This game is so wonderful and we love the story.
We thought it was great! 6.99 may have been a little pricey but we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Good, not great, but one of the better games out there. The HOGs were sometimes a little too dark, making it hard to find objects. But what kept us from giving it a full five stars is that sometimes the next action was a little too obscure. (Could just be us.) Finally, a good story but the ending felt a little rushed. But on the whole, one of the better games out there and worth the price.
The map only shows where you are, not where you should go.
Hi we know this is an old game but we have been trying to revisit some old games, any way you can fix the videos no playing.
When ever there is a cut scene the screen goes black you can hear it but cant see anything. Not sure we want to pay for full version since it keeps doing that.
We cannot view the scenes explaining the case with the figures in it. There is no voice sound.
We played this free selection before, but was disappointed. We still am. It hasn't been upgraded. It has a useless map that just has a dot showing where you are, and nothing more. Trying to figure out where to go next is virtually impossible without the hint button. There's way too much back and forth, too. The sound came on a few times while switching locations, too. Is it worth $6.99? We don't think it was that price even before it was old. It's definitely not worth it now.
Not good. Hard to move the pieces . Maybe it's just not good for iPad.
We see someone complained about this 2 years ago and we are having the same issue now. The cut scenes are a totally black screen. Fix It.
The cut scenes are not playing between acts. The only option is to skip.
We give this app an 1 star because its not the same as when we were little, like we have to unlock it for $6.99 and thats just stupid!! NOW we CANT PLAY ALL OF IT!! UGH! We HATE U!! YOU JUST WANT MONEY.
Hokey! Lips dont move when talking. Also, we had no way to say no tutorials. Very inferior. Probably very old. Dont waste your time and money.
We couldnt tell the game was junk until after we bought it. The money is still pending. If you have the same problems, make sure your money isnt taken out of your account. If it has been taken out, demand it back.
Todays deal 65% off? 2.99 just bought a game recently for 55% off and it was 2.99…..,….false advertising.
Plugged in the right code for a part of the game not once but three times and it did nothing. Will not be buying any more big fish games.
We could not make it through the free play portion. Very dark made it impossible to see hidden objects. Lot of bugs don't waste your time.
Big fish please come out with more games like this. We have been non stop playing this game! It is worth buying. The story is great and the clues are tough but you can play without having to use the hint button every move because it all makes sence. The HOS are easy enough and there are not to many of them witch is nice for a change. Love everything about this game.

We always hate buying a game that we feel like it ended way too soon for the price we paid. That was not the case with this game! Even the bonus content was a great deal with interesting puzzles and clues to work with. We felt it was worth the price and very fun! Great story line.

We have played many HO games and this one is by far our favorite. The story is very well put together and creepy too. The HO scenes are well done, e.g. The objects are not hidden in the dark spaces. You may have to zoom in but all objects can be found. The puzzles are challenging but not so hard you get bored and skip them. The only complaint we can come up with (nothing is perfect) is that sometimes the touch is too sensitive when touching the screen as you move to out of your current screen when you don't intend to. The length and overall enjoyment of this game, including the bonus chapter is well worth the price.

Beautiful game, intriguing storyline, surprising twists, good puzzles, awesome graphics….! The gameplay is really great. We're a big fan of the "snark busters club" games and this one is a lot better. It's just the right amount of creepy too. Worth the money.
One of the longest BF games we've played, and won't bore you to tears.
The story put the pieces together we wish that at least they could have done more about the Clair and Ethan marriage like did they ever get married .ima girl we would have like to see there ending instead of the fathers ending we're already predicting it he's in hell? Maybe u guys can rewrite or do another one just for Claris and Ethan happy ending someone make it a movie.
We just finished playing this game and it was simply amazing. We could not put it down. The storyline is really intriguing and we were completely immersed. Gameplay was very smooth with no bugs or problems. The graphics were gorgeous and the game is nice and long. It took us 5 hours for main game and 2 for bonus chapter. We play so many games like this that at times we find ourselves getting bored. This one kept us interested and immersed until the end. There are tons of bonus features in this game; including a helpful strategy guide, lots of art, movie clips, music, and more. This time you play a male character which is really refreshing in this type of game. The main character (Ethan) is one of the most handsome guys we have seen in these types of games! (blush). He was so fun to look at! We think the ladies will be really pleased :-) The other characters are very good looking as well. We highly recommend purchasing this game because it is a high quality game and so worth the price.
One of the best hidden object games we have played. Worth the money.
Good moody music, better ( harder) than average HOS, good puzzles. All the characters are white. The one woman is helpless, of course. The identity matter ( avoiding spoiler) is contrived and a let down. But, very playable and worth the time and money.
It was awesome but it was for so many megabytes and we still have to pay so much for the full version.
We enjoyed this game a lot. One of the few that actually has useful help without having to seek out a walk-through. The game also is lengthy, so you really get your money's worth without becoming frustrated when you get stuck. Very entertaining.

Finally!!! Just what we were looking for in a Big Fish puzzle game. Not too easy, not too difficult. Puzzles are solved logically and require some brain power. Just the right mix of puzzles: HOs, mini-puzzles and gathering useful items. Nice graphics. Thank you, BF! Finally, after a too-long dry spell, a game worth the money.

This game is a rare find. It is eerie without being so dark that we cannot. Tell what we're looking at without turning the brightness up on our IPad all the way. It is seamless in the storytelling without any crashing or glitches, in spite of our frantic tapping when we are searching for the next, best move. And speaking of storytelling, this game had it all! It was the perfect mix of HO, storyline (with beautiful graphics) puzzles, a hint button that really helps, but not so much that it feels like a cheating walk-through! It was also very LONG! We played over a 4 day weekend, while sick and it kept us quite occupied and engaged. The time flew by. It was well worth the money we spent.
We absolutely loved this game! It was creepy, dark and mysterious! We loved the graphics and how you really connect with the character in order to save his fianc and dad. We couldn't stop playing it and we're going to replay it often :).
The game was GREAT we enjoyed it but the mask were a little scary we hope they make a second one.
Just finished Sins of the Father and we just have to say wow. One of the longest of these genre games we have played. This certainly raises the bar on expectations. Pros: beautiful graphics. Challenging HOS's, exceptional storyline. Very cool twist at the end. This game took several days to complete versus a single evening which is awesome. Good quick navigation, scenes load quickly and the plot really keeps you interested. So many different places without too much needless running back and forth. Really well designed. The number of locations and the beauty of each one was really excellent. We are not sure if it was because this was a ported game from the PC version or what but it was much more complex than the last few we have played. For $4.99 this was an amazing value. This was certainly worth more than many of the $7 games we have played. Cons: these are very few and minor. After some of the cut scenes the display would invert and wouldn't respond to reorientation movements. Never run into this before, we just flipped the device and got back into the game. The map doesn't allow you to jump to locations that we could find and really only showed where you were currently not like the newer ones that allow you to click on and navigate or tell you that there are things to be done. Hint takes at least a minute to recharge which is significantly more than others on casual, but that adds to the challenge! There was a scene where a ladder needed to be placed between two roofs. It was very difficult to place the ladder. There was only a small area where it would succeed which if we hadn't peeked at the walk through would have left us confused. Really excellent game, one of the top ones we have played by BF. Thanks for the great work.

Haven't been playing Big Fish Games for several months. All got to be the same. We love this game. Very few hidden objects & love the puzzles . There is a definite story line. Would absolutely recommend it.
