Community Insight:

So we 1cc stage 4, 3, 2, and 1, but tlb wasnt unlocked in boss free play. We think cc means continue, but someone tell us what to do.

Great game, the amount of difficulty options is good.

We were worried about this at first, but turns out its a fantastic space-shooter.

Amazing fast paced game. We wish it had controller support though.

Has some graphical issues please update.

Needs the ability to save progress between stages. Like Bullet Hell Monday. Otherwise game is challenging. But seriously needs ability to save progress. If you have the time to play from the beginning every time this game is for you.

This game isnt as expected. Waste of $5 because we played it for a few seconds and literally its just an insane crap show with too many effects and lights. We dont even know what Im shooting at. Usually shooters work up towards this insanity but this jumps right into it. Like when we quit a shooter for 2 years and came back with same account…had no clue what was happening.

Danmaku is a mountain on which climbers can test themselves.

Every time the boss shoots lasers everywhere, it slows down and it kinda annoys us. Can you pls fix it? :) (This happened when we are playing DU3 on our Ipad).

Great game, beautiful graphics, addicting, and smooth. BUT there are some links that need to be worked out. The graze counter is the most evident. You can graze a cluster of 20 "bullets" and only get 4 points in your graze counter. Combine this with the break between phases but not freezing the graze meter, and getting a high number on graze is impossible. Overall really fun game, super difficult but just what we were looking for. Please fix the graze counter.

It's good but the visual design of the items that drop from enemies. They're pretty distracting from the bullet patterns, making the game harder without making it more fun.

THE best bullet hell game available on mobile period! Addictive, greats visuals, sharp audio and while it's very challenging it's also 100% fair … Haven't died a single time when it wasn't deserved. In short it's the best of the best out there and we'd still have purchased it at 10x the price.

As CAVE games are left by the wayside due to the 64 bit update, we're so thankful that DU3 exists! Thank you, Sunny Tam.

Danmaku pulls it off again its gets better and better truly worth the $5 but do you ever plan to make Storm Striker 2.

Because this game is EXACTLY how an amazing bullet hell, shoot'em up, game is supposed be!!! From the artwork and graphics to the gameplay and sounds this game screams premium quality! There are tons of options from graphics to controls so you can set up your specific device to play the game the way you want to play it. There are different types of fighters and fighter options as well as gameplay styles. There are upgrades for the fighters as well that you unlock as you go. It's just REALLY well done and it's worth the money hands down.

It's so pretty. And fun. We've been dying for a decent iOS shmup, we would've paid $10 tbh. It's good.

We still remember getting the lite version of the original DU (about a month before the full game was released), and absolutely enjoyed the stuffing out of it. Then the full version was released, and we couldn't have been happier. Until DU2 was released and a whole new game mode was introduced and the touch controls were tweaked and changed and felt flawless. The upgrade system was great, and trying to find the setup that we best worked with was great fun. Both games are still on our phone today. And now there's the third. And just like DU2 was quite the step up from the original, DU3 is another step up from the already basically flawless DU2. Graphically, the game is beautiful, and the controls are spot-on (with the option to change the relative touch to movement ratio anywhere from 1:1 to 2:1). The music is done by Blankfield (who did the OST for Storm Strikers and DU2), and is top notch… And the weapon/beam unlocking is done by reaching goals or getting achivements (complete the game on any difficulty, graze a total of 100,000 bullets, reach a score of 1 billion, ect…). Right now, we've only played on Easy and Medium difficulties, but the bullet patterns and enemy placement/timing all works together so incredibly well. It's absolutely crazy to think that this was made by ONE PERSON. We still consider DU2 one of our favorite titles within the genre, and we're very confident DU3 will find itself on that list very soon as well. We can't recommend it enough.
