CUBIS is our favorite game. We’ve played all levels aiming for all "PERFECT" scores. Then we delete the game to start all over. The only thing we don’t like is having to refuse to play that other game. We did try it but it’s too annoying for words. We love this original CUBIS. We can play anywhere, anytime. It’s sometimes easy, often challenging, and always satisfying.
We got a new iPad and am forced to start over. Unlike others, this is a joy for us bcs we have new challenges. We had completed these levels a long time ago and now its like have 25 new levels all over again.
2021 update: Now we have a new iPad and after downloading the levels are again greyed out. So we dug out our 2017 receipt showing we again paid for the levels. We contacted support and they had us contact Apple. The receipt we have is from 2015 to IWinn. Apple referred us back to the Dev. The Dev changed hands and changed the game to be compatible with Apple iOS Upgrade and it can’t restore because that older version won’t play on the current iOS. Anyway, we paid again for Levels 2-4 ($1.99) and it once again unlocked the levels all the way up to level 25. Our 2015 purchases were .99 plus .99. We cannot begrudge $4 to play a game that has been entertaining us now for 6 years!!! =========== 2017 Update: After an iPhone crash we had to re-download. All levels were downloaded but levels 2, 3, & 4 were greyed out. We again dug out our receipt and headed over to the Fresh Games, the App Developer. They said Tough Luck. Turns out they bought it from the original developer and refused to honor our previous purchase for those levels. The app does have an option to watch a video in order to unlock each section in each of the 3 levels. So we watched 60 videos over the next few days. Today we downloaded it to our new iPad and they presented as locked up so we will have to watch another 60 videos- or pay another $2 for each level. Not sure why it allowed us to play those 3 levels in 2015 and 2016 and not this year??? Strange. What we do like about this game is the ability to play offline, no pop up ads and no interruption. Just a satisfying experience without the in app purchases required in order to play a game uninterrupted. ================= 2016 Update to this review: we did buy a new iphone and we were able to redownload Cubis. We got up to level 13 last night and that was the end of the levels. So we went into Settings and then Restore Purchases. Now we only have levels 1-11. Levels 12 and 13 vanished. Not only that but a pop up screen says level 25 is now available however it isnt. We dug through our receipts and did pay extra for all the levels up to 25. We are going to take a screen shot and send it to Apple to see if they can do anything about their shady practices. Note: after contacting Apple, all levels were restored! ================= They let us buy 8 add on levels in early 2015 and last month pulled the plug- no refund, no credit. The app won’t open on our iTouch 4. They no longer offer an app that runs on iOS 6. Really- how difficult is it to let us download the app version that does work?? Other apps do just that. We emailed support and here’s their reply: FreshGames Support, Nov 25, 17:21: Hi iOS 6.1.4 for the iTouch 4 is no longer supported by Apple. You would have to upgrade your OS in order to get the game to work. We apologize for the inconvenience.
More levels coming??? Said that for a year now.
This game keeps our attention for longer than we should be playing. We played the original version on the old iPod with the center wheel button (2006 version). The updated version is more cartoon-y to us, but the game play is about the same and Im happy to keep playing. We like trying to beat our scores and shooting for all perfect board clears.
We were at level 10 and it put us back at level 1 without restoring our purchases.
Im so addicted to this game. We wish they would add more levels lol.
Whats up with new levels? We’ve been waiting forever!
We really love this game but on world 7, level 20 will not open, so we cannot play it. All the rest opened up just fine, but we have tried several times to open it with no luck. Has anyone else had that problem and if so, how did you fix it ?
We have played and loved this game for years! There are just a few levels that we cant get 3 stars and perfect on, but we keep trying. We just wish they would make some new levels.
Good color and movement, a 3-D appearance, very well thought out game design and loads of unique levels. Some levels are so fun we just play them over and over for weeks. We have had a few frustrations with it. Sometimes the game will reopen to our level if we have taken a few hours off but many times it reloads, at which point we have to decline a sister game offer and scroll through all 17 worlds to open our current level. Thats annoying. Also, for some reason when we temporarily deleted the game from our iPhone, we lost all our progress. That one might have been the fault of our iCloud settings though.
Cubis is awesome but we switched from Android to an iPhone. With the Android we had paid for and won all 25 levels. Unfortunately, we had to start at level 1 and repay for every level again. We dont think thats fair.
We like this game a lot but we are still on level one. We’ll see what happens.
Almost as good as the old msn Cubis… Dont like the reward plays…. But ok.

We absolutely love this game but we hate having to watch a video after completing each level. Couldnt you let us at least complete two levels be fore Im forced to watch? We still love the game though lol. Im hooked!
Addictive puzzle game and the bonus of no annoying in app commercials.
We really enjoy Cubis. We purchased some levels, then deleted the game. We re downloaded it, and they gave us back the levels we had purchased!
We want to connect the Game Center to Cubis creatures we like, but its too slow to load because of the deadlines! Can somebody do something?
We have played this game for years and we never get tired of it. Its fun challenging and yes addictive!
Love it except they want you to pay to go beyond the first level.
We LOVE this game, however, it cost us $1.99 each level. Oh it offers you a free level if you watch a videothe video NEVER loads. And you would think that scoring perfect on the previous level would give you a free level. It doesnt. Just pay your $2 and move on we guess. Otherwise 5 stars.
Addictive but, after lulled in as a free game, once into level 6 that becomes problematic . Would purchase as a complete game, which isn’t an option unfortunately.
Can be challenging, but once you reach the second level, the next move pieces shown in preview, change color. Basically helping you cheat to win so you can move on to the next level. Next level means more commercial views for the advertisers. We dont mind watching them, but we want to win the challenge without cheating, or the game cheating for us.
Love this game almost cant put it down.

Love the game wish could play more worlds but at $1.99 per world right now it would cost almost $40 for all available levels.
Either through stupidity or greed the developer had decided to charge to unlock levels. We’ve played the game since it was on the iPod, then came the iPhone game & yeah, because we love it we paid to unlock levels… Then apparently it was sold & all our levels are locked again. Still a good game, though no better than the original, just an aggravating way to monetize.
We played this game for years and we enjoyed it but now its changed to where Im paying $1.99 for each level and we’ve found that the higher levels 16 + are mostly impossible . We dont enjoy it anymore even though we like a challenge. By the way it never unlocked the game by watching a video and we finished level 17 . We will never start this game over again , sad that it changed. We tried to change our rating to 1 star but we had already hit 3.
Loved playing the game on the computer when we did some time ago. Was all excited to see it on App Store. 120 amazing levels it says……. But come to find out after completing one world, only ONE world of levels is Free. Lbs! Are you serious? What a let down!
We love the game itself, but don’t like having to purchase levels again after starting over.
We use the free version so we have to watch an advertisement to unlocking levels as we advance but for the past 2/3 weeks, it continues to say no advertisement available. Its not our phone, unless its the latest ios update & if thats the case, please adjust the app; we really enjoy this game and want to keep playing.

Im impressed with quality and quantity of the puzzles but we wish you would remake this one to be more like Cubis Kingdom (no timer, no repetitive popups, no cheesy lightning and rainbow special effects)
The game is ok, but, if you purchase any of the levels be prepared to lose your purchase on reset. This seems to be the way the new company has set up the game. Miss original Cubis; it was an excellent light mental exercise and colorful. This one is still colorful but not as nice. The new version, Cubis Kingdom, is more for little kids, too much cartoon and too much special cubes, not really a puzzle so not our thing.
We paid for the game and and they are trying to make us pay over again. What is the issue?
