We’ve been playing this game now for about 5 years pretty steady. We absolutely love this game.
We have played this game for years. Now it requires an update and the update is requiring a credit card. If we are forced to give cred card info in order to play this game, we will simply delete the app and go to something new.
We enjoy the game. The values change while you are playing causing you to have to buy more energy. It cheats on the amount of energy that you use.
Way too small too reed. Is that wgy you dint show that in preview? Cannot play. Sad.
We completely understand that ads are necessary for these games to be free. And we used to watch most of them. Now however, theyre abusive. Too long, 35 to 40 seconds, mostly about topics we have zero interest in, you think youre finally at the end, but no, it diverts you to a download page. Now ads just appear randomly. Get back to ads about products we might have at least some interest insubjects other than games we will NEVER download. And keep the length 15 seconds or so in length and go back to letting us choose to skip the ad if we choose. As it is now, it just pisses us off and we would rather shut down the game than sit through 35 seconds of Royal Match or Merge Mansion.
We like this game because this is actually the best game and is very we like the skin the most because our other games. Oh our second games are our favorite. What is game? What is our first favorite!
Its a pretty fun game thatll help you wind down at the end of the day.
This game is awesome and very addicting. You are always being challenged by so many different levels.
Been playing for years and am not happy about the change that was made to get Material. You have to look up all of the regions just to find what you want. Dumb idea.

You lost our interest right out of the gate with only 1 female character option and dialog that called us "son" at the start of the game. It’s 2023. The female gaming population is significant! Get with the times, fix your game, and make it inviting and inclusive for both genders.
We really enjoy this game. However, we had to buy a lot of gems to progress. You can wait for the game to replenish your energy-but that would take forever. There are so many levels we don’t see the end in sight.
How do we buy new event quests with our emeralds? We use to be able to buy them on the map part the older quests like Diggys bday parties in the past and was slowly working through them. Now they have disappeared altogether. Where did they go?
We would give it five stars score if there were fewer adds.
The changes to the maps are terrible in the latest update. Navigation between maps is difficult, knowing which levels need clearing is now tedious. You really dropped the ball in this update. Zero stars.
Not liking the ADs in the game now you dont get any energy. We can see watching them for extra energy but not when you go to a new area in the game. Thinking about leaving the game now.
The new layout for the maps is terrible and just plain inefficient. Please put it back to how it was. You may think this new layout looks cool and fancy, but its mostly just confusing, non-intuitive, and, we repeat, inefficient.
Update is terrible just , hey devs read all the reviews on this update and thats how we feel also . Couldnt youve just fixed the glitches without ruining the graphics making Id child like and cartoony . Impossible to like how you have the quests now . All we can say is really really whats the matter with the way it was.
We’ve been playing this game for a few years for free. Its always had commercials if you want to double a prize, or earn extra energy, but here lately when we go from one screen to the next a pop up commercial will run which is extremely annoying. Quite often the add freezes and crashes the app. We also often get a sign pop up that says no internet connection, which we think goes back to their servers being overloaded, not our internet.
The game layout was fine before, why change it so drastically? The maps are a jumbled messes now and dont even have access to the events Im trying to complete. We cant see how far along we are on different areas. We think we need to walk away from the game for a while, its so much more difficult to navigate and figure out where we need to go and do. This was one of our favorite games.
There is no skill or fun in games that just require you to remove stones after stones of various point or have numerous pierces that cost thousands to remove or get around in order to play game. Very few skill sections are in games and it has because boring. We understand the need to make money but you wont if we all leave.
Do you even read your criticism or do yall just rubber stamp them. You dont even try to answer the concerns. Saying go to a web site doesnt solve the issue. And if you going to rubber stamp a response at least change the time stamp.
We are enjoying this game more than any other game . We play it every day. Love the storylines.
So much enjoyment from solving the puzzles. So many chuckles from the hint posts and notes(left by absent npcs). Tons of fun trying to meet all the challenges. So what if you decide to buy some offers to level up your fun, this game is a total blast. Even if you dont know anything about ancient or current history, you can learn something along the way.
We enjoy the casual nature of the game, with cooking and crafting. Play until your energy is out, and there are several ways to get more energy, or just come back to the game later!
We’ve been playing for awhile now and we over all love the game, but all the sudden it wont let us play. It says that we tried to buy something and we need to update it. Love the game, but Im not trying to buy stuff.
The game itself is fun, but the conversation, between characters and on the signs within the game, is adult. Conversation about marriage infidelity, violence, etc, is common. For a game rated for children, this should be considered.
The special events cost too much for the short length of time that they last.

When we changed phones we ended up losing all of our progress. We didnt play again for a long time but we have to say we re-downloaded it and am enjoying jt just as much as we were the first time.
Having problems with the level English gardens one of the lights are missing.
We do not mind watching ads for energy or extras. Do it all the time but we put our foot down on random pop up ads that interrupt our play! This just started the other day so we imagine you had an update. We guess Ill be deleting this game too!
The new random ad pop ups and extreme energy required to dig blocks as you progress into higher levels have ruined the game. Used to be our favorite. Disappointed.
Let us make sure we understand this. You force us to watch ads that do not provide any type of rewards and then you expect us to pay to have them stop. The App Store is full of games that nobody plays because of this and you will quickly join their ranks.
We play this on several devices. Cant beat this game. The theme events rock. Played for four+ years and shall continue.
We have played this game for years and now within the last week they have slipped in random ads you are forced to watch before you can continue to play. We have no problem watching ads if Im getting something for it, but just because is a way to get us to delete a game really fast!
It is a good game for kids and adults. We love it.
