You know how the music changes based on the area you are in? For some reason, worlds all play the same music from Mickeys world. Think you could fix this.

This game is so much fun the only we wish is that they add a haunted mansion level that would be so fun.
If you cant update because it says its not available in your region, go to the App Store, click on today in bottom left, click on your blue profile button in top right corner, scroll down til you see pop town, then click on pop town (not the open button) it should take you to the game page and say update Also we love this game and have recommended it to many friends and family members. After the last biggest update, there were of course some glitches and bugs but we imagine they will get fixed soon. Such a cute game. We have never been able to play a match three game this long.
We tried to open the game last night and it popped up we needed an update. Clicked to update and when it comes to the App Store we get a pop up saying the app isnt available in our country. Im in the USA and have been playing the game since it was released. But it did completely reset our game a week or so ago which was frustrating having to start all over. Love the game and would love to be able to continue playing.
We have been playing for a long time now and love it but ever since the new update we can not use our pop mates or add new ones. Whenever we go to use one for a level it just goes to a blank screen please help.
We love the game but for some reason it wouldnt let us see anything to do with the friend requests it just shows up blank.
The new update tells us it isnt available in our country. We play this game a lot so now we might have to find another to play. We really enjoyed playing this one.
We lost all our progress with the new update. Agree with another reviewer that bots have taken over. Miguels Kaboom challenge now requires us to earn over 20k points to win. Thats impossible in a 20 min span. We understand making the game more challenging but its taking away the fun.
Loosing all our progress after the last update was frustrating but for the popmates feature to still not work is ridiculous. This game was so fun but we think its time to move on.
Not sure if its a glitch or not but when launching the app, im getting an update notification. We go to update it and getting a not available in our region or country. Im in the us.
We loved this game we were playing and really enjoying it. Since we did the last update the app wont open. It keeps telling us that we need to update and when we push the update button on the app and it then takes us to the App Store and tells us not available in our region. What is going on??? Please fix it.
Enjoy this because the puzzles are not time based and you can think about what moves to make and be more strategic about your resources and using the right power-up at the best time.
We love this game but your latest update lost all of our progress, gems and coins. Please fix it.
We really like this game- there are a lot of fun side quests and it was fairly easy to win them. We had to add boosts or play a little longer to stay ahead but after the update its clear Im playing against bots. Theres no way Im playing real players who can get so many points in such a small amount of time that we would need to spend some serious cash just to keep up. When we stop, their points dont go up either and when we play again they do. It makes it no longer fun since we will never win anymore. We liked the older version of the game better. And, after the update, all our pop mates were deleted and we had to add new ones again. We contacted the devs and was asked to reinstall the app to fix the glitch.
We checked our purchase history and we spent over $200 in 2023 just on this game. It was clearly stated that all progress and paid items would transfer with the new update but that was either a lie or a complete failure by the game developers. Support is not responding so we have very little confidence his will be fixed. Update 4/9: we have been in contact with support and they were able to restore our account via Apple after we provided them with receipts of recent purchases. 3 stars because we absolutely love this game but 2 stars off because of the inconvenience of the update.
We were in the 200s level and lost all progress after app update.
Ive had this game downloaded on our phone for maybe a year. It helps us unwind on stressful days. A great puzzle game plus we love Disney. We were up to over level 1200. However the latest update we had to do on 4/4/24 started us back at the very beginning. We have lost everything. We dont know what the new update was but it wiped everything out.
Lost all our progress with the update. Cant befriend pop mates and lost all the costumes. Has to restart at level 1 from 574. Not happy at all. We love playing this game but the glitches have to be fixed. Def not putting any money into it.
Much like everyone else that has written recent reviews we loved this game and have been playing for years but now all our progress is lost and its asking us to start a new account. Ive spent real money to advance in this game just for our progress to be lost over night.
Was on level 170 new update put us back at level 1 wth.
We were on level 287 and this update made us start over to level 1 all this work we put into it is gone : (!!!!!!! So upset.
Since the huge new update we are unable to add popmates. When we try our screen grays out and we need to exit out of the app.
Been playing this game for a while. Its fun and collected a lot of stuff. Yesterday we hit level 1003 and went to bed. Went to open the app the next day to play some more and all of the sudden we have to log in with a Google account or Apple ID. Mind you we never had to do so. So we did as prompted so we wouldnt lose our progress and when we did the game went back to level one losing all of our progress and collectibles. So no. Deleting the app because we aint doing all of that all over again. So thanks for nothing.
This game is so fun. We love all the levels in it. We do think you should add it off-line. Its just so fun that you have to play it off-line, but you cant Thank you for your time to put into this game. Its awesome.
OK so we were playing this game. It was so much fun. Yes it is super fun. But there was a issue. Every time we go somewhere without the Internet. We cant play without the Internet. So we only had to play online. Yeah, but that is OK. We like five star it was so many levels but we keep trying and the best part is first place we cant believe it we are so happy with it. How ever we had many months of playing and had to get through the game without purchasing anything (which is a bit difficult) but we still loved the game. We were halfway through the Winnie the Pooh level when we reached the problem we opened the game when on a bus ride (we were super excited because we were at Disney playing our favorite Disney themed game) and we found that our game had been reset and was back to the very beginning we tried to open the game again and also tried to go back to the correct level but it didnt work. We were super disappointed because its overall a fun and cute game but that ruined it for us we still have it downloaded and play it when we have nothing else to do but we prioritize other games instead. It truly deserves five stars but the most we can give it is three after this. Super disappointed but still hopeful for a fix. Thanks for reading, Macie.
If you sir get get multiplayer games that you can play with your family from all around the world and increase your how do you say it in your language in our language but increase mini games make them more fun and add an axolotl with stitch and then youre in the clear from us and maybe just one more thing dont forget one of our favorite movies. Id like a Beetlejuice and Mickeymixture you do this you will have our absolute five star rating. If not, youre at the full meet and believe us Royal Duke does not want what we have and he wants what he wants but if you cant duke will understand.ur hope to be ur biggest Famehappener Royal duke.
This game is very creative and has a unique take on a puzzle game. We recently started playing again after taking a long hiatus. We were having trouble with our account and we thought we had lost all our progress but the team helped us to and found it! Tonight our progress was restored. Thanks.

We love this game, Ive been playing it for a long time and it is super addictive. But it is very difficult to get the good costumes. There are some we would love to have, they are adorable. The chances of getting the SR or SSR costumes is very low. We just played an event because we thought we were for sure getting an SSR at the end of it. We had to spend gems to do it because the levels were really difficult. Unfortunately we didnt see that you had a greater chance of getting an SR – and of course that is exactly what we got. Take it from us – leave everything to chance and dont spend any of your actual money. You wont be happy with what you get if you do. Its exactly like gambling only you almost always get the least favorable costume lol. We love it, so will keep playing, but no more actual money will be spent. Lesson learned.

Ive been playing this for 4 years and while we love the game we cant add friends anymore almost every banner sign is in another language and we cant change our language for some reason , we cant add friends and it deleted everyone we had before nor does it let us even scroll up to add someone. This is also ripping some parts from the monopoly game.
Why did you change it so you the extra moves you can purchase with gems doesnt increase every time you fail??? This was the only reason we purchased gems. Probably wont be doing that anymore until you change it back to how it was.

We thought it was a great game and since we love Disney so this fits us great nothing wrong with it but once you play alot of the levels it starts to get boring but great game totalty recomend.

We highly recommend this game but for now Since the recent update we have not been able to play using our phone's data, only with wifi but we have been able to play other games without problem… When we open the game it sends us this message Poor network connection. Disney Pop Town is great game, although, we compete tasks in the chapter, and we definitely found the first hard level in Level 37, and beated 110 levels, the notifications tell us that theres a super hard level update coming, so where is the first super hard level on this game? Can you please tell us.
We love this game. Don't get us wrong, but we keep seeing these advertisements for this game called gossip Harbor, basically the ad shows a woman and a mother being abused by the husband/father, which is inappropriate for this game and it's inappropriate for younger children, please remove this advertisement.
Mad we can no longer play offline and with no WiFi; Im on level 2967 and can only play via WiFi at work now. Its downloaded on our iPhone, and yes we do have data service, just where we live doesnt have WiFi access so we cant play anymore. Developers should take into consideration not everyone has WiFi access at home.
Please fix! Ever since the last update game is broken and only works on WiFi. Incredibly inconvenient and can never play the game. Would love it to be fixed and can use on data again.
This is a great game but we get frustrated when there are so many boxes or things to pop in the puzzles. Or when we were trying to add our brother as a pop mate and it said now one connected.
Every since the botched update several months ago, this game still has issues. Pop mates still do not work – the game immediately crashes. There are UI problems when the board extends to the edge of the screen that dont allow you to drag balloons resulting in faulty game play. Levels get stuck with frozen balloons and you are forced to start over. Never mind that it seems like every second or third level is a hard level that seems solely to be a shameless cash grab to buy power-ups. Dont get us started on the flood of side hustle games theyve added – it was fine when it was an occasional bonus but now there are 4-5 side hustles running and the game gets bogged down trying to open and load all this unnecessary garbage.
