We think you guys mayve let this update go out too soon. Nothing is working. Lots of bugs. Love the game, tho!
Hi, we’re trying to play our game, but we can’t, don’t let us sow or grow our crops so we can’t place our orders or our career tasks.
We love this game. One problem tho, Im unable to harvest our crop of sugar cane. Not sure why. Help lol.
We love this game but for some reason it starts loading and then kicking us out very unhappy with this.
We really like this game and have never really had issues. Since the new update, our app kept crashing and now it wont open at all. We tried force closing and reopening, restarting our phone, and reinstalling the app. We submitted a request on the Decurse zen desk site. Please correct quickly!!
We really want to love this game but ever since we went to panda island there have been so many glitches! We were using bricks to build a house and it was going good so we left the game right after we came back after dinner and it showed none of our progress from before. We looked in our inventory and no bricks! This made us very mad because we were almost done. The second issue is that every time we try to leave panda island to go to our island it will just make us go out of the game every. Single. Time. And to top it all off when we went back to the game all our progress was GONE. This gets us very frustrated because it will replay how to use the bakery and all that stuff. We hope you can change these problems and make us and possibly other people keep loving this game! Edit: it stoped for a little bit but the glitches came back.
Fun, but VERY glitchy game…. With pricey in-app purchases that add up fast and are required to make real progress. Might be worth spending a little money, but the glitches create significant issues with base productivity (e.g., our ours has not been able to produce for several days) that make gameplay impossible. If they can fix the game (and keep it fixed) Ill add to this review.
Since the update today our game wont load. Says no connection but we have everything else on our iPad. Very disappointed. One of our favorite games.

Really like this game but what happened to the Halloween update? When we go to the ship it says event over. How can it be over when it just started today? Very disappointed!
Why do you give us a new program with no idea that it would not work. Sending message of no space on our internet for us….. Every other game load and plays with no problem…. You blame it on own space. So you dont want people to keep your app. Correct.
We love this game and we want to play it more but it randomly started crashing on us and we cant get back in. We dont want to delete it since we dont have an account and we want to play!! Fix it please!
We love, love this game. But there are way too many issues. Such as , can not produce products because of a glitch and every time we touch the apple tree, the whole game just shuts down and disappears. It doesnt seem to get any better, at least not for a few days now.
The update on 10/20 caused the touch screen to be misaligned.
We love the game and will happily fix our review if you fix the game fast. The most recent update caused all our touch points to be off on the screen and the game itself pushes off the screen. This was our favorite game until yesterday!
Cant play since the latest update. It freezes.
Decided to try this game, but upon install, it refuses to load even once! Not cool!
We havent even been able to open our game for the last two days. Nobody from the developers explaining where they are in progress to fixing this game is very frustrating to those of us left waiting to open it and actually play it. We feel like theyre fixing the issues for those on other op systems than iOS. We guess our money isnt as important as others.
Seen the last update some of our farm are not working.
Decurse is a great game, but with the last update we find that the game dumps you to your home screen! We would give it 5 stars, but why play? You loose your game progress after each crash. In addition the game stops allowing you to make progress after you reach level 50. Serious bug fix required.
Would like to see a gem tree were we can get gems from plz.

The game has been freezing up on a us A LOT. This would be less of an issue if it wasnt for the fact that we lose our progress when the app freezes and we have to redo everything Id been doing. Please fix this.
It takes way too long to earn coins. You cant buy the machines to produce the goods youre supposed to produce so we end up just never going back to the game. Im not buying coins. Its a shame because up to about lvl 15 it was our favorite game. Im really disappointed.
Just recently started, this morning still works fine, but when we level up to 10, it just got crashed and could never access the game again. Come on…. U guys got to fix this…. Pls.. :(
While this game is fun to play the constant crash/closes are making us want to delete the game every time it crashes we loose our progress.
Too many items needed to completely restore stuff takes to long deleted due to aggravated.

We give it one star just because of storage. Storage becomes a huge problem once you reach the pandas.
We really like this game but for us there are too many quests all at once. They all need the same items so there is no way to complete some things in the time frame given. We would enjoy it if it was a more relaxing game without the pressure to finish so many things at once.

We like playing this game now we have to make pineapple juice we have the pineapple we need the mint leaf where do we get that leaf we cant find it cant make the pineapple juice with out it.

We are at the MapQuest where we have to make pineapple juice and we have the pineapples but for the juicer thing its asking for like a meant and we have no idea where Im supposed to get that from and we cant find any information about it does anyone know anything?!?

LOVE this game! Pros: Beautiful graphics and easy to play. Even if you dont have friends who play the game you can still easily make/invite friends through the game or else join a clubhouse. Cons: Some productions take almost/over an hour so if you are impatient then you might want to pay to play. They do give you Achievement Awards in the form of gems which you can save to speed up production, buy extra slots, or hire certain characters to help with orders but it will take awhile. Also, the game keeps crashing whenever we try to go to Panda Island; been trying for almost a week now and still never got to visit.
Cool game but its really expensive to play. Everything costs allot of everything to buy,fix,build,make,clean. Then we cant visit friends it says it needs an update but yet App Store says its up to date. We need water wells for the crops instead of gems seriously do your crops grow from gems or water? Please fix this make the game more fun instead of hours and hours of waiting for things to get done or hundreds of dollars to get things done.

We like the game but what we dont like is that the app closes every time we try to play. We’re Deleting it because every time it closes you have to repeat the same action its very frustrating.
Kinda hard to enjoy a game… Especially when we are trying to complete a task within a time limit and now we cannot open the game. We have tried this game before, played sunken secrets as well. Beginning to think delete is the only response good enough for the game.
This game could be a great game if the Developers would understand their customers/app users. If you contact them they offer only excuses but very little problem solving… They open new sections of the game but they do so incompletely. The game has now experienced 2 holds in expansion. The first was at level 30 which lasted over a year and now a new hold at level 50 which has been more than 6 months. Another problem is their game updates especially during a major global competitive event. Updates usually are released in the Google Playstore before they are released through the Apple App Store. This can take up to over a weeks time. And when they get released in the Apple App Store, they are not available in every region which can be days apart. If you want to help a friend with item requests you can not visit the friends Island if one got the update and the other has not. When you contact them they put the blame on Apple or Google. Very poor planning and poor customer service.
Love the game but every time we want to leave the main screen it kicks us out. We have to go back in and redo everything we just did. Had to repeat the same stuff 6 times today. Very frustrated.
