This is a great game with delicious recipes, which we have tried. Always makes you curious what adventure is coming up next. The costumes for some characters could be better, but overall its a fun game.

This is such a fun game. We love playing it everyday.
Its a good game. Challenging at times BUT since the latest update it has a lot of bugs that need worked out.
We gave it 4 stars because you have to pay to get money and stuff so we think you shouldn,t pay and just earn and also watch ads for coins diamonds and keys but other then that its awesomeeee so we really think you should get this game when your bored and just keep trying and try not to rage quit lol best game!

RECENTLY EVERY TIME we PLAY A LEVEL AN AD STARTS AT THE SAME TIME. THEN WHEN we BOOT BACK TO THE LEVEL we HAVE 20 SECONDS LEFT, ANGRY CUSTOMERS AND we HAVE TO REDO IT. We KEEP LOSING ALL MY GROCERY POINTS TOWARDS LEVELS we CANT EVEN PLAY. NOW WHOS THE ANGRY CUSTOMER!
The map is confusing to navigate. Its hard to switch locations.
We still miss the original version of this game that came out in 2003. And Wedding Dash too. Fun times, good games!
This game was fun back in 2019 we even paid money for currency at times. However, this game has really dumbed down, meaning there is no real strategy to make in this game . The old version at least had villains that made it dark at times and and u really had to make careful placements of the characters back then, but now this game is for a 1yr old. Also glu mobile really need to open Wedding Dash back up so a playa like us can enjoy a really thought out strategy game . Oan o still love cooking dash because it has a since of suspense about it .. But diner dash is really lacking something even with the new updates ..
The game is fun but its hard to get diamonds without spending money and using groceries as lives makes it harder because you only get to play so many times before you have to wait. If this wasnt the case id probably play it constantly, but needing 10+ diamonds to upgrade each item is impossible without spending money – it would take FOREVER. Updating to one star: everytime we click an option to add 30 seconds or watch an ad it crashes our game and our original rewards are lost on top of the bonus as well as any special boosts we used – funny that it can take the boost but not give us what we won? Apparently the bonus is you get nothing.
Love the game but its super glitchy on our phone and freezes/shuts down on me.

We love this game but there are flaws such as clicking on an icon and it does not work or clicking on the game to play to get stars and it does not work but will take your groceries even if you do not play because of a crash or retry/restart is required.

We really wish we could zoom out enough to see more of the map at the same time. Its so hard to see the bigger picture. We like to change items on the map based on the season/time of year. But we cant even see the layout to know which direction to move the map. Please make it so we can really zoom out and see the layout of more buildings at a time instead of tiny sections.

We agree. Its. Fun game to play but too glitchy. Whats the point of putting money into it? The constant changes to the TOS makes sense. We think the pirate theme is the best them ftm. Ill likely get a robot response, if any at all. Fun game and entertaining. It can be considerate in gem free but if you dont play constant, youll miss out. Its a challenge but definitely not what we remember. Pros would be that, likely because of reviewer feedback, theyve created challenges where you do have free play and offer free gems. We think thats great. Please be less buggy and work on bugs with redeeming sale icon items so that they reflect what is paid. We think thats detailed, if you need more, please feel free to peruse other similar reviews.
We would pay for the old, original Diner Dash game! We have played many time management games and succeeded to the maximum. This version is designed for the players failure unless money is spent for upgrading features. The gems & stars needed for upgrading are quickly used. Even when immediately fulfilling the customers needs, some levels are impassable without spending real money.
Its amazing how these games get you going down a rabbit hole. The only way to play and actually make progress in the game is by paying money. We paid $10 and was already out of the gems we bought in 1 hour. If you guys made these games more affordable, we would be willing to play. Also, there are too many elements to the game. We wish it was more like the version we played in the early 2000s. We dont care for the story line and we dont understand the pirate hat thing. This game is a joke.
Stingy with pretty much anything you need to progress in the game. Ad heavy.
There is a current glitch/bug with the secret menu for the current pirate theme campaign. It takes you through the end of the secret menu by the eagle, but then the whole app freezes. The most recent update didnt fix the problem. Such a bummer.

We love the game. Its fun, it doesnt force you to watch ads or buy anything. The storys cute and its got events. Its just like the classic diner dash with a modern look. Im writing this review tho to request an update with more decorative options. Id like to see more options or new options. Some buildings have cute stuff you can work a lil harder for and some stuff is just plain. We believe more options would encourage more game play.
We downloaded the new version yesterday, but it did not load). It showed it was downloading, but still nothing.
We’ve been playing Diner Dash for a couple of years, and love it. Recently, pop-up ads have been a thing. Totally get that. Our concern is ever once in awhile we get an ad for an inappropriate game. Some lusty story game. We cant remember the name because we spend the entire time disgusted and looking for the x to close out. This is a kid/family oriented game. Please moniter the ad content better, or at least give us the option to block certain types of ads.
This game has some things going for it. Graphics are great, bonuses are good for new players, and pacing is good so far. However we cannot stand the endless pop-ups and hand holding at the start. It gives you boosters then immediately forces you to use them needlessly on easy beginner levels. It forces you to accept rewards before youre ready. Just let us play the game without having to X out of 50 deals, promotions, events, news, etc!
Stop auto selecting powerups at the start of each round so we run out of them. Stop it. You are bad and should feel bad.
This was a cool app. We make in-app purchases regularly but recently, Im get less but being asked to pay for more (like the secret menu). Thats not cool and its a definite turn off. We will not play or purchase as often if it continues this way. NOT COOL!!!
Ok we look at the comments and we download it and we immediately starts glitching out and we have to restart our computer again and again and again read the comments before you download it sooo Bye.
We used to play this game back in grad school (15 years ago) and it was amazing. This version is well, stupid tbh. The game used to be intuitive and straightforward. Now its been mucked up with a lot of features that are dumbed down and not at all fun. Im installing and deleting this app on the same day. Bring back the Classic version of this game!
We used to play this game a lot and enjoyed it. We havent played for several months then we remembered why. Way too many ads with no rewards and you have to click off of boosters before every round. Its a shame because we really like the game, but dont want to spend half our time watching ads.
We spent money on this game to stay at par with other players. But due to bugs we lose items and need to spend money to regain what we lost. Many activities are time based and we get messages that they are having trouble with servers. So we lose games and events. There is no means for us to contact them. If you like this level of frustration and willing to throw money away , this game is for you. Example there is an uncommon wheel you can save up for a free spin. 2% chance to win character skin credits. We get that every time. We already own all character skins. And still thats all our wheel lands on.
You have to watch ads and its impossible to progress in game without spending your money. They also auto use any perks before levels so you have to remember to deselect them.
It takes entirely too long to update new levels . Now its just stuck on the dog level and havent updated since. New update wont allow you to exit screen. Bad glitch.
This week they dropped the new Christmas version and, for the first time, added ads. LOTS of ads. The ads automatically play after every single challenge, which disrupts the flow of the game since most of the challenges are timed to last only about 1 minute 30 seconds. (All previous versions of the games only played ads if the user elected to watch an ad to earn more coins or gems.) The game no longer is fun, so into the delete bin it goes.
You cant pass half of the levels without purchasing gems and power ups, its really obnoxious.

There used to be a diner dash remade Mobil game that was newer and they traded it for this awful game it had Flo in it and everything now they took that away and geared this game for kids.
Maybe the 5 different ad spams wouldnt be so bad if the entire game didnt freeze and shut down every single time yall show ads or try to force people to make in app purchases. This game used to be great, not sure what yall did to it.
