We found it very challenging, but exciting.
We see there was a glitch at the makeup mini game reported in June. Still a problem. Too bad its a really good game overall.
Fun game to play, but we cannot progress past chapter 2. The book with 3 games in it that you have to pass in order to obtain the magic flower, the 3rd game w coloring, it will not allow us to pick up pencil 7, the red pencil, so we have no way of finishing the game or moving forward. Enjoyed it up until then.
We never had a problem like this before , so this is really annoying. We need to go back to an area on the game to move forward but it only goes back to the 1st area which is finished. Im just gonna delete the game at this point.
Make up puzzle glitched. Couldnt finish.
We even tried restarting the game, since we wasnt that far into it, but Im still having the same problem. Ive cleaned the mirror and am in mini-game mode. Too bad, we were really enjoying it. We used 10 coins to skip that puzzle. Now Im at the colored pencils and #7 is useless. We used 10 coins to skip that puzzle. Both were easy, yet both had to be skipped to move on. We want our 20 coins back.
Having issues with the coloring puzzle. Cant get/use/grab the #7 colored pencil, otherwise great game.
Im kinda bummed because we LOVE the games you develop, but in this particular one it ALWAYS glitches at the makeup scene with the mannequin in the mirror. The game will NOT let us play the puzzle where you have to apply the makeup. We even deleted and redownloaded the app, only for it to do the same exact thing.
We know that the green hair comb goes in the mannequins hair, but the game wont let us use it. Very frustrating.
Too many bugs. The make up scene is unplayable. You cant click on anything, making solving the puzzle impossible. This is a known glitch, devs.
When trying to use the magnifying glass in the dungeon you can read the numbers in order to solve the puzzle.
The Portrait of Christine and the guy are not visible to click on. We cannot escape the cage without it.
Not even 3 minutes into the game and it froze. Deleted. Zero stars. But we had to give one to be able to send this review.
This seems to be a theme with all your games you claim are free to play. Another one where we get to a certain point and get stuck. We imagine if we bought the game, Id be able to suddenly pass this point. No thank you.
Latest update is even worse! Now all we get is a black screen. Nice game but unplayable due to bugs. Had to quit/delete early on when the piano symbol puzzle didn't work properly. Unable to select piano keys. We saw how it is supposed to work on a walkthrough, but it wouldn't allow us to select a key/symbol. Too bad, since otherwise it was entertaining. We just noticed that a number of people have been complaining about the piano problem for many months and yet you havent fixed it. Shame on you! For that alone we would give you a zero if possible.
This is a great game. We really enjoy a good puzzle adventure and this one is one of the best Ive ever played. The mini games are challenging but not too hard. The storyline is a good length. We were surprised at the amount of content. This is definitely a game you must play.
But a lot of the puzzles wont let us click the right keys such as the piano puzzle its completely off. We have to click the key before it in order to get it.
We were having lots of fun until we got to the piano scene. We differed maybe it was glitching because our phone needed an update, but that didnt help. We keep closing it and reopening it but that doesnt work either. Im super bummed cause this game is super fun so far and for it to have a glitch this early on is kind of sad. We dont know if we want to keep trying.
Piano puzzle, and tiles in the tunnel are impossible to select because the calibration is so wrong. Needs fixed asap.
The problem with clicking on specific keys and tiles is still not fixed dont bother your eventually just stuck at a point where you cant go any further due to this issue.
We were enjoying this game so much until we got to the piano scene. We were supposed to tap the images in order, but it would tap other images and never the one we were trying to press. So, after being very frustrated and trying multiple times, we deleted the game.
There are certain puzzles (e.g. The piano, the floor tiles in the gauntlet after giving the artifact to the gatekeeper spirit) where the keys/tiles do not select where we tap, they are usually a few places off…we cant proceed past the room in the gauntlet because we cant even highlight the correct first tile.
We were enjoying the game until we got to the piano. We cant get any keys to work. Ive deleted the game and relaunched it and it still will not let us press any keys. Im deleting it again.
We went to download the game. We were enjoying playing this version until an issue… *Hints Why do we need to purchase hints ? The cost of a hint in certain mini games cost more than just purchasing the HOP games Ive played ( many Ive played usually cost $6.99 for the whole game plus the bonus) Im deleted this game.
