We love this game its just so amazing the details everything its kind of like if youre playing in the online server but youre not and also we like give them energy shots but at the same time its kind of weird but ignore that the training sessions are so good all the race maps are just beautiful.
We have played this game a ton over the years and we have to admit the graphics arent the best but it is honestly a really fun game that isnt loaded with adds.
Im still curious why the profile picture of the game does not have a rider on him.
We just got this game and we like it so far, but there are a few bugs that need fixing. First, the music wont stay turned off. Second, the charms do not have the propper icons. The icon is for coins, but it says they cost gems. Third, why on earth do stable expansions cost gems? This is not fair to new players, like us. At least offer 2 or 3 stalls in the starter stable. If these are fixed, this game would be well worth a 5 star rating. A few suggestions. Id love to buy more than 1 item at a time when buying food and treats. Id love to select our jockeys skin tone.

This worlds most addictive game we hav never said that to a game befor its a little hard to get the hang of it its a little hard but once you got it its amezing.

We love this game. The only thing we would like to see is maybe more crops during races. We like the coat patterns you can get that u can't pay for. We got a horse that looked like a tiger once! Some people say that u have to buy gems to get more horses, but if u place first in certain races it gives u 10-20 gems. That's how we got the big barn.
We love this game so much!!! It's action-packed and we love taking care of the horses and racing them. We highly recommend this game if u love horses.
Derby Quest is such a joy to play. We have only one issue with the gameplay and a few bugs to report, but overall this is an excellent and addictive game. First, sometimes when we are racing a horse, we have another racer on the right or left side of our horse, but the mechanics won't let us veer away from that racer. Second, when you switch the jockey from male to female and vise versa, the female version only shrinks at the waist (appropriately, which is nice) and receives a long ponytail, but does not change the face. It is odd that we have a female jockey with a man's face…that is something we would like fixed. Third, it took us hours to figure out this one: when we are trying to purchase a treat, feed, tack, or equipment for our jockey, the only options we see are apples, hay, the basic tack/equipment. For some reason, the scrolling part of the par that should display the other options is blank. We are able to purchase the other options, however, by blindly tapping the blank page, but we do not like this at all. Lastly, on an older version of this game that we played years ago, the color of a new horse's coat was decided by genetics. That feature was very intriguing to us, and we are rather upset that it is gone. Again, overall this is an amazing game and we don't ever plan on stopping playing it. If you love horses and want a more interactive (free) game, do not hesitate to try this game out. We would not suggest skipping the tutorial, this is not a very self-explanatory game. -A very pleased DQ player.
A lot of apps have gems that you can't earn fast but this app gives you ways to earn the gems by winning races and you can breed horses to get an amazing foal and it requires strategy to win you don't have to level up.
There is a terrible blinking flashing lights thing that happens when you race sometimes please fix that. And also would love for the audio to have background horse noises instead of just the repercussions music all the time. And when we shut the music off it wont stay off after we raced please fix that. And it would be nice to not have to always whip the horse to push the horse to go faster. And would be nice if you could make the horses look bit more realistic. Also see if you can include steeplechase racing Id love that. Other than that we like this game we love the gallop sounds during training and racing and seeing the horses go fast.
The games concept is very good and it is very fun, but we think that it needs to have better quality. Also is has many bugs and glitches.
So we were going through the beginning and wanted to name our horse… But the name button is SO SMALL. MY FINGERS CANNOT PRESS IT. FIX THIS! We WANT TO NAME MY HORSE.
This game has a really good concept but all it needs is a bit of updating for online and it would be a good idea to be able to have online stores where you can buy and sell horses with your friends.
We havent got far yet but so far exactly what we were looking for. We hope you dont need more diamonds to advance in game.
This is a one of the great free horse racing games we have, however the only problem we have with it is how the CGI's when racing with them have unlimited crop while which is unfair and the money situation. The only way you can have more horses is if you buy a bigger barn, but the barns are so expensive in in-game money! So the only way you can get that amount of money is buy actually buying it! Personally we don't think that's fair but other than that this game is a great choice.
We have had this app before on several phones and tablets and liked it. But now on our iPhone XR it wont even load up. We would delete and download but we will lose the progress we have so now what.
Its an OK game it just has to many adds…. But still a good game.
So, this game is pretty good. We will list the problems in it so yeah. 1) The horses somehow become untrained if you dont play for like, lets say a week. Its kind of annoying because in real life racehorses become trained and stay trained. 2) The horses need food EVERY SECOND! It is annoying to have to feed them like, every 5 minutes! Please change this and make them get fed like, twice or once a day. 3) The graphics… They are just.. Like… UGLY!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix the graphics! The horses and horse color graphics are so YESTERDAY!! Please fix them! So, these are our suggestions! Thanks for reading.
We think that is was good but had very bad cartoon animals and people in it and it is kinda creepy.
Emma it's ok but we kinda like it we would give it a 3 star rating because you tried not saying it's bad or anything but just need improvement.
Dont get us wrong this game is great and all but a WHIP??? Thats brutal please fix that.
At first we pressed start tutorial but then when we breed the horse we picked mystery for the gender and it didnt even tell us it was a girl so we named her jack on accident and we couldnt even press were you name the horse it was really annoying and we lost the race we feel like there should be a place were you can rename the horse and you should be able in the race to have more were you get to hit the hose to make it go faster thats what we think people may not agree with us but it would be nice if you could change those things (Ps. Sorry we dont know that much about horses).
This game seems to be very good according to the reviews! But……..SHE WONT DOWNLOAD! It's is the shameful!!no horse for us, mates.
We really want to like this game, but we have some issues 1) the game does not seem to load fully or always run smoothly. We can't see what we're buying, the tutorial froze repeatedly, etc 2) the races are not consistent. 3) the game play itself is confusing (the icons measuring stats, for example, could use terms or a better labeling system.)we find ourselves flipping back and forth between directions and gameplay 4) getting a stable shouldn't cost absurd amounts of real money. 5) the whole breeding concept isn't straightforward enough. The statistics don't seem to pass on in an appropriate fashion.
It kicks us out in the middle of the game.
Best racing game Ive ever played, but it kicked us out of the app and wont let us back in and we have won lots of money and even got a pretty dapple grey horse that we really dont want to lose.
Overall it is a good game we just dont like that they use WHIPS to make them go faster that makes us so sad even if its in a game we just got this game and already deleted it because we cant see horses get hit by a Whip to make them go faster it is so sad. The horses are very cute tho and there are so many patterns if u can watch horses literally get whipped then u would probably like it.
The reviews are great but the game is definitely not, when you breed your horse it says the color of the horse depends on the genes but a put a black horse and a brown ish black ish horse and we got a really light colored brown horse. The graphics are not good and the you cant even do anything in the races all you do is wip the horse. If you you want a free five star review game with good graphics and amazing realistic races you should get rival star horse racing. Its the best horse game we have ever played.
We first got this game years ago and it was the best game we had played. Everything worked smoothly. The horses were all specific. They updated it and all the horses are different the names switched to different colors. The game is choppy. We dont get what happened. We used to would give 5 easily. But its definitely 1 now.
We have never played this game ever before and we never will. The reason why is that horse racing is a form of animal cruelty. Between 700-800 horses die from horse racing every year and we still keep doing it. It is clearly shown that the horse racing industry does not want you to find out about this because it took one person 3 days to find proof of a horse being put down on the race track. Also, it is proven that when the jockeys whip the horses with a crop it does not make the horse go any faster. Adding on to that is that the majority of racing horses are drugged, which is incredibly wrong and inhumane. Another fact is that a lot of jockeys use a buzzing device that is illegal, but does not stop them from using it, that hurts the horse badly. Therefore, this app is wrong and should not be supported due to the horse racing industry. P.S. The only reason we gave it one star is because it made us rate it to send this review. (we wouldnt have given it one star if it wouldnt have made us.).
We tried to move the saddle and it didnt move. After thinking we daleeted it don,t downloaded this game. Ps if Ld shadow lady Is reading this we are one of youre biggest fans.
We cant do anything because we dont have enough coins we cant even buy a horse. We only had it a couple of days and it is really annoying when we dont have anything HELP.

Game crashes all the time. Then we try to load it after playing for awhile and it restarts from the beginning. It does not load our old saved game.

We would rate this zero stars we tapped to start the tutorial and it told to select a stallion ( male horse ) and we were going to chose one and it just continued and told us to pick a mare ( female horse ) sence it didnt let us pick the stallion we tried to pick one and it did nothing and the same thing happened to the mare and when we tried to pick the mare and stallion it would not let us do we just continued it said to pick a colt color and we couldnt do anything and then it told us to pick a name it did nothing DO NOT GET THIS GAME IT IS ANNOYING.
