We dont know why after the latest iPhone update this app wont load up please fix then you can have 5 stars.
Will install on iPhone but when opening to play will only show 3 seconds of app and then kick us off… Emailed question to support still waiting on reply. Tried what we know how to do on phone… Highly addictive game HELP.
We’ve tried it on both our IPhones and it crashes it worked fine on our android hopefully it gets fixed.
On all our games by this brand our bank went away. No pause button anymore either. No way to see your time on bonus packs. No place to see tickets at all anymore!!! We have been playing FOREVER to get enough to cash out for real money. This needs fixed right away!!

When you start playing the game it says if you get 512 it will give you 2500 tickets. Well we have reach the number many times and never received our tickets. Also there is no way of contacting them. Or at least its very hard to find.
We keep getting 512 but we only got the bonus tickets once. The game is fun but why dont you get the bonus when you get 512?
The games they have you play take a very long time for each move to be processed yet the timer on the game runs smoothly….

Good game but dont expect to win the prize we had 67,000 tickets and supposedly someone with 7000 tickets won and that has happened 2 times.

This game is fun for all people 17 and up. It is a very easy way to make money and have fun while doing so! Honestly as it says, there is no game we would rather play because this one is very addicting also. Thank you for the great game!
Love playing but still waiting to win $
Overview: You basically just play the game 2048 and gain tickets for it. Every certain amount of time (I havent played for long enough to know how long exactly, but its at least a day) there is a drawing for who will win the large sum of money. Thats basically it, but there are some other ways to get tickets like watching advertisements, adding friends, or downloading apps. Complaints: There have been times where when Im playing the game that is literally just 2048 the bar that displays how many tickets we’ve collected stays at zero, no matter how much we play. We have recorded a video of this and will send it to the developers if they want. Also, when downloading apps to gain tickets we’ve completed the required task and gone back to the app to see our ticket count hasnt changed. Again, we have a video of this and can send it to the developers. Every time, and we mean EVERY TIME that you finish the 2048 game there is an advertisement that can not be skipped. Theyre usually 30 seconds long and thats really annoying for a few reasons. 1: You do not revive tickets for the ads that you are forced to watch. 2: Sometimes power-ups are available that may multiply the amount of tickets earned and they are around 2-5 minutes long. The advertisements take 30 seconds, and the timer for the multiplier is still running during that time where you can do nothing but watch an ad. In conclusion, the app is made pretty well, but there is an incredibly low chance that you will actually earn any money, and the ads are atrocious. We downloaded this app today. We cant get past the how to play section since it doesnt recognize our swipe. Hope this gets fixed soon.
We signed up. It then took us to the instructions. Swipe to combine tiles. At which point it stops working and doesnt let us go any further. No game play, just instructions on how to play a game. Waste of time.
Addictive and Challenging!! Hours of fun.
This game is a great challenge, but it cheats us out of tickets when we win EVERY TIME! Guess we’re looking for a new challenge!
The game clearly states that 2,500 tickets will be awarded when you reach 512 in the game, but we’ve scored double that several times and have never been awarded the tickets. The more points we score, the farther down on the leaderboard we go, instead of closer to the top. As far as we can tell, the only way to win any money is through the one drawing that all players are entered in. No way of contacting support to deal with any issues. Too bad because it would be a fun game otherwise.
Stupid game told us to swipe the tiles but it wont work whatever we do. We’ve tried swiping, tapping, and even restarting the app. Garbage and a waste of time.
Decent sooooo far, but until we actually win real $ and have received payment, our rating could change to "0" stars if real $ payouts arent legitimately winnable.

The update that was done today erased our balance and we are now unable to turn in any tickets. Please fix this quickly because we used to love this game and now we’re just angry because it’s taken a long while to get where we were.

There is a winner at least three times a week ( we haven’t won yet) and the game is so addictive and fun.
Games are awesome and frustrating and fun all at the same time! One of the best game series around! And you can make real money?! This one gets 5/5 stars for sure!
