We have been playing this game since what, 2013(?) and we have unlocked 4 worlds YES 4, WITHOUT PAYING. We have also gained multiple theme main prizes, again, WITHOUT PAYING. Not all though, which Im fine with. We are already at the Endless and Journey levels. Disney still earns $$ from us by us clicking on the videos to get extra lives and get 3 extra moves, AND also through our 3 month subscription to Disney yearly (my bday month, our daughters bday month and December. ) yeah Im that cheap. Im so thankful to this game because it has helped our anxiety from job hunting, pregnancy, post partum, and thru all the political turmoil (instead of engaging trolls on the net). We loved that this game also helps us to focus on more important things in life like adulting so we can look forward to playing this game for a quick break. Its a great diversion. It has also helped us practice and achieve self control. Imagine wanting to pay a sale to get ahead in the game but nnnnope. We know that once we pay, Ill never stop. Ironically this game has taught us balance because when we overdo or get addicted to it (or any game) our shoulders start to hurt and we get migraines. So yeah the key to this game is patience and lastly, GO READ THE BIBLE. God bless.

Our mom and we both had the problem of the plaza freezing. We ended up having to delete and reinstall. However we both lost around 500 levels already completed and she lost a bunch of helpers. Ugh!
We cannot open Arendelle, for the last two day it has kicked us out of the game when trying to open.
We’ve been playing this game for years and absolutely love it! Its challenging and fun. Our only complaint is that it defaults to arrendale plaza during 22 day specials. We had to get a new iPad cuz the old one couldnt view that area anymore. It would just boot us out.
Suddenly when we try to open Arendelle, it takes us completely out of the app. What gives? Love this, but this is frustrating.
Love the game but it wont download new levels.
Although we really enjoy this app and have been playing it a long time we feel its rigged at times so you purchase items that allow you to win the a level. There have been too many times when the move we make doesnt work like it should that in turn doesnt get us to the next level. We would hope this is not the case but that has been our experience. We also had to question duplicate charges.
Having problems with the whole game working. It keeps wanting to stop the game. Frustrating.
We can get on the game but when we try to go to Arendelle the game completely shuts down.
This is a fun easy game that you can play in short periods of time. Its easy to learn and that isnt our issue. As you progress through the levels, you try to clear the board with different challenges. Some are challenging however when you set of multiple items in the challenge the game only counts this as one action. For example, theres one level where you need to set off multiple geysers. If you get three to blow at one time the score keeper only gives you one point instead of the correct number that was just set off. So some of the levels that are harder you get stuck for long periods of time. We dont purchase in-app things like more lives or more tools. Thats dumb its a game. We would just like our points to be calculated correctly.
We’ve been trying to open the app all day, but as soon as we open it, it shuts down.
Any fix coming? We’ve restarted the iPad, opened app from store, nothing works.
Recently reinstalled after a few years. We used to love Frozen Free Fall but they made it easier. No more timed games (at least up to level 73) and many levels are a lot easier than they used to be. Oh well. Deleting it.
Three days now we have tried to open the app. It loads to the opening screen, but when we hit play to crashes. We were in the middle of a special event and now we cant finish it. Totally frustrating. Even more frustrating is when the developers do not provide an update.
Love this game we have been through 3 maps and still on adventure love the plaza find myself playing it all the time.
We cant believe you took away the 7th day snowball! So stingy! Why do we play this game?
We were playing our game and all of a sudden our characters powers all have 1 when most had 5 to 8. We have that you only get 12 coins a level, but you get gold and silver blocks but there are only a few things you can so you have gold and silver blocks with nothing to purchase.
We use to love this game when disney owned it. We no longer find it as fun to play. You’re forced to buy powerups even when you win levels. Some levels as so hard that you have to spend power ups to win them but as we said above , you have to pay for some. Sadly we would no longer recommend this game. Also when there is a special event when you can earn tickets for special items it use to be do able now it is not. You can only earn about 25 tickets per level and there are no large blocks you can earn like before You would have to play 320 levels to earn the prize. Totally undoable which is sad.
We play this game OFTEN which includes us spending money OFTEN. Could you all PLEASE stop it from Freezing so much? We lose lives, which OFTEN is our last life and Im frustrated and disappointed bc we just know if we could have finished this last game we would have beaten it this time. Alsoooo please fix 545 in the winter games. It has a glitch.
Since City Jam all the good incentives and rewards are gone. Yes you can earn a lot of coins but you can only buy so much for your village as the special items come in veeeery slow. Please fix glitching from last update and make more things available to buy with the coins win in the game… Lives, power up, unlock special gifts…
We have been playing this game for years, and it has become almost impossible to progress. The changes are clearly pushing in-app purchases. In their effort to make more money on this game, they are driving people, including people like us who did spend some money, away.
We agree with previous reviewer.. Been playing for years and while we like challenges, its become ridiculous on some levels and clearly seems designed to force use of power ups that must be bought, as its now too hard to collect them. Does not make it as much fun. Not an incentive to play when it takes too long to get past a level.
We have been playing Frozen Free Fall for years. The levels have been challenging but not impossible until recently. We noticed we started having trouble almost every other level. We have been on the same Hard level for weeks now. We refuse to use ice picks and/or snowballs because they are too hard to build up. (It didnt used to be hard to build up ice picks and snowballs.) In the past, we would spend money on In-App Purchases from time to time, especially during the special Arendelle Plaza events. No more. We will not give this game one more penny (which should not be hard since we probably will not be playing much longer.) This game is no longer fun, so why bother.
Love the game!! Its amazing the levels are tricky so go get the game!
We played this game years ago and started playing again during the Pandemic. There seems to be some coding aimed at losing lives, power ups, boosts etc and nudging you to buy more. All apps do this so whatever. The thing that caused us to finally delete this app is feeding ghosts in the Summer level. This changed the game and not for the better. We found this to be super boring and counter to how the game works. Deleting.
The app was updated yesterday (10.14.20) and now it keeps crashing.
This is our best app but the last update make the app crashed on our iphone 11 pro max and not opened.
We have been playing this game for a while and we are over 400 levels. Recently in northern lights and our upper levels we are getting kicked out in the middle of a game. This is very frustrating and thus we are lowering our star for the review.
We love this app very much, play the game all of the time. Since the latest update, the app crashes. As soon as it opens, the credits roll and it makes a weird noise and crash. Please fix! We love this game, really dont want to have to delete it and start over.
This update is terrible. We cant even load game now. It crashes just when its about to open on our iPhone 11. Once fixed and Im sure the game will be as entertaining as it was prior to the update.

Our favorite game! Play it all day every day. Im 48yrs old.
We love this game and we’ve been playing since 2016. With that being said we should be way farther than what we am. Im on level 66. While this game is so pretty and well made, its honestly one of our favorites but some of the levels are just a little over the top. We couldnt imagine a child playing this at all. We barely get through most levels by the skin of our teeth and this game can get extremely frustrating and this is coming from an adult perspective. We like a challenge but not something that feels impossible. We can see why you can unlock the other levels for a small fee because thats probably the only way Ill ever get to play something besides the winter map. Its just impossible!!
Been playing this game foe several years now, our mom had it for the kids and then we download it. When frozen 2 came out and we think they were trying to plug a new frozen game, changes in the game made it more difficult without putting money into it. Daily rewards changed and when you can use the specials. We now can work on the same level for a week or more and we never earn any of the rewards through the game anymore because of that. The extra games and special prizes are rare now. Our kids stopped playing with the changes, it too hard for them. The game was much better before all the changes.
We cant get the new items downloaded after the new update and we cant play it now on we pad air.
New owners of this game has changed this game to their pay to not win trash set up.

This is the only mobile game we play regularly! Its cute and fun while challenging without being tedious. Our only request would be to please consider updating Hans model and/or adding new outfits (formal/winter) for him! We love that we can pick companions in Journey, and Id love to see him updated like the rest of our other faves have been.
