Cant stop playing this is so fun.
We too am having the problem where we updated the app, and when we launch it, its stuck on the opening screen, showing missions with an animated hand pointing to it. We tried rebooting our phone, and offloading the app (using Settings > General > iPhone Storage to avoid losing our data) and then redownloading it, but it still has the same problem. Possible cause: dimmed out, we can see a bid that says population 5000, then under that a banner that says x4 double reward, then under that a button that says Collect. If the interface is waiting for us to tap the Collect button, but the button is untappable, that might explain the problem. Im on an iPhone 12 Pro Max with the latest version of iOS.
Ever since the game got updated, as soon as you enter the game, there is a little finger pointing to open the new missions category. Not only will it not let you press the missions button but it will not let you press anything else on the screen, and we cant play the game at all. Its been doing this every time we open the app for maybe about a week. Ive tried restarting our phone because we were wondering if our phone was the issue, but it happens every day and every time we open the game and even when we wait a few days, it wont let us play the game at all, and it wont let us click on anything on the screen. Im about ready to delete the app because we cant play the game all, please fix this.
The game is so fun. Its our favorite game on our phone.its fun because you are trying to get the biggest crowd. We love this game and we totally recommend it.

You have a gem here. A really cool unique idea. But plagued by ads. More ads than any game!!! Not worth playing. Had more ads than we got to play the game.
Havent played in awhile and now its extremely laggy and theres a halftime randomly in the middle of each game where you watch an ad then get to keep playing. Ruins the fun for us.
This game is awesome we used to play it when we were little and we came back to it to see how much this game grew and its a pretty great game for m not gonna lye but there are to many ads they need to change that we feel like its dumb that you need to pay for ads just a suggestion they should make an no internet version with no ads overall great game.
We loved playing this game in high school and decided to redownload it for nostalgia. The basic game is still there, its just buried in ads. We get it, free games need to run ads to pay for services, but stopping the game half way through a round, after literally only playing for one minute to show you a 30 second ad? Thats ludicrous. And then you have to watch another ad after the game ends. So for every 2 minutes of game play you have to watch 1 minute of ads. This game used to be fun, but its just not worth it anymore.
Ive enjoyed this game a long time but as it evolved, it lacked follow-through. We bought the no ads bundle but Im presented with the option to buy it again at the start of every round. The spawn point to start a round is always on top of a larger adversary so you dont benefit from investing in your starting size and have to scramble to just start the game. The extra features like missions dont make any sense or lead to any reward. Its been a good casual game but its gone down hill a lot.
Fun game to just PLAY ALL NIGHT HEHEHEHE.

Super fun game but then theres like 6 ads a session and whats with the halftime in the middle of the game popping up?! Having to pay to remove the ads is a super buzz kill.
We paid for no adds but want to start a game? Ad . Lose a game? Ad. How do we fix this.
Ive been playing this for several years. The most current version of this game is the glitchiest yet. When starting, theres already another player. The other player takes us out every other time even with us having a bigger crowd. We have to restart the app because the controls dont work. Its very frustrating.
We cant exit ads..only an option to open the store and get the ad games. So we have to exit the app after each turn, thats lame Im not playing.
We purchased the no ads package and Im still getting plenty of ads. We tried to find a way to contact yall to ask for a refund of that, but Im having zero luck being able to connect with anyone. The game itself is a lot of fun and we really enjoy coming back to it after a time away.
We love this game but we wish it was a little harder.
This game is like you controlling a entire city.
Crown city is a really good game the game is very kid friendly and also for adults it give additional time to players when time runs out also its no vertical gaming on this game so kids are more Safe from predators overall we rate this game five stars.

We really love this game we even have it on our iPad. We just hate how many ads there are. You have to watch at least two ads and one of them pauses the game to make you watch it. Its really fun other whys so we would definitely recommend it.
Sometimes when you start up a game itll freeze and youll have to reload the app, and sometimes when you start you run into a another player immediately. Otherwise, great game.
We used to love this game! We dont know if it was the last update or what, but about 6 out of 10 times when we go to start up now, we are surrounded by another team and have to get revived! Thinking about deleting the game now! No longer fun.
The reason we said its ok is because they got way to many ads and they end up giving us barely any time but we think it is still a good game because even though the ad problem for us is bad we still like the game a lot.
The game is amazing and fun but there are 2 problems, there are too much ads just jump-scaring us and its annoying. The other problem is that the rounds are too short, the game is fun and we want more time to play. Pls fix the problems.
Not sure how to report bugs, but it keeps spawning us in the middle of another crowd, so we instantly get killed as we start the game. The crowds are also much larger than ours. Otherwise, the game is fun.
Ive had 6-7 ads in the span of 2 minutes after downloading this game. The game itself is okay. Kinda fun to pass time. But its unenjoyable because you get an ad every 20-30 seconds in this app. You enter half time? Ad. You finish a round? Ad. You start another round? Ad. Want more time to play the short rounds? Ad. Theres so many ads that its unenjoyable. One ad every minute or so is already exhausting, but this game plays them so often that youre spending more time watching ads than playing the game. We deleted the game after not even 5 minutes because of the amount of ads.
The graphics seem to have decreased from previous years. Lots of lag and hard to keep track of your direction at times. Also, we get the need for ads, but way too many.
We love the game but you can't really enjoy the app because every 30 seconds you have to watch 2 Ads its annoying.
Update: It hs been a while since we last played this game. It was pushed to a secondary folder on our home screen by other games, and so we forgot that we had this game. However, we were extremely disappointed that we went four rounds in a row of instantly being killed by a competitor. When the round begins, our team begins with three, and we are surrounded by a team of 50. After being forced to watch an ad each time, we basically had no game play. We may have to leave this game hidden away after all . . . We received an email from Voodoo stating that our problem has been resolved with this new update, and in fact, it has been solved! Thank you very much, Team Crowd City! – After this last update, the app gets stuck on the first screen showing the missions with a gloves hand pointing to it. When pressing on the missions icon nothing happens. We are unable to precede past this screen. Looks like we wont be playing this game for a while until the next update fixes this problem. IPhone XR, iOS 17.1.1.
We used to love this game, we used to play it on the plane or whenever we had idle time, however, theyre way too many ads. And we paid for the ad free version and we still get ads very unfortunate.
We remember when this game first came out a couple years back you actually had real people playing with you which made it fun now its just bot accounts and way too many ads. Literally played 2 games and uninstalled it after the ads and bot accounts.
It was a lot of fun. We used to play it every day however, now they have ads in the middle of the game youll see a couple people that sometimes you cannot avoid and you run into them and you get an ad thats how they get you. They literally put ads that are sometimes just unavoidable and it makes the game not worth it. If you dont care for the ads, then youll like it, but otherwise Im gonna have to pass and unfortunately delete a once great game.
This game used to be quite fun despite its lack of interesting gameplay mechanics. The last few times Ive tried to play, the game starts us in a crowd of enemies, and we are either instantly wiped out, or Im only able to take three or four members out of the crowd, with no chance of winning the round. It used to be fun, growing our crowd, and finding the largest competitor and eating their crowd, but now, Im starting with less than a half dozen members while all other players on the board are immediately well over 200 members each. Theres no way you can win, much less even catch one of them. Ive had this game for a while now, but Im deleting it.
We paid the one time fee of $3 and still see ads. We refreshed the app and even restored purchases. We need this fixed Im not going to pay again.
We used to play this game to kill a little time when we had a few minutes to wait. We even paid to remove ads. But now, when we start the game, we are always placed right in the middle of a much larger crowd and die immediately.

We used to play this game back when we were 8 or 7 and we saw an ad of it. We downloaded it again to see if anything changed in the past 1 or 2 years. Not much changed sadly. And we found something out thats so dumb. Theres another game called something.io it was how you were a block and you had to make your territory as big as you can without dieing. That game has been deleted before we said this by the way. And a few times we filled up the whole map with our territory and remember when we mentioned the part where you had to make your territory as big as you can without dieing. Well, of course you can kill other people and yourself for some reason. Anyways, they used the same exact kill sound from that game for this one. Its so stupid. Cant Voodoo come up with something different? We mean, theyve made hundreds and maybe even thousands of games. Like come on Voodoo! Please change the kill sound it bothers us a bit. Oh and dont even get us started on those ads ugh.
We always watch a video to start with more and it never happens. Other players will be at 50+ count when we still start with 5 or 6. The Voodoo games have no customer support at all, yet they want people to pay for no ads.yea we paid for it for it. Our issue is the start count after we watch a video to start us with more.
Great game that is suddenly painfully laggy.
This game used to be amazing. The last few weeks it has sucked. We click on watch ad to gain more time. Ad plays. Then the game ends. It says watch ad for bonus. Watch ad and no bonus. We deleted game and got it again and still buggy.
You now start in the 20s and everyone else starts in the 120s seems like they want us to delete the game.
This used to be a lot of fun, now it wont even open. Such a shame.
