Made it through the first level without being asked to pay.
We love the game and the only reason we gave it four stars out of five is because of the edge of the screen play. You cannot zoom all the way out and see your entire Plainfield. At least its like this on the iPad.
We thought we were increasing our starting health but no its only for that level. Total rip-off.
Graphics are great and game play is fun but the inability to zoom out wide enough to see all the action makes this game impossible. You cant see whats going on half the time and when you can the landscape and the army blend together.
If you're the type of person who enjoys paying in order to win a game, this one may be right up your alley. Without paying, it's a waste of time.

Awesome game. The best tower defense Ive played on our phone. Its very complete over all and love that you dont have to watch an ad every 30 seconds to play the game. Im on mission 12, excited to play the rest. Ive been playing many hours since we downloaded.
Its fun. Each game can be quite long.
You really have to play this to win. Not sit back and watch.
Regardless of the level the challenge to stay ahead of the game is there. At 70+ year old we enjoy it very much.

We do enjoy the game but some of the text is so small we cant read it and the enemies dont stand out enough from the background. The game doesnt seem to fit the screen proper. Thats it for the negative. We love everything else about it, weapons are nice, graphics are nice, and the gameplay is good.
Love playing, but very glitchy on iPad. Double tapping a tower sometimes restarts the game. Very annoying.
We do love the game but we gets a little overwhelming. We think you should implement a mode that allows you to keep a running balance from stage to stage. Simple and effective but game changing.
Fun, good difficulties, not pay to win. But, a little hard to see exactly whats going on down there lol.
Screw mission 12. Was a good game up until that point but the balancing is so piss poor. Ive tried it for hours, different ways and get to the same wave to fail again and again.
We like the game, we play all the versions. Good mechanics and game play. However. 1. The game is impossible, read that again, impossible to win at higher levels, without paying, even at easy level. 2. If you buy weapons, THEY CANT BE USED ON THE NEXT LEVEL. They disappear when you move to the next level. Lost some money that way. In short, we like the game, but will be deleting as its not a good experience.

We download so many games but few hook us. This is one.
10 out of 10 for us. It didnt have any instructions but just click on a turret slide it over to grid area and let go and upgrade. Thats it. Fun.
The game is fun. The problem is as you progress the difficulty becomes insane. You can spend real money for coins to buy support, money, or health or you can watch two ads to get coins for free which are available every 15 minutes. The problem arrives when this goes from being an option if you want or need a little help but ultimately becomes a necessity to beat the level. Not only are there times you have do this multiple times in a level but sometimes you may even have to do this during ONE wave. It takes the fun out of the game making it less about strategy in choosing towers and picking their placement and more about watching ads.
We love war games and all tower defense games are childish put together boom best game ever war tower defense.

Just as the title says, the game is incredibly well made and entertaining until a certain mission. Its literally just a wall preventing you from beating the rest of the game, literally unbeatable even on easy mode.
This is a really good game had perfect health until the end when we wanted to load a weapon on the bottom of the screen but we didnt think we had trouble we kept trying to select the weapon to upgrade it we couldnt select it had trouble the weapon load out was in the way they need to make a touch button for when u select a weapon it can pop up n down it messes with a weapon u select u try n touch it u cant the weapons keeps getting in the way.
Good graphics. Good sized map. Lots of waves on each map. Just need a way to see what each weapons capabilities and costs are before the game. One of the best tower defense games Ive played.
Great graphics, easy to navigate, and lots of fun! Great that the purchases are not necessary, but helpful. We hate games that lure you in as free but then make it impossible to play without paying. This is an excellent balance. It would be helpful to get the details on the weapons simply by clicking on the weapon button. We have not idea what they do until we position them.
Our fav tower defense game. We have had Defense Zone 1, 2 and 3. Enjoy them all tremendously. Apple and Android versions and we think we even have one on Steam. Very good graphics.
Its a good game lengthy levels and a good challenge.
Just like the tower defense games of yore. Much fun. Lots of noise and flahing explosions. Hooray.
We made to level 5 on easy and it just gets way too difficult to enjoy.
This game is great and will challenge you however tower upgrades are costly and the rate of income of money to buy upgrades is too low and slow to get them. The enemy will overrun you by the time you get the money to upgrade. This forces purchases in order to upgrade and you can spend a lot quick.
Menus get in the way and its way too hard even if you are on easy mode.
No complaints? Just kidding Im wanted in 17 countries for our birthday.
Ive played plenty of tower defense games and we have not found a new to us one in quite awhile that has held us as this one has. We are still learning and regularly losing, free ads to watch if you want to get coins for things like an airstrike or napalm (enjoy figuring that baby out). Im stuck on the level Im stuck at, and playing back levels to beat our times and score. We think that says a lot about the game. We wont be deleting this probably until they stop servicing it bc we suspect its going to take some time to beat the last level on nightmare. We wholly recommended this tower defense game. Dont be afraid to restart your Round even when its wave 12 of 30 when you smell your tactic is wrong; immediately test your theory. (the more you know).

Pathetic that levels take up to two hours, some of us play for fun.
Because you dont buy in to the game your easy ends up being on extreme. And it keeps you from getting free coins or health we figured it out which is way its stupid game.
Please fix. You cant see tower under your finger when placing. Other than that, its an edge of your seat kind of game.
Best tower defense Ive ever played.
One of the better td battle games we've played, it is not a pay to play and has pretty good graphics.
Great game but up about the 18th level or so even on easy, its near impossible to win without spending money for credits or lives.
We got to level 2 stage 17 and up to that point we were stopping them dead in their tracks then all of a sudden we couldnt stop anything at all. Im sure there are diamonds or coins or something we could buy to win but Ill just play another game instead.
The third mission is not going through without a donations. Starting from the third mission, you can't pass without a donation.
Theyve made this impossible! We hate to say it but its TOO hard. Ive loved this series but we would not spend money on this CD.
Good game over all but the ads for us are weird they are upside down.
