A few updates ago we havent been able to even open the game on our phone. We have the latest version of the game. We’ve tried uninstalling and shutting everything off. It makes us sad because now Ill be super behind on the daily puzzles. We can play on our old iPad but its not working well.
We love this game. We think it’s graphics are good, the puzzles are fun, the packs are funny, and the daily levels are challenging without feeling stressful or impossible. HOWEVER, after we finished all the puzzles and started working on the daily levels of the past the game started crashing randomly, often when we were trying to watch an ad to get some bonus coins. Recently we had to delete and restart the game and now it just crashes all the time. We don’t mind the first couple of times but eventually we just get so frustrated we are too stressed to continue playing. Please fix this soon, would be 5 stars otherwise.
We’ve played this game forever. We do the daily puzzle every day, we save up coins to go back months and years to play old ones. We’ve done this constantly. But this company has completely lost site of their game. We freely support that games should have a free version and a VIP version, but when you damage the free version this much, its ridiculous. We have to watch a video to play every single new puzzle and its ridiculous. This doesnt encourage anyone to get the VIP subscription which we already think is silly, its not a streaming service its a puzzle game. Certain packs should be a buy to buy process. It makes us not want to play at all. We like having more options to watch videos to get coins, which we utilize, and we dont mind watching an ad between puzzles, but when we have to literally pay for each puzzle through whatever micro transaction takes place every time we see an ad, enough becomes enough. We get closer to deleting the game we play literally every day, its so annoying.
Update is horrible. Cant see light blue numbers on gray background and it crashes CONSTANTLY! We used to really like this game but will be taking a break until the next update hoping the crashing issue is fixed.
We have been playing this amazing game for so long and we’ve done so many dailies and we’ve chosen to watch countless ads to get more coins. Im okay with all of this. What Im not okay with is the now forced ad before the daily pic. This app used to be one of our go tos before bed because it made us think and focus and relax but now… With forced ads that we get nothing in return for… Nope. Im done. Im really disappointed because we chose to watch the ads before but now they are being forced. Non consensual ads is like rape.
Now Im all for supporting a free version of an app by watching some ads here and there, but this last update has put in a 30 second ad to open any puzzle. It used to be that you would have skippable ads after 5 seconds and no ads mixed in with your puzzling. Some puzzles are very quick to solve and we feel like Im sometimes 50/50 playing or watching an ad. Ridiculous how much theyve increased it.
We have used this logic puzzle app for almost 2 years now. When it first came out it was extremely user friendly and tailored to those trying to get their fix without having to be ad bombed. The newest update that included the ROCKSTARS bundle might be the last straw for us. The fact that we have to watch an ad EVERY SINGLE TIME we want to play a normal puzzle is mind blowing. Its clear the developers transitioned this app to maximizing profit, which we respect. But decisions like these are what make long time users like myself move on in search of better options. Such a shame.
We used to play this game nearly every day for years. However, since the latest update it forces you to watch an add before every. Single. Puzzle. We would watch the booster adds probably twice or three times per day. And now Im forced to watch them? Not only for the daily puzzle (which we could understand, not like but understand) but for the unlockable packs as well!! Ridiculous. On top of this their redesign has some issues. It provides text instead of images like it used to, making it harder for those who cant read English. The graphics are more busy, making it harder for those with sensory issues. And they jacked the prices of the old dailypuzzles from 90 in game coins to 200 in game coins! (There was a short time where it was only 15 coins to do so, but we think that was a just a short term excuse to point back to after the price was jacked so much.) we love this game without the mandatory adds but unfortunately we will no longer be playing this game.
Dont bother downloading this game. There are way to many ads. You have to watch and ad before and after every puzzle. Some of these puzzles can take less then 3 minutes. Thats 6-8 ads every ten minutes. We dont know what happened in the last month but this update with all the ads is way to frustrating.
We usually play this game every day, but now we have to watch an ad BEFORE every level? We cant even shut of our data to play either because will refuse to let us play until we watch a video. Stop forcing people to watch stupid ads. Ill find a new logic puzzle app for the future…
We’ve played this game for three years everyday, but after the new update, we cant stand it. Its annoying, the ads were bearable before because it was for the betterment of our game (I.e. Extra coins) but now theres ads to just PLAY the game. Its ridiculous, switch everything back. This was our favorite puzzle game and we suggested it to everyone. Now Im on the edge of deleting it.
Too many ads. Too many. App glitches. Just stops working.
UPDATE: They greatly increased their ads and it now plays an ad before every level. Its no longer worth it for us. Ill keep it around and check in on it after it updates to see if they resolve some of these issues, but Im looking for another game to play. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Since the recent overhaul, the the app reminds us that we dont allow in-app purchases, every time we open it. It also, now has an annoying 1 Hz timer that plays static over the speaker, even when we have music and sound effects turned off. Lastly, it started prompting us for a review after every puzzle. That alone gets a 1-star review from us, because Im not going to reward an app that forces our hand. It turns out that we can be bullied into reviewing an app, but not into rating it positively. We like puzzles and we currently intend to complete all of the free puzzles that this app offers.
We purchased the upgrade for no ads and it world for awhile. How we the app updated private and terms of agreement and now it makes us watch ads. We specially paid for no ads and tried to restore purchases and it says it is restored. Annoying that we purchased the upgrade and they have changed their mind on terms of agreement.
We really enjoy these types of puzzles but the recent changes to the ad practices of this app have made it borderline unplayable. We understand the need to make money on it but when everything you do forces you to watch a long ad and then the app still constantly nags you to pay for VIP and give it a good rating/review its going way overboard.
We love this game. We play it daily but after the last update we have to watch an ad to play any level. This so annoying. We used to watch add to give us extra coins but dont like that we have to watch the ad to play the levels So disappointed.
We really used to like this game. It only had you watch ads for extras which we did. Now you cant do anything without watching an ad.
This used to bea great app. Over the last few updates they have added a number of features such as videos before any and all puzzles (unless you pay them)! Constant requests to rate and review! Watch more videos to for the ability to get hints. Puzzles that cannot be solved without hints… So you either have to pay or watch more videos! Im deleting the app. Recommend you dont download.
We’ve been playing this game for over a year. We love the daily levels until new levels arrive. We would rate it 5 but you guys made the daily levels to where we had to watch a stupid video. Change it back and Ill change our rating. Edit: we LOWERED our rating because you guys made it to where we have to watch a 30second ad before any new puzzles. Im giving this until the next update to fix not make worse then Im deleting it.

The timer does not reset when you restart a level with the new update.
Still a great app, but please for the love of god stop changing things. It was practically perfect before. The whole redesign thing youre doing is throwing us off. We enjoy using this app with our iPad upside-down. We can no longer do that, and our chargers are paying for it. We enjoy doing the daily puzzle before walking into work. Now we need to find internet in order to do so? Price previous daily puzzles back to 200 for all we care, but this layout change is all wrong for us. At least youre not auto filling the blank spaces yet…
Theres an audio lag when you click on anything since the redesign. It makes it difficult to play fast games. Also, we can no longer play with the iPad upside down. Which is useful when charging. Please fix these issues. Thanks.
We used to love this game but when developers pushed an update for the visuals, it made it unbearable to play. We kept it around for another couple weeks after the update (by the way, the new visuals are bad so we dont know why they switched). We’ve had this game for years and even paid for no ads. But now we have to watch an ad to play the daily level? Thats ridiculous. Im deleting it.

Hello, big fan of the game. The game was working perfectly fine but we’ve noticed that the fill and X buttons have been glitching since the big design update. Even when its on fill, itll put them down as Xs, and vice versus. We play despite it glitching all the time, but it is very annoying and it would be nice if it was fixed soon.
This game is very fun and we love how interactive they are with game players. Awesome game.
We have played this game every day for YEARS at this point. Its the only cell phone game we’ve ever spent money on- in order to get the VIP access. We are obsessed with this game and have been for forever. We sometimes have dreams about trying to solve the puzzles. We only wish they uploaded new puzzles more often.
We absolutely love this game and we could play for hours. We would just love it if there was a dark mode. Im as blind as a bat and we cannot see the screen when we turn our brightness down. Please and thank you.
We love this game but since the last update its been super glitchy.
PLEASE change the game back to the old format. The screen is way too small now, very unresponsive, and way too difficult to press individual squares. Also, the 4th of July pop-up is extremely annoying. We wish it didnt pop up every time we went back to the home screen. We really appreciate that solving old daily puzzles is cheaper now. Please make the X or fill easier to toggle between, rather than having to click exactly on which one we want. Perhaps a double tap somewhere on the screen that isnt on the puzzle or even just allowing us to tap on that general area to change it. We miss the old format from a week ago :(
What happened to the 4th of July pack? One day it was there for us to work on and the next day it was gone. Disappointing considering that we spent money on the pack, just for it to disappear and not have a chance to complete the entire pack.
Our app updated and now the game wont load past 15% for us to even play. We are extremely disappointed.
We lost our vip in the last update!!!!
The update caused all of the levels after the history pack to disappear, we had around 36 crowns and now we only have 15. We emailed support and they have not replied. UPDATE: we were about to change to a 5 star rating as our levels were fixed and everything went back to normal, but we just opened the app again and the same thing happened. We had over 1,000 puzzles completed and only 250 are showing, everything after the history pack is gone. This is a repeating issue, and support still hasnt gotten back to us.
FYI: we and our friend have the same problem Update was automatically done and when restarting the game, it was totally freezing. So we deleted the game and reinstalled it. But the game data was completely gone. And loading page just freezed when loading is done 15%. The game keeps showing up in-app purchases is not available although we turned off it for iphone. So my/ our friend’s question is… Is there any ways to restore entire game data before erasing game? Is there any ways to not freeze when 15% loading is completed when starting the game? Any explanations why this keeps occuring over and over? Is it possible to restore game data without synchonize facebook account? Is there any ways to not see the message like in-app purchases are not possible. Please let us know. User Id might looks different when deleting the game and reinstalling the game. But our email address cant be changing so Please ponder this case throughfully so I(me) and our friend can play game again. Reply ASAP. We know you guys DO NOT work at all. Never reply on our emails. The new format is laggy and unresponsive when marking entire rows. It is not as fast as before and this is on a new iPad Pro (2020)! The developer also reduced the amount of haptic feedback and associated volume, thereby removing one of the best parts of the game. The way that it used to feel when marking whole rows of squares is what made this our go to nanogram game. Also, we have no problem supporting the dev by the ads inside, however the lifetime unlock of $29.95 is too expensive for a casual game…
Since the latest update, there are far fewer level packs to play, our progress has been wiped, and the home screen ad is just so darn persistent. Please go back to the old version!!!
To be fair, this has been a long time favorite game for us. We enjoyed it enough to spend the $30 to avoid ads and unlock puzzles. Now they have updated the game and made it better. Since the update, our lifetime access has been canceled. Some puzzles are not available to us And the worst thing is every time we go to the home screen we have to close an ad. We have tried three times to contact them and not heard anything back. Very unfortunate. Do not purchase lifetime access.

We really enjoy this game. We’ve had it for a long time. The ads can be a bit much, and sometimes the game is glitchy and crashes. We were playing today and was literally in the middle of doing a puzzle when the entire puzzle pack disappeared. All of the puzzle packs from the last several updates just disappeared.
We absolutely love playing this game. We play every day going back to last May. However, the last daily puzzle was June 30. We have not yet been able to play any July puzzles because they are not available…. And trust us we check every single day. Please fix this. Im having serious logic pic withdrawals.
We enjoy all the new packs but we wish they didn’t change the colors of the blocks and numbers in the puzzles :( that was the one thing that set this app apart from the others for us.
Very hard to play and exteemly buggy even though am playing on iPhone X, you guys need a proper testing team to test everything.
We really like this game but after the new update the only levels we have a available are through the history pack. We are much farther in the game than that. Also all of the puzzles are done. Im considering deleting it after the new update because there arent any new levels for us to play anymore.

While this app has some defects, and some lazy daily puzzles (daily puzzles until recently were copied yearly, so January puzzles in 2017 were the same as January puzzles in 2018), we hate ads and we frankly overpaid the ridiculous lifetime price of something like $25. Fine. At least the ads generally went away (youre still offered to watch some for extra coins…) The puzzles are ludicrous hard at times, with little to no capability of solving them without using hints, so if you want to play a lot theres a distinct possibility you will resort to micro transactions to get more, or watching ads. The daily allotment of 200 points is nowhere near enough. Fine. All of that we could grumble about and learn to deal with. This latest update, while prettier and somewhat faster, has broken everything. It fails to recognize our lifetime subscription, and restoring purchases makes it worse. It offered us a 4th off July puzzle pack, which we finally relented and purchased it so it would leave us alone. NOPE. It forgot it took our money, and now continues to offer us the pack, forgetting our purchase and losing our progress in working on that pack (never mind that is impossible to navigate to it, because its not anywhere on the Ui). We contacted support to ask them to look into this and help us, and its been radio silence… After every single puzzle it harassed us to offer a positive review… Lucky us, it gave us this vehicle to recommend that people avoid this game until the problems are fixed.
This game was absolutely perfect before this new update. Now, the game is infuriatingly laggy – sometimes we tap on a block and the response time is delayed or it wont respond at all. Bring it back to the old version.
Erased our progress and wont acknowledge our VIP Lifetime pass. Cloud save not restoring. This recent update is BROKEN.
Please revert to the old version. This is the worst update in the history of updates. It takes forever for the app to open and load, and all of our progress was lost. We love this game, please fix!
