Love this game but Its the ads for us. Sometimes you get the x to close it and sometimes you dont. You then have to force quit and relaunch, its annoying.

We have been playing this lovely game for years. The game is so fun to play. Recently, we reached to the top level which is 3069 and unfortunately there is no more levels to play! So we ask the developer to add more challenging levels on the Cupcake Mania for those who love this game.

Game has been glitching out lately.
We have played this game for about 10 years. We play our five games every morning watching the news. When you login each day the game is supposed to give you bonus points. We only receive the bonus points very occasionally. We have logged into the form and asked about this and theres nothing they can do.
Like others, we play this game daily. We do get frustrated, also like many others, that there arent more free lives or boosters to win. And yes there are ads, but we dont buy many in-app purchases so they need to make money somewhere!
Perfect game to play during short breaks.
We like this game. We have been playing it for a long time. We just dont understand why you cant watch ads to get more lives. Some times the icon is theresometimes its not.
We’ve been playing this game for years now and addicted to it but it takes a month we guess to get extra reward and if it does show up, it takes 30 minutes only and after watching the ads, it shows Oh darn and our extra reward is removed after watching the annoying ads. This needs to be updated or changed soon. When done watching you can not exit or press the X. Help!!!
Some levels take weeks to get past. No good way to earn rewards to help with those levels.

Love the game. Been playing for years. However, seriously considering giving it up due to the frequent ads that stay way to long and cant be closed out without exiting the game entirely! More and more annoyed every day!
We understand you want to show off and encourage people to play your other games but lately it’s extremely annoying to have a woman picture popping in asking us if we can help her or someone saying we could be a winner. We’re not interested in those games and we want to focus on playing cupcake mania and not see that woman constantly popping up asking for help.
So If Youd Make Events And More Updates we Will Play Game More Often for example make a thankful event with six levels just like thanksgiving update and Christmas 12 levels and social and solo events and more.
We really enjoy this game but the unintentional purchases even if they are with rewards that didnt cost us money are very annoying. We have to be hyper vigilant to know when the game ends so we dont automatically buy five more turns when we move our finger to play and the game is over. Please change this, unless your intent is to trick people into unintentionally using rewards.
Would rate it higher if it didnt keep crashing. Very close to deleting the app.
Used to love playing this game but seems like there are a lot of bugs to work out with it recently especially all the GAME CRASHING! Its almost always Before Im close to clearing a Level with like one life left! Super frustrating and with last update being Over a Year old for this game super annoying! Maybe owner Game STORM just doesnt care anymore Idk.
Love this game but also hate when you accidentally press the button for additional play for 44 gems. Would love if they would ask if you are sure you want to spend 44 gems. Lost to many gems that way. Also hard to get gems.

We have played this game for many years. We recently purchased some in-app help for certain levels of the game. Unfortunately, for several days now the game app wont open and we had just made a purchase in this game. We are wondering if the game is going to continue working or have we lost our money to a game that no longer exists? In conclusion, Im frustrated, because in the very recent past we have been very pleased with Cupcake Mania. We truly hope whatever bug they are dealing with is fixed soon.
We played this game for years. Its a fun game but every time we get diamonds for watching videos to get extra life, the game refreshes and we lose half our diamonds. Its beyond frustrating. There are so many ads now, even in between games. Fix your game. If we havent been playing for so many years we would delete this app.
We’ve been playing this game for years. Recently theyve added forcing you to each an ad before every life you use. Its annoying. You used to only have to watch them if you wanted free gems, but now you have to watch them just to play the game. Seriously considering deleting this game. We dont like it when youre forced to watch an adult just to play each of the 5 lives they give you. We have better ways to spend our time.
We have complained multiple times about this issue. You have an offer to watch ads for gems that we use for more turns but there is no way to close the ad and get the reward. We dont know what this does for you. If you dont want to give the gems dont have the offer its just mean. Otherwise you would have 5 stars but you dont deserve it if you like to lie!
Ever since iOS 16 installed the app crashes a lot during game play. Of course you loose all tickets accumulated and a life is expended.
All of a sudden we are getting pop up ads for gambling games & actual furniture stores . We used to buy tokens & so the company made money on us. All bets are off…. Not only will we not download gambling games, we wont be buying furniture from advertised stores, or will we be purchasing anymore tokens. Its a lose lose situation. We enjoyed Cupcake Mania, but now it is annoying. Greedy.
We like playing this game and we have played it for a long time but now ads pop up and when they do they just stay there. If you touch them they take you to a website and theres no way to close them so you continue on with the game. You have to completely close out of the game and go back in and you lose a life! Its so time consuming. Hope they fix it soon. About done!

This game is way too difficult with little rewards.
Playing for a long time and recently when we play, Im about to make our last move to win and it closes out on us. Always when Im about to make our final moves. We’ve contacted the game and have had no response.
We’ve playing this game a long time and have loved it. But this level is impossible to win. You get 11 moves and it opens up with every cupcake a bomb flagged with 18 moves. You dont get 18 moves so that doesnt make sense. The goal is 40 red and 30 each of the blue yellow and pink. Since they are all bombs you dont get any credit for clearing them. There are some white ones that change color and can give you points toward your goal but there arent enough to collect the 130 cupcakes. And since they are all bombs you cant collect any gems toward earning special helps. So Im stuck on this level and dont foresee ever advancing farther. So its too frustrating and not any fun anymore. Otherwise we would rate it a 5.
Nice game but no way – none! – to close any of the constant ads, which pop up constantly and freeze on the screen, so no way to play this game. Ugh. Please fix this horrible bug.
We have been playing this game for years and glitches in the past have been disappointing but manageable until the recent update. Im on level 2485 and now the game crashes constantly. We spent money to beat a level, beat the level and the game crashed and returned us to that level. If you are reading this review, we would not recommend downloading this app. We tried to contact the developer about the crash, and we received an email reply saying they dont have the support to respond to individual requests and they closed our ticket.
We have been playing this game daily since we think 2016? Its our favorite game. Unfortunately, we have gotten so far along in levels that its so hard and not any fun anymore. We have tried everything we can find online for how to completely reset a game app and somehow this app always knows that Im on level 1659. We just want to start over or else we will have to find a different game!
Too many ads and when gems are given for award, immediately its says oh darn, game updated and gems disappear.
We love this game. The major complaint we have is that whenever we get over 44 gems the game will automatically go to the extra 5 moves and take the gems. This has happened numerous times without our help selecting the extra moves. Extremely frustrating!!!!! August 9 2021. We just deleted the game after once again losing the extra gems we had.
We dont enjoy this game anymore. We stopped playing for a long time because we simply lost interest. They stopped giving free gems and boosters as a reward. We decided to play again and Im horrified at the amount of unsolicited adds. Its not worth it! Its an assault! We dont see how anyone is interested in the adds and videos that pop up. Theyre not even from respectable companies Do not click on the button to earn free gems. An add pops up and you cant close it! You cant get rid of it! We tried several times just to see and the only way to get rid of it is to close the app. You never get your gems. Even if you sit there and stare at it for five minutes! We not only want to report the annoying adds especially the ones that encourage gambling but the app developers as well. This should be illegal. Im deleting the app from our phone because Im not putting up with it.
