We played the original browser version and thought it was great and started playing this game. This game is good it has plenty of guns to use, plenty of maps, requires a lot of time to finish, but most importantly you can go the entire game without spending a dime or watching ads. Of course if you watch ads or spend money you are rewarded but it is not necessary to beat the game. Theres not much we would change because overall its already a great game. Although we think the devs should make another game but with the old system of finding survivors and assigning them tasks. Also to make the game more difficult.
Good game but its super scary when the zombies start walking towards you.
Good game. Reminds us of classic Not Doppler flash games. Gets kind of repetitive after a while though :/.
Fun but a bit repetitive although still a great game with great visuals and cool weapons that dont feel like the same thing each time.
Not as good as the one Id play on the Computer at school but still pretty fun.
We have been playing this game for a few years! Super fun with missions to upgrade weapons. Just wish theyd update it! Seems like theyve stopped with this. Other than that its def fun. Modern day missile command.
We would like to say this is an awesome game, quite like the one on browser if you ever played. Good controls for the weapons. Over all, not to complain or anything, we feel though there should be Npcs there to help shoot and give support, or as they can go help collect materials and good useable items for the road. Please! Thanks for this awesome zombie apocalypse game.
We just finished the 50 level, hoping the humvee level would be something different. Something like a machine gunner, riding and shooting, and a different gameplay. Sadly no. It just says congrats you made it this far! More levels coming! Im probably deleting this as more of the same is going to be a repetitive bore. Glad we didnt spend money on it.
Its a Must play for Zombie Game Fans ! We have only 3 Zombie Games currently installed on our iPhone because we feel that they were created with a great concept and some exceptional programming. We have to give you 4 Stars for your interface and gun selections. We do hope that you can expand off this game. Theres no reason to reinvent the wheel by trying to compete with the other game concepts. Enhanced what you have created and your players will be back. Update suggestion: Add a button option to clear dead zombies OFF each map location. This will enhance the return play Add additional Guns ? Maybe some Laser Guns ? Sniper rifles with enhanced scopes. Thanks.
Great game, butafter completing level 45 (450 screens) it says that new levels will be released in the future. Looks like its been over two years since new levels were released, so has Dead Zed itself become one of the walking dead in the growing ranks of undead apps.
Its a very fun game and its quite addicting as well. Ive beat it about a month ago so Id really like to see an update to add more maps for us to enjoy some more zombie killing. Please send us an update soon, its getting a little boring playing this same mapsthanks.
Ive tried to write a review like 3 times so im just gonna write something up then send it. We like the game, we think its kinda boring though, and we think id be nice if you added some of the classic features of the original game, like getting the player more involved in the camp, making the player more situationally aware with a story or something. Thats our main thing but we also think you should update and improve the gun models, some of the models have magazines that do not look natural (An94 look alike and please change the "AUG" aswell that magazine is so cursed.)Actually now that we think about it, most of the guns are pretty terrifying, it almost looks intentional. Yea it looks intentional. Pretty sure you guys have 2 scar look alikes, why not turn one of them into a fal or g3, make it have good damage but high recoil or something for balance. Also id love it if you guys add scopes, we know scopes are difficult but it would be pleasant to see a long hunting scope on the bolt action and maybe some acogs for rifles.
We much like good game no bad very good.
We love this game and have nothing to change except for maybe a like higher silver/coin drop from crates. But we would love for to see some more guns specifically a sniper or 2 of some sort with real scopes. As well as some different scope options for all guns.
We used to play this game on game post when we were a kid. Loved it then and love it now.
We remember playing Dead Zed 1&2 whenever Flash games were still a thing and we enjoyed them a lot. This game is a shell of its former glory the way you have to acquire guns.we also miss having survivors that could come to you and you could give them tasks and such. But other than that,we really like that they have brought this title back.
We love the game being on the phone you can play it whenever and wherever but we think its very plain it seems like theres no purpose other then upgrading weapons we miss finding survivors upgrade defenses and being able to find supplies and weapons still a decent game just not like the good old dead Zed.
Still waiting on the last of the weapons and maps to be released. If having unfinished goals and achievements stay away from this game.
Its the typical convoluted pay to play system with coins, bills, gold etc. Gameplay is super repetitive which really pushes you to spend money. At the end of the level and throughout checkpoints in the game youre encouraged to watch ads. We deleted it after playing for an hour.
Ive had it before but this time it wont let us in the game at all.
This game is awesome Ive been playing for many many years we just have but one problem with it and its that the soundtrack is not on Spotify we can find the music on YouTube by some random guy but we wish the soundtrack was officially released on Spotify.
Good game wish it had an ending to it.

We love this game and it is very similar to the computer version, but please add the survivor's back!!! The levels can get hard and we need the survivors to help.
We played the browser version and it was great. So we go this one, and this one is also great. No lag. The aim can be a little off, and the distance doesn't matter. But the thing that annoyed us and dropped it down to a 4 is no survivors! We're at the gold park, and we have no survivors in the browser one we got 5 in our first area.
Used to play the game years ago. Its more polished now but its also a shameless cash grab. Wont be spending a dollar on this game.
Takes to long to get money to buy new guns when you have to buy them one at a time.
Hello Doppler developers, we love this genre of a zombie game but this one is quite enjoyable with many weapons to obtain but it has a long process but it is not bad. Now the major issue, the sound quality can cut out sometimes with different sound effects or the sound quality lags with annoying sound and it is all. Truly your favorite gamer.
This game is so good, its really smart to have the idea to re-secure other zones to make the gameplay last longer. The music is astonishingly beautiful and so satisfying. We left dead zed on our phone while we were doing laundry and we heard the music, thinking someone was listening to music, but then we realized it came from MY PHONE. We do wish the gameplay was a bit longer, but finding one of our childhood games on the App Store really makes us happy.
Already completed all the lvls once when are the next lvls coming? The game is good thank you.
Its a good game dont get us wrong we just miss the survivor concept of it, where you could send out a scavenging party and they would help you wiping out zombies.
This game has been our hyper focus for the last couple of days. Game play is GREAT! But we did run into a few things that took us out of it: – sometimes the touch screen becomes unresponsive and we cant select anything until we close the app and restart it – when we watch an ad sometimes the gameplay audio will stop and be completely silent until we restart the app – and the gameplay is fantastic but when you start a new round the farthest enemies are insanely difficult to see, even from 2 inches away from our screen. We get its cuz theyre supposed to be far away but just from the pacing of enemy waves, we wanna at least be able to see them clearly so we can try to get a crit shot early rather than when theyre all right in front of us.
We have loved this game since the browser version. However we think if they added the survivor mechanic like in the browser version it would make it so much more fun and challenging. Pls add it Doppler.

5 stars completely a awesome experience for patent shooters and really like the experimental way of using your different guns which is fun but totally worth playing.
Hi we love playing dead zed we played dead zed and dead zed 2 it was the best we got addicted to both and we just fell in love with both we think you should put dead zed 2 on the App Store and you should make a third game of it.
Its been a while ….to find a well crafted simple yet highly enjoyable zombie slashing fun.
We love this game its fun we used to play this 5 years ago on a browser on our pc we are very happy to see it is a moble game It is the first game we ever played and we reccomend it.
The loo land the realstic look in the background looks awesome Shooting cool animation and action and guns.
Pretty good, the gameplay is a lot like the original ones on flash, but we really miss the scavenging and survivor mechanics that you had on flash. We know they arent reading this and this isnt a #suggestions channel on discord, but we really want you guys to add that again to make it be like the original ones.
We think this game is very good for people that need to blow off steam by blowing away zombies. Its very fun to se them fall to the ground. We just wish that the guns we like would have more upgrades. It stops after six upgrades which makes the gun useless for harder lvls.
What a great game as the zombies get closer your adrenaline starts to pump do you just want to get to the next level cant wait to continue to get further and further in this game awesome.
We were really enjoying this game until the commercials started freezing our screen, we keep losing crates and having to redo levels because of this.
We would give this 4 stars but it doesnt last long enough. Its pretty good, a relatively straight forward zombie shooting gallery. The levels get progressively harder but are still doable. Dont waste any money on in games upgrades. Im going to wait a couple of weeks and see if they add more levels. If not Ill delete and move on.
Will there be any more levels after level 40.
