The game is called beach head 2000 by Digital Fusion Inc. We use to play it all the time as a kid on windows 98 on our old IBM.
The entire point is to shoot enemies yet even with then directly in front of us and shooting right at them the shots dont even touch them 75% of the time.
We’ve enjoyed playing this game for a long time. Only complaint is what happened to the leader board scores?
