app.
Once we put the last letter in, the puzzle disappears and we dont know where on the main puzzle map it was so we cant look at the words we just did. Sometimes it was a fluke that we put in the correct letter and then its just gone. Please let us look at the puzzle for a minute!!
We enjoy these puzzles although we find them pretty simple and contain some words that appear foreign.
Great time waster and keeps the mind updated.
We mean, crosswords are fun but they only give to 10 tokens a day, which makes impossible to play puzzles once you get to the ones that cost more than 10 tokens. That wouldnt a problem if we could use the coins we earned to open old puzzles and do them to earn tokens so we could build up to the amount we need (like other app games we play that are like this). We also never get the chance to watch a video to double our daily token reward like other apps offer, which also adds to this impossible token situation. Im not interested in opening the app 5 days in a row before Im able to play one puzzle and Im certainly not giving you our money for tokens, so this app has just worn out its welcome quickly.
Is there one without ads? They drive us nuts!!!!!!!
You guys put Clues for words (by definition) that have nothing to do with the word. For instance how is aid a helpful object? By definition its help , or assistance etc. It however is not an object.. If aid is referring to first aid kits then that would have to be included. Another would be a handheld chair being a sedan , when no its called a sedan chair. If you wanted a singular word it would be litter. As stated before some words are British slang or slang in general that still dont quite match or are not first choices that would have fit the definitions better. It doesnt have to be easy ,but it does need to be doable without having to finish the whole puzzle and still look up the phrase that isnt 100% clear.
We like this game, but every now and then it tries to play an advert and hangs up. There is no way out of it but to delete the app and download it again (which causes you to loose your data). Happened to us 3 times so far on our iPod touch.
There are so many ads. Ad after playing a full puzzle. Ad after finishing just one word in a puzzle to finish it off. Ad to get tokens to be able to play more than one puzzle an hour. And dont get us started on the tokens aspect. Its ridiculous. Max 10 tokens accumulated at a time, and it costs 8+ tokens to play a puzzle. Seems more about watching ads than playing the game.
What we hate and find most frustrating is that watching the inane ads to collect daily rewards often causes the app to freeze. The only recouse hen is to exit the app, thereby forfeiting the daily reward that caused the problem to happen. Not a happy player!
Very fun to play. Simple enough you don’t have to strain the brain, but just enough to keep your melon sharp! Fun for the family. Easy enough our seven year old can join in. We don’t think you’ll be disappointed with this game! Our hubby keeps getting better! We’ve gotten addicted to it & so has our 7 year old son playing on Crossword! Love it!! We really like the added puzzle feature of token and chips for solving puzzles. Feel our mind just getting sharper and quick!

It is a nice game with pretty good puzzle but too many adds.
Love the crossword puzzles in this game! Theyre not too easy and not too tough! The scrambled letters are great clues as they dont give away the answer, yet they can be very helpful. We were never interested in crossword puzzles until we tried these. If you were ever hesitant, give them a go. You wont be disappointed! Theyre not like those stressful and impossible to solve ones.
Watching for free coins you can get 30 coins. Then you go to a puzzle and it says play for 10 coins you answer yes, but it takes away all 30 coins.

We love it because it is increasing our vocabulary.
It uses witty and sometimes cryptic riddles to keep your brain on its toes. It also has many puzzles and crosswords so you never get bored.
Enjoyed doing this puzzle immensely. Am now in the middle of doing it again.
