We got this game earlier today and we cant stop. The animation style and storyline of the game are executed so well. Cant wait for any future updates for this game!!
This game is so fun. Even if im bored, we get to play this puzzle game and have fun with it. It has everyones favorite characters and makes it more fun. Its also addicting cause its so cute and you cant stop playing it. This is one of our favorite games for far cause we love dinsey and puzzles. It helps your brain to understand the mission. We literally cannot stop playing it. You can also invite your friends to play too. Its a fun way to be able to have fun.
We got up in levels very quickly and then abruptly just started losing a lot more often than Id win. The bombs to go vertical or horizontal on a row look exactly like the ones that blow up 4 pieces around it and a rando. The costumes are cute, but they are confusing to apply. The Minnie dress lets u change 6 pieces, which it does at random. We dont really get it.
We loved the puzzles! They were so fun. :D.
As a huge Disney fan this is a great game to get a Disney fix!! So much fun and challenging!!

Very enjoyable puzzle game from Disney. Just enough story that you can also skip through if you want to level quickly. Its fun collecting outfits and getting gems to purchase items often enough. Level 690 and still fun. Some players we noticed are in the 1,000s!

Got to say it, but seriously a fun game. It can be played completely for free, the characters shine in the game (I love the dynamic between Joy and the Player, its so wholesome, its just seriously cute, yall), the customization can be on point if you let it be, and you can rock some seriously adorable costumes (my favorite thing to do is twin with Joy for a story setting dont mind us balling our eyes out over a little actor guy). Its addictive, adorable, and awesome.

We have a bunch of games on our phone but this is the only one we play actively. We love the costumes and the little trouser that the characters wear at the beginning. And how we get to design our own town.
We love playing, great game, and 0$ dollars spent. But we have this weird glitch that we cant play a puzzle. Its like the button went away. Please tell us how to fix this!?! A fellow player, waiting for an answer.
Im on level 452 and the levels have been fairly easy. We love the costumes and redecorating the towns, but we dont appreciate the duplicate costumes. We feel like if you spend a lot of tickets/coins on a costume, you shouldnt get a duplicate. Our sister and we really love this game, so we hope the game designers will take our opinion into consideration and end the duplicate costumes.
First, please ignore our username, we made it when we were eight and dont know how to change it. Let us start by saying this game is amazing. The avatars are cute, and play is simple. The events arent insanely competitive, and for the most part, you will always win something. Its easy to progress, and the storyline is interesting. Heres where the problem comes in though: The other day we were playing, and we saved up almost twenty stars, planning to complete the story we were on in the morning. When we logged back on, there was only five. We went to the customer support website, and it was horrendous. Supper laggy and glitchy, and the UI sucked. Anyway, we put in the ticket, and waited. Roughly a day later, we got a fill-in the black, generic response that was pretty confusing and did nothing to help. Looking at the reviews, the responses to them look fill-in the blank, too. TL;DR Get the game, but dont count on customer support for help if something goes wrong.
We hate matching games usually but this game we very good. We are a huge Disney fan. We highly recommended it if you are a fan of Disney.

We like the game but it freezes and crashes a lot.
We have been playing this game for almost 2 years and we came back after a month and realized that all our work had been deleted. Other than this mess up everything was great, but now we are going to have to repeat the levels again.
Got on the game one morning and saw it had completely restarted us. We never deleted the app or did anything to would have our progress restart. We were far into the game and would like to know if we can get everything back. A years worth of progress gone.
We are leaving after a few years. Its frustrating that game consistently crashes. Switching between heroes, just starting game play, just receiving a timed boost. We have sent this info to developers but it hasnt changed and our frustration level has been reached. If the game stability is fixed, well we would mind if there was a limit on getting duplicate costumes. But if the stability was better we would stay. As we have stated~I have made contact to support without a resolution beyond we will send this to developers.
Pretty fun but we finished the new kingdom challenge and never received the final costume prize. Hoping this will somehow get resolved.
The app crashed and completely wiped out our progress and went back to the beginning. There was no way to restore our progress where we were past level 150 with 25 stars saved. Really bummed because we loved playing and there were no forced ads.
Players are give 10 days to compete on an event to win super rare costume the player will need to get through 47-470 levels in 10 days. This game used to be a good option for kids because it limits continuous play with this new event its turning the game toxic. Encouraging kids to play hundreds of levels within days in order to win some costume.
After playing this game for about two days straight, we earned the new baymax suit, up to level 125 ish we go in to load our game and all of our progress is gone and its like we never even played. So disappointed. We havent removed the app or anything bizarre for this random erase.
July 2023 = this game makes it impossible to complete one of its events. You are required to send invites to friends to complete event tasks. So you must harass someone close to you to force them to get the game to complete the event. And if you dont have anyone, forget you. This game is exclusionary. Its gross. 4/29/22) Solved but keeping this as a warning it could happen again we saved our game through Apple. This morning we were logged out of the game and when we tried to log back in, it started a new game. Everything we had is gone. We were in the 1400 levels. We had a bunch of costumes and was leveled up. We had saved power ups. This game is broken stay away. Old)My previous review seems to have disappeared. It was about how the tailor event is unbalanced. There is not enough time to even get the first prize with how hard it is. The event needs to go back to collecting points when making matches. Then, we couldnt access the game when Facebook was down for over half a day. We missed the chance to get the cool maleficent costume even though we spent days and resources working for it and we are absolutely angry.
Level 32 freezes. Cant progress.
We were going to make our avatar name our favorite character, Stitch but it didnt work. Thats the only problem we have with this game.
It is super fun if you want to play a cool game this is the one all the characters are so cute unlock new stuff like a mini mouse outfit that we love we recommend playing it.
5 stars! And definitely recommend! This game is never boring- events are great, very entertaining, definitely the best we played in a long time. Just one suggestion- maybe add in game chat so players could communicate more easily/ it would be great improvement.

This is the best game we’ve ever got in the App Store and when we download it and when we played our first round we were just so excited because we love Disney and ever since then we cant stop playing it. We play about 100 times a day and its such an amazing game.
We love the graphics, really calms us down during times when we feel really down, this has turned our life down side up.

We got this game last spring and we LOVED it and when the Inside-out costumes came out we spent money on it because we love inside-out and it means a lot to us we also had a lot of rubys we spent money on. We even tried to press save our progress on the bottom it wouldnt let us press it. And when we got a new phone in the summer it didnt restore our progress or our costumes, and it doesnt give us a restore purchases button. Im just saying u should add a restore purchase button, but otherwise we LOVE this game.
