Some levels are challenging. Especially the ones where you get less than 20 plays. Its what makes it fun and rewarding to play. Just keep trying till you accomplish getting it.
The one thing we dont liked about this game is you have to buy points, and not enough times for free points.
Some levels take weeks to get past. No good way to earn rewards to help with those levels.
This level is impossible to complete in 7 moves with random cookies are supposed to be falling that dont% please reevaluate this level and check for glitches as it is impossible to attain to many how many free help options you have! We guess we have to quit after over 13 yrs of playing this game.

Love this game but Its the ads for us. Sometimes you get the x to close it and sometimes you dont. You then have to force quit and relaunch, its annoying.

Like others, we play this game daily. We do get frustrated, also like many others, that there arent more free lives or boosters to win. And yes there are ads, but we dont buy many in-app purchases so they need to make money somewhere.
We like this game. We have been playing it for a long time. We just dont understand why you cant watch ads to get more lives. Some times the icon is theresometimes its not.
Not sure what happened but we were at 1911 and it pushed us back into the 200 level.

We have played this game for about 10 years. We play our five games every morning watching the news. When you login each day the game is supposed to give you bonus points. We only receive the bonus points very occasionally.we have logged into the form and asked about this and theres nothing they can do.
Ive been playing this game for years now and addicted to it but it takes a month we guess to get extra reward and if it does show up, it takes 30 minutes only and after watching the ads, it shows Oh darn and our extra reward is removed after watching the annoying ads. Sometimes it crashes and you lose your stars for that game along with a life. Wish there was more than 5 lives. Would play more if we were granted more lives.
We really enjoy this game but the unintentional purchases even if they are with rewards that didnt cost us money are very annoying. We have to be hyper vigilant to know when the game ends so we dont automatically buy five more turns when we move our finger to play and the game is over. Please change this, unless your intent is to trick people into unintentionally using rewards.
Used to love playing this game but seems like there are a lot of bugs to work out with it recently especially all the GAME CRASHING! Its almost always Before Im close to clearing a Level with like one life left! Super frustrating and with last update being Over a Year old for this game super annoying! Maybe owner Game STORM just doesnt care anymore Idk.

So If Youd Make Events And More Updates we Will Play Game More Often for example make a thankful event with six levels just like thanksgiving update and Christmas 12 levels and social and solo events and more.
We understand you want to show off and encourage people to play your other games but lately it's extremely annoying to have a woman picture popping in asking us if we can help her or someone saying we could be a winner. We're not interested in those games and we want to focus on playing cupcake mania and not see that woman constantly popping up asking for help.
Love this game but also hate when you accidentally press the button for additional play for 44 gems. Would love if they would ask if you are sure you want to spend 44 gems. Lost to many gems that way. Also hard to get gems.
Love the game. Been playing for years. However, seriously considering giving it up due to the frequent ads that stay way to long and cant be closed out without exiting the game entirely! More and more annoyed every day.
Last bug fix was 3 years ago. That says it all. Its too bad because its really a fun game but it crashes often after you have won a hard level and used special help(which costs you) and then it doesnt advance you. So frustrating.

We have complained multiple times about this issue. You have an offer to watch ads for gems that we use for more turns but there is no way to close the ad and get the reward. We dont know what this does for you. If you dont want to give the gems dont have the offer its just mean. Otherwise you would have 5 stars but you dont deserve it if you like to lie.
Ive played this game for years and enjoyed it. With the latest update on our phone, it crashes every time we play. Im not sure what latest update it was but now in 5/2023, its happening again with the latest update.

Ive been playing this game for years. Recently theyve added forcing you to each an ad before every life you use. Its annoying. You used to only have to watch them if you wanted free gems, but now you have to watch them just to play the game. Seriously considering deleting this game. We dont like it when youre forced to watch an adult just to play each of the 5 lives they give you. We have better ways to spend our time.
We played this game for years. Its a fun game but every time we get diamonds for watching videos to get extra life, the game refreshes and we lose half our diamonds. Its beyond frustrating. There are so many ads now, even in between games. Fix your game. If we havent been playing for so many years we would delete this app.
