We just started but we like it so.
Ill try your game again because you gave us some free coins. If your game hasnt changed Ill delete it again! Im aware that its not really a true game in the definition of the word game! Its a program designed to make money for the developers! We use the app when Im not busy, but watching all the coins get sucked in by your games and then getting all the great deals to buy coins! A person should not have to spend money to play a free game! We wouldnt mind so much if the coins were reasonably priced but why should we pay so much on something Ill lose. Its not like we could win real money! So as stated, Ill try your site again! Just dont expect us to stick around if nothing has changed! BTW; when we reinstalled the program it started us at level 2, we were a lot higher in levels when we left! Well thanks for the free coins, of course your so called free games took everything! The most horrible customer service ever! Very rude and condescending with something that is TOTALLY their fault! Blames everything on the player, though its the app thats messing up. Silver VIP status dropped from 6 million coins per day to 1.5 million coins per day! We paid for 180 million coins and after the update will get about 70 million total. Thats Bait and Switch plain and simple. Sounds like we need to get a class action lawsuit if they are doing this to all VIP levels. They should at the very least honor our purchase and give us the balance of the coins owed. If we had to do it over again, we wouldnt waste our time on this game! It used to be fun!!! NOT anymore!
Do not waste your time on this game in the package that you buy they will change the game and take coins away from you. We had over one quadrillion coins and they brought us down to 500 billion, they said its best for the game however they robbed us because those coins were one from purchases we made through the game for VIPs and second chances so dont waste your time on this game because they will rob you blind they will not stand by you even though you may support the gameThey will find a way to steal your money even when youre winning! We’ve been playing this game for Over three years and this was the most amazing game ever in the beginning and we actually up until this last update so if you want to lose money, let the game still your coins then this is the perfect game for you but we honestly dont waste your time or money with this game.

Don’t expect a speedy response if you make a purchase and don’t receive the product. They replied quickly on our initial request and told us that we needed to wait for the charge to go through because it was still pending. We replied after the charge had cleared, but now we’re on day two waiting for a response to either provide us our purchase or credit our bank card. This is the SECOND time this has happened, and we’ve only made three purchases on this app. It’s disheartening when you click the "buy" button not knowing if you’ll get your purchase right away or have to spend the next two days trying to get a refund.
