1/11/22 – now theyve made another change now we collect less than before. Idk what theyre trying to do, but we’ve deleted the game now. (Older review) Idk why this new update is supposed to be better. It seems like they make gathering materials harder and harder all the time. We were finally seeing captains over 250% abilities and now this new captain program is confusing and complicated. To get 600 million in coin almost seems impossible to upgrade some ships. Idk starting to play this less now.
Youll find yourself setting timer alerts for notifications on tasks ending. The last thing you will do every night is send ships on 8 hour trips to gather goods. Found it stressful. Did it for a year and finally deleted app. Great until it was overwhelming and Im sure Im not alone in this experienceHave Fun!!
We will no longer play this game after they took away all the captains that took a long time to obtain. The alternative was terrible.
A game that we can actually enjoy!!
We enjoy play but find the font size used is so small its very difficult to read. Even with our glasses on it is small.
We enjoy this game but the developers keep incorporating more and more pay walls for the players. If we enjoy a game, we will pay to play. They dont have to force us to pay. Raid Shadow Legends for example is a great game that lets you play for free and only gives xtra incentives to pay players. Recently seaport incorporated six star ships. They are available at level 597 if you dont mind spending $10 to get one. Otherwise you have to play to level 700 to be able to get one. This is virtually impossible since you can no longer advance if you dont upgrade your port and it takes the level 6 ships to be able to do this. Then they have this collect all feature that requires you to subscribe to their premium plan to be able to click a select all button for receiving your cargo. Again, its a pay wall. If you want a mindless game to play and not worry about advancing, or you dont mind spending money, this is your game. Update. The devs how now taken all of the players captains that they have been saving and implemented a new admiral feature that is confusing and doesnt work. They will not listen to the players even though everyone hates this update. We feel cheated out of our hard work. We would suggest that you not download this game. There are thousands of other better games that listen to their player base.
We have been spending a lot of time looking for a quility game that will still operate even when im not online, and we thought they didnt exist untill we found this. In our personal opinion we rate this game a hard 10/10.
This was one of our favorite games, but it was on the expensive side. They just redesigned to game to extract even more money from you. Its sad, but expected.
Was on an enjoyable roll with this game until the developers switched Captains for Admirals. Trade slowed to a crawl. Advance in the game? Surebuy some stuff otherwise youll be plodding along at a snails pace. A few more dayspossiblythen Im gonna sink this once enjoyable game. Upgrade? No, this was a downgrade.
We work in the Maritime industry, and this game. It is a lot of fun, as any game , this game in the beginning starts small until you gradually understand the moves and what to do, as you understand more how to play the game the easier it is to play and excel quickly, the only adds are the ones to get bonuses at certain times, you can choose not to watch adds. Sometimes you want to see adds, you pretty much know when the adds will come your choice if you want to see them , as you progress in the game . The ships get bigger as you upgrade them or buy bigger ships, doesnt cost $ $$ $$$. They have challenges in the game . Overall you will like the Game, probably more if you work or know someone in the field, or live by the Sea,

We dont know why you messed with the captains like that. Now we cant carry anything. What the heck were you guys thinking over there. We had a boatload of captains ready to go we’ve been saving when we need them and poof. What we received is definitely not worth what we had. Jeeze.
Made it to level 485 Its a fun game, helps with numbers and its the longest game we’ve ever played on a phone. The creators lack creativity. You can See straight through to there financial greed. Would be nice if you built an actual port, city etc. Its very basic in terms of building your port – its just the same algorithm over and over again. Nothing builds except numbers. When you upgrade, its the same thing different colors and simple stuff. We gave it two stars because the lack of development. Its an algorithm and only the numbers grow, not your port, your town your people. You get more volume, but advancing in the game is like advancing on a game from 25 years ago. As time went on as we advanced we realized more and more how the creators just want you to spend more and advance less in the game. If the game were truly good, with great creators like GTA, Roller Coaster Tycoon or Sim City it would for sure get 5 stars.
Been playing for almost a year. Loved the game, until the Admiral update. Complicated, and ruined it.
With the new update there are things you HAVE to buy to succeed. It used to be that you could accomplish bonus things with gems or ads. Now there are things that can for all intents and purposes only be bought. We get that you have to make money, but if we cant outright buy the game, we should be able to watch ads to succeed. Its not reasonable or fair to force us to spend real money AND watch ads. We can be your customer or your product, but we wont be both. What a shame because you had such a great game until today. Thanks for the good times.
Having enjoyed the game for some time, the latest update has caused us to delete the game. Trying to play and they force you to go thru the process of how you really need to pay to play.
The newest update is very difficult to use the captins you makes it a shi**y game.
Lost all captains with no compensation, and now to get resources you have to wait to get max. Not as fun anymore.
This was our favorite game. However the developers have completely switched the focus and gameplay around 100%. Everything we purchased and used gems for as well as our strategy is completely gone now. They have added so many events and quests almost overnight that its impossible to complete and win. The new Admiral system is totally junk and confusing. Where we use to be able and use one with a 500% boost capacity its now down to just adding 10 more load capacity. You cant complete one quest without numerous sailings. Sadly we bought the event pass like we always have in the past but this is our last one and we will quit playing once it expires. Thank you PIXEL for taking a great fun game and trashing it!
Been playing and building our area for over a month and had been enjoying myself.. Until they just launched this completely unnecessary update which completely changed the game and everything players have been working for. Total rip-off! Dont say you werent warned. Im done unless they change it back.
Well it was great while it lasted! We have enjoyed this game for a number of years and held a lengthy monthly subscription during that time; however unfortunately after the massive changes to the very fundamentals that this game used to operate on are now gone. This new game really should have been a new game altogether instead of pulling a fast one and silently replacing the existing game overnight. This kind of reminds us of when Diablo was killed at Blizzcon in 2018 if anyone remembers, if not check it out on YouTube.
Old captains could net you +500% to +1000% increase in your cargo size. Looks like admirals give you 10% and introduce a new currency in hopes more people will pay for it with micro transactions. Such a downgrade.
Like many others we have played for quite some time, but this update is the end for us. What a shame to do this to loyal players. We delete immediately.
What a dastardly decision to have a player work so hard and long to reach level 500 (done) so they can uncover the nuclear plant (done) & start a new part of the game BUT then only have 6 slot ships available to Play at Level 505. Our god you people are just mean. Are you for real? We love this game but this snafu literally dropped our jaw to the floor. This is so not fair.
We played this game for about a year with no issues, getting to almost level 300 when with the most recent update/monthly change over it lost our progress and reset the game back to zero for us. No thanks. Used it primarily as a was to zone out, guess we will find a different game now.
Pretty stupid game. The only way to progress is by spending money. Otherwise you accrue ships and get supplies at a pace that rivals a geological time scale. It just becomes repetitious.

You tied access to Facebook and its now impossible to play. What a joke. When you try to contact support, Jan, you are put in a submission loop that leads nowhere and does nothing. Dont waste your time on this broken game.
Its only been a couple of days since we installed, but its a great no-stress time-waster. You dont HAVE to spend money – you can just keep moving along at your own pace. Im enjoying it.

And now Seaport doesnt even appear in Amazons list of games. We spent a lot of money and now it seems like a big waste. So we started over on an iPad, but we will not be spending real money to upgrade ships or purchase new ones.
We played this game until we got tired of it. Spent a bunch of money on it as well. Now that we are attempting to get back into the game, it refuses to let us log back in to Facebook. The game starts slow and slows way down unless you spend money and given the issues we are having, money is wasted on this game.
We love sending our ships and making and receiving cargo. Its really relaxing.
This delightful game comes from the same development team as Diggys Adventure and Train station. We havent tried the Port City app or Train station as yet, but Im sure Ill be just as delighted as we have been with Diggys Adventure and Seaport. We love the artwork and the many different aspects to the game and the special events. Its captivating and totally addicting. When we go away from it and come back to it, we cant wait to see where our ships are and how they are progressing. Its just a wonderful game. Nice music and lovely maritime sound effects sea gulls, wind, waves. Thank you, Pixel Federation, for another terrific game!
Im only on level 222 but hoping after level 300 there are topless mermaids.
Bought because the ads made it look fun and interesting. Instead, it is the most repetitious, boring game we’ve ever played. You basically manage products and warehouses so you can ultimately get gems. In order to use for more products. Over and over again, and progress is like watching a glacier move. And when you upgrade buildings, the existing item disappears – which means that your neat little town is pretty much ALWAYS improvement bars – because upgrades can take over THREE DAYS. For a MINOR upgrade. After a couple months, we havent opened in days. Just not worth the wasted time, and definitely not worth spending $$ on. SUPER BORING!!
Love the game. Been playing it 4 months now we figure. For us we play it once per day. Unload the boats and send them out again type of thing. An upgrade here or there but since it takes long to get the boats back we don’t give it much touch time.
We love the gameplay of this app! AND the ads are optional for a reward. (Unlike some games we play) this one doesnt just give you an ad even if you pressed dont give us an ad for this.
Last really long time fun game to play and not completely pay to win cause you still need to be the right level.
