Says grab update, go to grab update, dont see, the. It opens but goes back to screen to grab update. Tap next goes back again. CANT OPEN PUZZLE UGH!
We love doing the daily puzzles we try to do them first thing in the morning with our first cup of coffee.
Our game wont come on, it says to try again. Been frozen up for 3 days. Why isnt there a button we can click on and update and sign in and not have to go thru all this mess. We cant even find someone to help us get back playing, we do not want to lose all our awards and time playing. Please help !
We really like this puzzle game and play every day, and sometimes play bonus or archived games; but we do have a complaint- the ad for other games today was beyond what a Bible based game should be showing! Using a magnifying glass to uncover girls bodies is Not or should Not be something we would want to see, and the poses on some of them are way too suggestive! Either clean up the ads or you Will lose some players… Including us. Sorry yall have resorted to this.
Dont give up on the app its good keep working on it.
We love this game but if we could request any changes it would be to 1) fix the bug that requires us to force close our game every day in order to get the new daily puzzle to load and 2) to allow us to choose the number of pieces. However, we love the photos and verses every day. Though sometimes the full month photo never shows until after the month is finished and we scroll back through the past months. Updating our review from March 6 and lowering star rating since nothing is being fixed. We also now cannot play the June 18, 2023, Puzzle because we get an error that says: we are unable to download your puzzle. You have not been charged. Please try again. This has been happening since 6/18 and it is now 6/21. We wont be able to get our achievement for completing the full month of puzzles.
Was really enjoying these puzzles, however, now all we get is No internet connection found. Just wondering why its found for all our other apps and games. So DISAPPOINTED!

We’ve enjoyed this little inspiring puzzle for a long while, however the last few months, it wont give you the days puzzle until a few days later, when you have to use coins for it. Today, it gave double pieces, wouldnt piece correct pieces together, stuck random pieces on the puzzle, overlaying it. Its a mess and no one seems to care to fix it.
We are having problems with the app and ready to delete it because we cant get any support! For it to be a bible app sure does not have faith in the support system! Hope you have a great day and bless you all.
Enjoy game but our password disappeared and we forgot what it was . We dont want to get a new email just to get a password, nor do we want to loose bonus stars we have.
Very frustrating has lots of issues whenever its updated and it they dont respond or fix them.
Since yesterday we are unable to sign in. Our password was saved and now it is gone. As another reviewer said, there is no password recovery, so it looks like months and months of completed puzzles and accumulated coins are gone. Can anyone help?

Since the update it won’t let us in. It just goes back and forth from the new update screen and next. Can’t get in. Now it will cost us to do the puzzle tomorrow if it lets us in.
We really enjoy this app,however,it seems that since the first of the year we cant get our puzzles on the day of the week Im playing. We have to wait until the next day to play yesterdays puzzle. Also,when we finish with the edges the other pieces are just scattered everywhere. They get below the edge of our screen and we have a very hard time getting them back,otherwise,not to bad,pretty good.
The game tells us to update, but it doesnt happen. We’ve been trying for days to get the new month update but get into a loop that wont do the job. We’ve cancelled the game in the past for a similar reason and may have to quit again. We enjoy the puzzles and relation to Bible verses and dislike deleting the game, seem we have no choice.
We enjoy the puzzles – it’s a quick challenge at the end of a busy day. However, the minor quirks detract from the enjoyment: 1. The puzzle is often not saved – which we find when we come back the next day. This means spending 3 coins to replay it to complete the month – sometimes more than once. 2. The "time till next puzzle" does not seem to track the actual time – often we find that it is 12+ hours till we get the puzzle even thought we played the last one the previous evening. 3. Haven’t found a way to log in – there is no-pointer astronomy to where to create the login. Other than these, we’re enjoying the puzzles.
Im still waiting for a response as to why Im not able to view videos to earn coins. It cant take that long to find the videos to watch we play the puzzle then go back to view video and it still not uploading. Very frustrating. We’ve turned our phone off and turned it back on with the same issue.
Enjoyed this game daily. It showed we needed to update it at the App Store. There was no update. It will not let us put in our password when signing in under our email. It will not let us signup with a different email address and it will not let us play the game in Facebook? We deleted the app and downloaded it again. It seems to be working fine. Thanks for your quick response.
We love the puzzles but can’t finish them because pieces are missing.
Most of the time it’s working but it’s frustrating when an epuzzle has missing pieces!
Was doing extremely well on the puzzles, but have not been able to access the game since Saturday feb.25 of this year.
Praise God for such a wonderful game to glorify Him! Love the verses and the absolutely beautiful pictures. Best puzzle app we have ever played! So excited to see how it will grow and continue to spread The Good News for The Lord, Jesus and The Holy Spirit! God bless.
We love the fact that this is a puzzle app that incorporates scripture as well as the most relaxing music we’ve heard in a while. But, why does it have to be on a timer? Why so competitive? Isn’t puzzles suppose to be relaxing instead of a mad rush to finish the puzzle in 2 minutes and under? Our recommendation: KILL THE TIMER and all other mad rush to finish gadgets.
We’ve paid 4 times for extra points to play. Not happy as it has never registered. Love the concept… Just don’t like it taking our money and not giving. Merry Christmas….
