Have been playing years, today suddenly everything is frozen, we deleted the app and re-installed and played upto level 20 and it froze again, blank screen except background, whats happening here.
Lost our account which was linked to Facebook. RIP.
The game has great graphics. It was becoming our favorite match 3 game. Its very unique, fun and entertaining, until you are in the 300s levels. After that you will extremely rarely win a round. Might as well delete the game once you reach level 300 or around that level. They make it so difficult that it kinda forces you to spend real money to be able to continue. When developers make their games this way, thats when we delete them. You should not feel forced to pay to win. We understand you have to make your money but you can try giving optional ads like, when you lose, you can watch ads for extra lives or moves. You will make money from ads, and everybody wins. We spend some money on this game but we noticed how it continuously got more and more difficult. Its not worth it to spend money on match 3 games because you are pretty much only paying to move up to the next round. If the next round is just as hard or more difficult, guess what? You have to pay again. Not worth it. Its not like youre buying something you get to keep like skins or weapons like in other games. Anyways, this couldve been the best match 3 game out there but greediness ruined it for us. Uninstalling now.
Such a cute game!!! Ive spent three hours just playing this game without breaks and its so cute. We love how some events are based off of episodes of We Bare Bears,like in the beginning when Ice Bear got pinched by Craboo. We love the game and we recommend this. Best regards, Sillykutie2529.
The main screen doesnt show anything except the bears. It just stays frozen like that and we cant play a new level at all. We tried deleting it and logging in again, but it only let us play for 1 round and itll be back at frozen main screen.
Good game, im over level 600 of homescapes so im enjoying this besides one issue. We play this daily and EVERY time we load the game up it makes us re log into apple and also says we need an additional download for the game. Every time we open it. It took us like 10 mins to actually be able to load into the game. Then we play like 6 levels it tells us we cant play anymore unless we do ANOTHER additional download? Additional downloads every time we open the game plus while im playing the game seems excessive and is starting to become annoying. Hope it gets fixed or we probably wont play it anymore.
Its been months now with players using Facebook not being able to log back in. After we updated the game we dont even see the option to log into fb, will this issue be fixed? We were very far into the game by playing many many years and dont want to lose our progress.
Our son loves this game but today he was not able to log in through Facebook. According to Facebook the app not active and that the developer is aware of the issue. Our sons level is 950+ and hes worried all his hard work will be gone. Please fix the issue. Thank you in advance.
The app keeps telling us that we cant access it from facebook. We've put so much time and money into this game, when will this issue be fixed?? It has now been about 3weeks aince we've been able to login. When will this issue be resolved.

Im signed in through Facebook but its not working to sign in so all our data is gone. We were on a level in the high 2000s with almost 300 stars. For a game that helps to relax us this really stressed us out.
Losing all our level because we cant log on through Facebook is driving us crazy. We play for stress relief and we cant play. We were at the highest level and we are losing opportunities to earn items. When will this be fixed.
We love this game but havent been able to access it for about a month and was super far. Will the Facebook error ever be fixed? Im sure Ive got kicked out of our leagues by now.

The old game version was so much better Im sadly disappointed it was our childhood playing this game but now its changed we liked the one where you can pour the coffee into the right cup very fun.
We just downloaded the game today and when we play it say we dont have internet connection.
We played this game many years ago and stopped at level 141 because it was impossible to move forward without using all of your power ups or spending money. So we deleted it. Here it is several years later and we decided to download it again hoping the developers had some sympathy for their players. Im still stuck on the same level and its actually worse than it was before. Im a master match three player. If we cant pass a level then there is something seriously wrong. Remember developers, your players make or break you.
A few bugs sometimes but for the most part its a great game. Ive been playing for a couple years, really got into it during 2020 when everything was shutting down, and Ive been playing it almost daily since. Ive made it to the end so sometimes we have to wait for an update for new levels to be added. Only strange things that has happened is we know there are levels available for us (others on our Team are farther along, we can see what number level theyre on so there are more, or Ill usually be stuck on a level for a bit, so we know theres at least that one.) Ill open the game, get the free daily 30-min of Craboo (or after a Burrito Challenge for Teams, get the 1-hour of Craboo) and suddenly the levels are closed and says Ive Cleared this Stage and we need to Wait for an Update. That has happened 4 times with the 1-hour Craboo and 2 times with the 30-min Craboo lately… A little bummed when the 1-hour Craboos get wasted when we know we had levels available the day before but other than that we still love the game. Not sure if its a glitch or bug? But its continued to happen :o.
Did this happen to anyone else? We were close to like level 3000 or 4000 and then the game started us all over.
Unnecessarily long unskippable video and tutorial. We think by now everyone knows how to play match 3 games.

The three bears are very cute, and we also like the game style very much. But as soon as we play in the place where the pond is decorated, the picture will become blurred, and when we change the decoration, we will find that only the background is like this. We tried to redownload, cancel the account and other methods, but it didn't work. We scored once before, but we didn't find it in the scoring area. Maybe we can't see the rating in China? Dear developers, we love this game very much, but still want you to make a few improvements. Its easy to reload the game from initial start page after switching other apps, and there is always an additional content around 100M to be installed after the loading is complete. We hope this part of the extra content can be recorded in our phone as permanent content after loading,instead of having to wait an extra five minutes every time we open the game. Looking forward to better gaming experience, thanks! You always have our support.
Its a pretty good game. We dont understand why the extra lives you get only last 7 hrs. If you can have up to 50 why do they expire.
This is another one of those games which requires you to pay money in order to reach a certain level. Mainly because the levels just become impossible to complete and REALLY nerve-racking. Do not recommend. But it is fun for the first 30 minutes.

So we downloaded this game and we thought it was the old version with the mini games but it isnt so now Im really sad :(.

It is an awesome game and so many level we play all day And so many events and so much fun.
This game used to be really great, but lately, every single time we open the app it makes us download a 97mb update. And every time we open the app when it asks us for this update, it unmutes the sound effects and music which we always have turned off. Im usually playing a podcast or music on our phone through Bluetooth, and when the app opens itll play the song on our speakers. (This doesnt happen without the bluetooth ad our phone is on silent). So the music and constant update has been driving us nuts and has ruined a cute game for us.
So this game is amazing, so much fun idk who would wanna not play this game but it has its flaws like how hard it is, like we are pretty sure you need to get a booster just to beat a level because that hard idk who beat the game without boosters.. Just remember to get so coins or else like its hard.

Its a great game with our favorite bears!!! Similar to another game where you crush candies. But this one is more fun. It has better mechanics to help you get through the stages as well. With the cute animations of familiar characters it is just wonderful.
This game is so much fun if you like puzzles and we bare bears.
We have made a club recently 18 players are in it but Im on a really hard level and we can not pass we think you would want to watch all 1 to 4 seasons before you play because it includes stuff from all the seasons we think the game needs a better way to save your self like an ad not 1,000 bucks becuse we only have like 80 bucks.
We mean dont get us wrong this is a great show and game but its challenging we just wish you had more lives like we wish you didnt have to earn the money to buy lives just like watch a ad or something its just annoying when you have 1 move left and you need 2 so maybe you can make it so you can watch a short ad for 5 lives.
We are A HUGE we bare bears fan. We have tried other we bare bear games but none of them are that good. We heard about dis game and we thought ok Ill give it a try. And it is without doubt the best game we have ever played, we LOVE the storyline and how you can o pick what the bears den looks like. We have never thought we would like a Match game but this one is Amazing. It makes us so happy. And when we come downstairs we are humming the theme song. If you are a gamer and a we bare bears fan, we highly suggest this game!, theres is no ice bear emoji so we will do this.

The game is well done, but the difficulty ramps up to the point where it becomes impractical to continue without paying or getting incredibly lucky. It takes weeks (months?) to reach that point, but we ended up deleting the game.
